Abstract: This study was a causal espouse fact study intended to find out and uncover direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, organizational structure, and job-satisfaction on teachers’ jobperformance. The sample consisting of 143 out of 645 public high school teachers were selected from 10 senior high schools by using the stratified random sampling technique. The teachers were those having teaching experience of at least 10 years and they had been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers. The findings showed that organizational culture, organizational structure and job-satisfaction had a positive impact on teachers’ job-performance. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-satisfaction were 21.20%, and 10.00% respectively. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-performance were 23.20% and 22.80% respectively. The direct effect of organizational structure on job-performance was 29.50%. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of organizational structure on job-performance was not significant. Finally, the direct effect of job-satisfaction on job-performance was 18.60%. Sampel terdiri atas 143 dari 645 guru SMA yang diambil dari 10 SMA di Medan yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling techmiques. Sampel guru paling tidak memiliki pengalaman mengajar 10 tahun dan telah disertifikasi sebagai guru profesional. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi dan sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan linearitas sebarannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kota Medan. Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja masing-masing 21,20%, dan 10,00%. Efek langsung dan tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja masing-masing 23,20% dan 22.80%. Efek langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja ada 29,50%, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja tidak fignificant. This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

This study aims to look at the effect of competence and achievement motivation on the performance of primary school teachers with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 143 elementary school teachers, samples were taken using stratified random sampling. The researcher used path analysis as data analysis technique. This study found that (1) Teachers’ competence  and achievement motivation influence simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction (2) Teacher’ competence, achievement motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect teachers’ performance, but the competence do not directly and significantly affect the performance of primary school teachers. But the competence affects teachers' performance indirectly through job satisfaction.

The objective of this research analysis leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence, job satisfaction, and  organizational performance is to the perception senior high school teachers towards leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, competence, job satisfaction and  organizational performance; identify the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence partial towards job satisfaction and organizational performance; identify the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational performance. The respondents were 180 high school teachers from private schools in Jabodetabek (the Greater Jakarta Area), that were selected based on a multistage process, then analyzed with SEM, and using the Lisrel 8.5 program.  The research results show that leadership style, organization culture, and work motivation influenced job satisfaction, however competence did not.  Organization culture and competence affected the organizational performance, but leadership style and work motivation did not have influence on the organizational performance. The dominant path of effects showed that organizational culture affects job satisfaction and organizational performance.

<p>The objective of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviour, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on the job performance of the employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Sport in Palembang city. The sample size was 120 employee and selected by random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed by path-analysis. The findings of the research show that leader behaviour, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have the direct effect on job performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has no direct effect on the job performance of the employees of the Department Education, Youth, and Sport in Palembang City. </p>

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture and their implications for Employee Performance. Determination of sample in this study using Stratified Random Sampling, and the size of 114 respondents, the analysis methode uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. The study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There are positif and significant influences Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

The present study was aimed to find out the mental health of high school teachers in Coimbatore district. 200 samples were selected by using stratified random sampling. Mental health was measure by using mental health scale which is constructed by Arunkumar K (2010). Descriptive statistics and parametric statistics were employed to analyse the collected data. Results revealed that high school teachers in Coimbatore district had moderate level of mental health.

<p>The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship of team learning and organizational culture with knowledge management in teachers of the second course of high schools in Saveh city in 2014. The method used in this research was practical in terms of objectives and correlational-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of 160 individuals including all the second grade high school teachers in Saveh city. In this regard, 113 individuals (65 males and 4 females) were considered as a sample size using the Cochran formula and the Stratified random sampling method. In order to collect the data, three standard questionnaires of team learning of Breso et al. (2008), knowledge management of Fong &amp; Choi (2009), and organizational culture of Denison (2000) were employed.  In order to assess the reliability of the questionnaires, the Cronbach’s alpha method was used and the related coefficients were 0.84, 0.82, and 0.94 respectively for each of the questionnaires. Moreover, in order to assess the validity, the content validity was used, and the questionnaires were confirmed by the relevant experts. The analysis of the obtained data was performed through SPSS software in the two sections of descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation and multivariable regression). The research findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between team learning and organizational culture, and knowledge management.  The findings also demonstrated that the variables of team learning and organizational culture can predict the variable of knowledge management.</p>

This study aims to explain the condition of professionalism and efforts to improve the competence of teachers IPS in Jember District. Population in this research is teacher of IPS SMP Negeri in Jembersebanyak 184 teachers. The sampling technique was done by random sampling which amounted to 55responden. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses a percentage descriptive. The result of the research shows that the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers is as follows: the acquisition of materials, concepts and scholarship of IPS teachers is 87.25% in the high category, the development of learning materials supported by IPS teachers creatively is 92.04% including in the high category; mastery of basic competence and basic competence by 87.05% including high category, utilization of communication technology for self-development of IPS teachers of 86.35% included in the high category. In general, the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers in Jember district is categorized as high, namely 88.17%, while the effort to increase the professional competence of IPS teachers as follows: joining the training and seminar of 66.81% low category; developing syllabus and IPS RPP of 70.50%; doing PTK 48.95% low category; develop science of technology in learning 74.82% high category. Overall, the effort to improve the professionalism competence of IPS Junior High School teachers in Jember District is 71.34 included in the high category.
