AbstractThis study aims to determine batik craftsmen‘s innovation needs and learning process in relation to ownership of social capital. This study is stimulated by an assumption explaining that batik craftsmen’s are able to fulfill their innovation needs through learning process by utilizing established social capital in the batik production context. This qualitative research was conducted on three batik craft SMEs in two sub-districts in Bantul Regency, the center of Yogyakarta's batik production. The research subjects were craftsmen, workers, batik organizers, and community leaders. Data collection is conducted through observation and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile the data were analyzed by using qualitative analysis techniques. The research result reveals that the SMEs of batik craftsmen have diverse innovation needs in expanding their business. Moreover, to fulfill their innovation needs, they also conducted both independent and cooperative learning by utilizing the existing social capital. Yet, the learning process has not been optimally conducted. Thus, empowerment efforts are necessary to develop learning skills by utilizing social capital to meet craftsmen’s innovation needs. Keywords: social capital, learning process, innovation, batik, needsKebutuhan Inovasi, Modal Sosial, dan Proses Belajar Perajin BatikAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan inovasi dan proses belajar para perajin batik dalam konteks kepemilikan modal sosial. Hal ini didasarkan pada pandangan bahwa kebutuhan inovasi dapat dipenuhi apabila para perajin dapat memanfaatkan modal sosial yang terbangun dalam konteks usaha produksi batik melalui proses belajar yang mungkin terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan terhadap tiga UKM perajin batik di dua kecamatan di Kabupaten Bantul sebagai sentra produksi batik Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah para perajin, pekerja, pengurus paguyuban batik, dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perajin batik memiliki kebutuhan inovasi yang beragam dalam mengembangkan usahanya dan melakukan proses belajar baik secara mandiri maupun kooperatif dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial sebagai hasil interaksi dengan lingkungannya guna memenuhi kebutuhan inovasinya walaupun belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindakan-tindakan pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial guna memenuhi kebutuhan inovasi perajin. Kata kunci: modal sosial, proses belajar, inovasi, batik, kebutuhan

This study aims to describe the form of the religious day celebrations of Malay society across religions and the meaning of commemorating them in educational institutions. This field research uses a qualitative research approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant level observation and documentation. The results of the study describe that the form of religious day commemoration activities in SMPN 2 Arut Selatan are grouped into two, namely: commemoration of religious days which are commemorated based on certain moments, for instance are maulid of the Prophet Muhammad, Isra Mi'raj, and celebrations to welcome the Islamic New Year (Islam), Christmas and Easter (Christian Protestant and Catholic); and routine religious activities, for example is prayer with each of the followers of interfaith religions. Furthermore, the meanings of the religious days celebration are grouped into three views, trere are; as the obligation/ necessity of the learning process, empirical religion and individual's religion; as a culture / habit that becomes a system at school; as a requirement for the implementation of religious practices; and as a culture related to the commemoration of religious days.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

Implementation of managerial supervision is the activities carried profesioal superintendent of schools in order to assist the principal in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education and learning. This study aimed to describe the managerial supervision planning, implementation of managerial supervision, and feedback managerial supervision supervisor in Dabin 7 UPTD District of Purwodadi. Qualitative research and ethnography with research subjects school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of collecting data through data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the data using triangulation and source. The results of the study, 1) Planning managerial supervision include, a. Preparation of supervision schedule manajejerial, b. Preparation of Instrument managerial supervision, c. Compile a list of schools to be supervised. 2) Implementation of supervision manajerial.Ada three stages in the implementation of managerial supervision, namely, initial activity, performance or core activities and the closing 3) The function of feedback is to improve the managerial supervision findings of non-compliance or overcome the problems identified, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

The background of this research is (1) the majority of students have gadgets, (2) students spend more time playing gadgets than reading the Qur'an, (3) students have various social media applications and games but rarely have Al-Qur'an applications' an digital, (4) lack of student awareness in reading the Koran, (5) the need for guidance and motivation by teachers in reading the Qur'an with digital applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital Al-Qur'an applications to gadget addicted students and to analyze how to overcome students addicted to gadgets using digital Al-Qur'an applications. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were 10 students who were addicted to mobile phones in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Batu. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that the application of digital Al-Qur’an applications in the learning process of reading Al-Qur’an can help direct students to use their cellphones on positive things, and want to change to prefer using their cellphones to read Al-Quran.

