AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui makna filosofi dari Tari Persembahan, (2) untuk mengetahui relevansi makna filosofi Tari Persembahan terhadap karakter masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi non partisipant, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat menjelaskan bahwa makna filosofi yang terkandung dalam Tari Persembahan berasal dari adab sopan santun yang dimiliki masyarakat Melayu yang termasuk dalam filosofi masyarakat Melayu yaitu Adat Bersendikan Syarak Syarak Bersendikan Kitabullah, yang didapati dalam gerak tari, kostum tari, properti tari dan juga proses latihan. Sedangkan gerak-gerak yang ada dalam Tari Persembahan berasal dari tradisi menjunjung duli dan kemudian dikembangkan menjadi ragam-ragam gerak baru. Relevansi antara makna filosofi Tari Persembahan dan karakter masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau adalah dalam hal filosofinya, yaitu makna dari Tari Persembahan merupakan adab sopan santu masyarakat Melayu yang juga terkandung dalam filosofi masyarakat Melayu yang mendiami Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Makna filosofi tersebut kemudian direlevansikan dalam bentuk nilai karakter diantaranya nilai menghormati, nilai menghargai, nilai kerja keras, nilai kerjasama, nilai disiplin, nilai bersahabat, dan nilai cinta tanah air.Kata kunci: Tari Persembahan, makna filosofi, nilai karakter Abstract This research aims: (1) to know the philosophy meaning of Persembahan Dance, (2) to know the relevance of philosophy meaning of Persembahan Dance to society character of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province. The type of research used in this research is qualitative, data technique that used are non participant observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data display and data verification. The results showed, the philosophical meaning contained in the Dance of Persembahan derived from courtesy of respect that belongs to the Malay society which is included in the philosophy of the Malay society, namely Adat Bersendikan Syarak Syarak Bersendikan Kitabullah, which is found in the movement of dance, dance costume, dance property and also Process exercise. While the movements that exist in the Persembahan Dance comes from the tradition of menjunjung duli and then developed into a variety of new motions. The relevance between the meaning of philosophy of Persembahan Dance and the society character of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province is in terms of its philosophy, that is the meaning of Persembahan Dance is courtesy of Malay community also embodied in the philosophy of Malay people who inhabit Pekanbaru city of Riau Province. The meaning of this philosophy is then renovated in the form of character value, the value of respect, the value of appreciating, the value of hard work, the value of teamwork, the value of discipline, the value of friendship and the value of patriotism.Keywords: Persembahan Dance, Philosophy meaning, character value

This study discusses to study the practices, strengths and weaknesses and solutions that support the wakalah contract on murabaha financing products in BMTs in Jepara Regency. The type of this research is field research by obtaining qualitative. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data display and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the practice of wakalah on murabaha financing products in BMT in Jepara Regency was BMT and the agreement to negotiate using a wakalah agreement and the transfer of funds after discussing a two-sided agreement, then BMT provided the hands asking for buying and selling letters and letters in question, then to buy goods to the supplier then send the goods to the buyer to BMT, then send to the buyer at BMT in accordance with the initial agreement. The advantage of wakalah practice on murabaha financing products in BMT is to build high trust between BMT and funds to translate in financing. The disadvantage is that most that do not deserve to understand BMT financing products, lack of openness about the business conditions to be funded, need deviations from the agreed agreement. The fix is to stick to the principle 5C and consider three important aspects of financing, which are safe, efficient, and profitable.

<p>This article is aimed to describe whether Total Physical Response can enhance the students’ vocabulary mastery and the students’ attention during the implementation of Total Physical Response. The Classroom Action Research is adopted as the research design. The data were collected by conducting observation, interview, test and making field notes. The qualitative data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman’s method namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, the quantitative data were analyzed by using non-independent t-test and simple statistical method. Based on the data collected from 32 students of one elementary school in Surakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018, the findings show that the implementation of Total Physical Response can enhance the students’ vocabulary mastery and there are active students in the classroom during the implementation of Total Physical Response.<strong></strong></p>

The aim of this research is to explore the strengths and weaknesses of teaching speaking by using LMS-Edmodo based on the teacher’s perceptions. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach that involved one teacher as a participant. Observation, documentation, and interview are three kinds of instruments which were applied to this research. The data were collected by using three stages of qualitative analysis (Miles & Huberman, 1994), which were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the teacher’s perception, the strengths of teaching speaking by using Edmodo are its economy, privacy, simplicity, and flexibility. On the other hand, time-consuming, harm to the teacher’s health, slow loading if The aim of this research is to explore the strengths and weaknesses of teaching speaking by using LMS-Edmodo based on the teacher’s perceptions. This study used a qualitative approach in the form of case studies. Data collection techniques in this study is the snowball sampling technique. <p><em>Character is a positive values and attitude of life, which is owned by a person so that it influences behavior, way of thinking, acting and ultimately becomes a culture. A person's character will be formed if given positive touches, both physically, mentally and spiritually. One method used is through the practice of yoga asanas as applied at the Ashram Gandhi Puri Sevagram Klungkung. The practice of yoga asanas with the principle of the ashram is able to have implications for changing the character of students towards noble characters. This study focuses on issues concerning the process of forming student’s character through yoga asana exercises and character values formed in students through Yoga asana practice at Ashram Gandhi Puri Sevagram Klungkung. This type of research is qualitative. Data from informants in this research was collected using a purposive technique and to obtain data used several techniques, namely participant observation, in-depth structured interviews, literature studies and documentation studies that were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results found that the process of character formation of Ashram students through three stages called kriya yoga, namely Tapah, Svadhyaya, and Isvara Pranidhana. In the Tapah stage, a yoga class is conducted which is correlated with panca kramaning sembah. Character values that are formed from the process of yoga asana practice at Ashram Gandhi Puri are the values of discipline, the value of curiosity, the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, creative value, religious value, and honest values.</em></p>

