The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image and promotion on consumer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on tomato plastic bag products. This type of research uses associative research. The data source used is the primary data source. In this study the dependent variable is loyalty (Y), the independent variable is brand image (X1) and promotion (X2), and the intervening variable is consumer satisfaction (Z). The data test in this study consisted of a validity test, a reliability test and a path analysis test. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that: 1) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) affect satisfaction (Z); 2) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) affect Loyalty (Y); 3) Satisfaction (Z) has an effect on Loyalty (Y); and 4) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) have an influence on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Tomato brand Plastic Bag Products.

This study examines the effect of the size of the board of commissioners, and the size of the company on the formation of a separate risk management committee from the audit committee in companies that are members of the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data collection method in this study uses secondary data sources in the form of annual reports of companies that are members of LQ45. Based on the results of the study, the size of the board of commissioners has an effect on the formation of a separate risk management committee and the size of the company has no effect on the formation of a separate risk management committee.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and word of mouth on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction in Esa Unggul Student Iphone users. This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative research. The population in this study were 170 regular and parallel active students at Esa Unggul University, Faculty of Economics, Citra Raya, which were taken using the purposive sampling method. Data testing was carried out using the validity test, reliability test, and path analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) Product Quality, Brand Image, Word of Mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in students of the economics faculty of Esa Unggul University; 2) Variables of Product Quality, Brand Image, Word of Mouth, and Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in students of the economics faculty of Esa Unggul University; 3) Product Quality and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention but consumer satisfaction does not mediate; and 4) Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention by mediating consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on the purchasing decision of Jiwa Coffee Citra Raya. This study uses quantitative methods. This research uses causal associative research. Respondents in this study amounted to 120 people. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method. The method of data analysis in this study is to use the validity test, reliability test, and t test. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been described previously, several conclusions can be drawn from the overall research results, namely: 1) Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means more product innovations that give the product superiority; 2) Price has a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Promise Jiwa Coffee in Citra Raya; and 3) Service quality has a significant influence on the purchasing decision of the Promise Jiwa Coffee in Citra Raya.

This study aims to explain the principles of decentralization of the government of the Kingdom of Siak Sri Indrapura as one of the major kingdoms in the historical trajectory of the Riau and Indonesian governments which has a Constitution or official law for the administration of state government which is recognized by the Dutch East Indies Government. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type and in the form of library research. In this study, the author attempts to read, understand, analyze, and interpret the book of Bab Al-Qawa'id. With this approach, type, and form of research, it will certainly be able to explain comprehensively about the principles of government decentralization that occurred during the heyday of the Siak Kingdom. The kingdom of Siak Sri Indrapura was founded in 1723 AD. Runs with a reign led by 12 Sultans. The peak of the glory of the Siak Sri Indrapura Kingdom began during the reign of the 11th Sultan, SultanSyarif Hasyim (1889-1908). It was during his reign that the book that prevailed in Siak was born and is a book that contains guidelines for the administration of the Siak Kingdom Government.

Considering how much impact on the environment due to the business activities of mining companies. So companies need to maximize CSR disclosure to gain the trust of stakeholders so that the company can maintain its business life cycle. Therefore, the company needs to establish good relationships with stakeholders. The disclosure of CSR is in this case seen as the method by which existing information about the environmental and social responsibility activities of the organization can develop a good connection to the stakeholders. This study attempts to assess the impact on disclosure of corporate social responsibility by environmental performance, company volume and profitability. The topic of the study is a mining corporation listed between 2014 and 2019 on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX). In this investigation, collected data was used. In order to collect the samples for this investigation, purposive samples were used. This study uses descriptive statistics to assess the data, whilst the hypotheses can be evaluated via multiple linear regression. Hypotheses show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has little and little impact on the environmental performance and size of the company (CSR). Profitability has a strong beneficial impact on company social responsibility disclosure (CSR). In addition, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is favorably and considerably influenced when environmental performances, firm size and profitability are examined together.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence dividend policy in companies in the consumption industry sector between 2017 and 2019. The market to book value of equity can be used to calculate the investment opportunity set, the lagged dividend can be calculated using the dividend payout ratio from the previous year, managerial ownership can be calculated as a percentage of total share ownership divided by total company shares, and dividend policy can be calculated using the dividend payout ratio. Purposive sampling procedures were used to collect data, and the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study drew 60 samples from a total population of 168. The data is secondary in nature and derived from financial statements. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that investment opportunity set, lagged dividend, and managerial ownership all have an effect on dividend policy. And, to a lesser extent, the investment opportunity set affects dividend policy, while lagged dividends have no effect on dividend policy.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning during the pandemic at SMPN Sukamulya, Tangerang Regency, and find appropriate strategies so that the Tangerang Regency local government can implement online learning. The method used for this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of data in this study comes from informants who are in direct contact with the policies implemented. The results showed that the effectiveness of online learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Sukamulya, was influenced by various factors, including the availability of internet networks, teacher competence, supervision, learning motivation for students, special assistance for internet quotas, school eligibility to run online learning policies, regulations to regulate the continuity of learning in virtual classrooms, and the feasibility of using online learning methods according to teachers and parents.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of administrative service policies based on the E-Office application system at the North Sulawesi Provincial Government Administration Service Unit, the factors that support and hinder the implementation of policies, as well as the efforts made to overcome obstacles. The research method used is descriptive research method with an inductive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The implementation of administrative service policies based on the E-Office application system at the Administrative Service Unit of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government is still not going well due to resource factors and bureaucratic structures that have not been running well. The problems that occur are that there are still employees who do not understand the existing E-Office system, the level of education of employees whose majority is high school and there are still junior high school education levels, problems related to Standard Operating Procedures, where there are still delays in handling files. , as well as related to the service of incoming mail for bureaus which cannot be implemented because of the problematic E-Office application system.

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of tourism potential, use of technology in developing tourism potential, and formulate strategies in developing tourism potential in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses Cooper's theory related to tourism development as seen from 4 (four) indicators, namely attractions, amenities, accessbilities and ancillary services. The approach used in data analysis is SWOT analysis, which aims to analyze the use of technology in the development of tourism potential. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results show that the tourism potential development strategy has not been effective. In the application of 4 (four) tourism development indicators, namely attractions, amenities, accessbilities and ancillary services, there are still some shortcomings. The strategies used to increase the development of tourism potential in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely: accelerating the preparation of Regional Regulations on the development of tourism based on technology; increasing budget resources for tourism development programs; improving the quality and quantity of human resources in technology-based tourism; and improving facilities and infrastructure in the development of technology-based tourism.