This study aims to analyze the way LAZ Nurul Hayat collects ZIS funds and to analyze how the distribution of ZIS by Nurul Hayat in improving duafa economists, to analyze how the strategy carried out by LAZ Nurul Hayat in improving the economy of the poor. The research methodology is using the qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are done by reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that how to collect Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah funds is in three ways, namely amil coming to the place of muzaki, muzaki transferring funds to Nurul Hayat and the last one is muzaki coming directly to Nurul Hayat's office. Efforts in the distribution of ZIS in Nurul Hayat were carried out by direct survey of mustahik who were programmed to be given assistance, by choosing two categories, which were worthy of special assistance and worthy of assistance. The strategy carried out by Nurul Hayat is by monitoring the development of business carried out by mustahik who are given ZIS funds by monitoring and guiding if there are difficulties in developing their business.

This study aimed to (1) assessing the empowerment process through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs carried out by PT. Angkasa Pura I on Micro Small Medium Enterprises (2) assessing the development of MSMEs that utilize CSR programs. This research is a qualitative research with a method of carrying out case studies, taking informants purposively. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation while for the data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative and the validity of the data obtained tested by triangulation of data collection techniques. The results of this study conclude that, (1) the process of empowerment through a CSR program implemented by PT. Angkasa Pura I on MSMEs, started from the capacity building phase and did not go through the awareness stage and (2) development of MSMEs utilizing CSR programs of PT. Angkasa Pura I had been running well which was marked by the beginning of the development of business assets and also business mindset.

The purpose of the research is to carry out the analysis of the virtual learning process of qualitative research in postgraduate university students during the health emergency. The methodology used is of a socio-critical paradigm, of a multi-case study, at an exploratory level. The population was made up of doctoral students in education and public management and governance from Lima universities. The instruments used were observable products of learning management, in-depth interviews, both with experts in qualitative research, students and teachers. The research allowed an approximation to reality with the use of the various mechanisms that ICT, despite their incipient dominance, both in the data collection and in the analyzes carried out, showing that connectivism does not distort learning or learning. investigation.

Exemplary attitude of patriotism at the General Proficiency Requirements can use Indonesian well and correctly, not littering, can show true deference to the Red and White Flag, can be memorized to sing the national anthem Indonesia Raya. The Purpose of this study is conducting mitigate fraud transaction by adapting the concept of siri’ na pacce’. This research is a qualitative research with a critical ethnographic approach. The source of data from this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews to several informants and subjects in the form of data from the research location. Furthermore, the data collection methods used was in-depth interviews, documentation and recording. Then, the processing and data analysis techniques are qualitative analysis by building conclusions with the stages of data collection, triangulation data analysis and final conclusion. The results of this study indicate Lempu’ and ada tongeng 'in the dimension of honesty accountability, namely honesty and wisdom which are keys in reducing fraud. The value of clay is reinforcement in the implementation of accountability can be seen in the process of offering, ordering, payment and delivery.

This study aims to analyze the use of the Whatsapp and Google Meet applications as an effort to optimize the delivery of material in distance learning at SMA N 1 Rembang.The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are in the form of interviews, observations and school documentation. Data analysis techniques using data verification techniques, data reduction and conclusions. To check the degree of truth using source triangulation.Teacher creativity is required to make students comfortable and enjoy the learning process without having to leave home and still follow the learning process. By combining several applications will complement each other so that it becomes the perfect learning. The use of the WhatsApp and Google Meet applications in one lesson will be complete in the distance learning process. Teachers can communicate easily using WhatsApp, can explain material clearly and can monitor students with Google Meet. In addition, teachers can provide attitude assessments automatically. The process of supervision in online learning using Whatsapp and Google Meet can also be done easily.