This study aims to investigate the financial management and strategies deployed by Rumah Pintar (Rumpin) BAZNAS Piyungan Bantul Yogyakarta to improve the quality of education. Employing a qualitative approach, the data of this research is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data display and data verification. The results show that financial resources of Rumpin BAZNAS Piyungan are obtained from zakat through BAZNAS Center and through the allocation of costs in Rumpin that has increased from year to year. The improved allocation of costs were caused by the increasing need for services requested by the service recipients (mustahik). The result of the cost improvement is the increasing quality of education and  services. It can be seen from the achievements obtained by Rumpin BAZNAS Piyungan which won number of awards such as the Best Rumpin in center development under the category of Non-Departmental body;  received award of pustaka bakti tama penggerak buku (books reader movement for literary devotion) and several training certificates that can be used to find a job.

Sound-imitating words, called onomatopoeia, presents in most of languages in the world including Acehnese language, one of traditional languages in Indonesia, in which a great deal of onomatopoeias exist in it due to its unique constructions of onomatopoeia. This research aims at finding out kinds of Acehnese onomatopoeias understood and spoken among native Acehnese people by using Pidie dialect. Thus, five people in the Pidie Jaya regency were sorted out to be the subject informants by actualizing purposive and snowball technique. Moreover, a descriptive qualitative method was manifested in the research by actualizing some instruments to get the data such as structured interviewing and documentation. Hence, all of the data were interpreted in words by listing, transcribing their phonetics orderly, as well as describing both their function and meaning. A three-step analysis – data reduction, data verification, and data display-- was employed to describe the data gathered.  Result of the research reveals that Acehnese Onomatopoeias covers a wide range of expressions in sound-imitating words which are categorized into three big classes; Phonomimes which includes auditory impressions of various imitative sounds of nature; Phenomimes -- mimetic words to describe objects’ condition and human’s activities; and Psychomimes – symbolizing psychological state or inner feelings. Still, most of Acehnese onomatopeic words are in forms of repetition and nasalization which seems to be more unique compared to other languages.

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to identify and describe the way reinforce of the character values were being taught in the history subject at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Yogyakarta. This research was a naturalistic qualitative research. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data trustworthinnes was enhanced by source triangulation. The techniques used to analyse the data were the Miles and Hubberman model which consisted of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The result of the research showed that were three methods were used in the reinforcement of the character values i.e. leading by examples, habituation, and mechanism of the appreciation and sanctions. (a) Leading by examples were earned on teachers and advice of history itself;  (b) habituation was done by conditioning the students while doing tasks and  discussions; and (c) the mechanism of appreciation and sanction is contained in the learning contract, aiming for students to be motivated and maximize reinforcement. Meanwhile reinforcement that done in learning should be positive reinforcement. Keyword: history subject, character values, reinforcement of the character values.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Langsa sesuai ketentuan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mata pelajaran biologi yang berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman dengan prosedur penelitian yakni reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan  verifikasi data (data verification). Hasil penelitian diperoleh komponen perangkat pembelajaran  biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Langsa berupa silabus, RPP, LKPD,  buku ajar, materi ajar dan tes hasil belajar dimiliki seluruh guru dengan kategori sangat lengkap. Penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran guru biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Langsa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dijabarkan dengan pengggunaan RPP sebanyak 87,75% dengan kategori penilaian sangat baik, LKPD sebanyak 82,85% dengan kategori penilaian sangat baik, media pembelajaran sebanyak 71,42% dengan kategori penilaian baik, buku atau materi ajar sebanyak 78,56% dengan kategori penilaian baik dan tes hasil belajar sebanyak 80,95% dengan kategori penilaian sangat baik. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah dapat terus memfasilitasi guru dalam penyusunan dan implementasi perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dibuat. Abstrak  Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi, merupakan organisasi lokal yang dibentuk berdasarkan motivasi masyarakat untuk menanggulangi permasalahan pekerja anak. Pekerja anak merupakan masalah sosial yang membutuhkan penanganan segera, karena jika dibiarkan akan menimbulkan masalahmasalah lain yang lebih kompleks. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kapasitas merupakan program yang relevan dengan masalah-masalah organisatoris yang dihadapi oleh TPSPA Mandiri, seperti keterbatasan SDM baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengurus dan anggota organisasi lokal Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif (participant observation), wawancara semi terstruktur (in-dept interview), studi dokumentasi, focus group discussion (FGD). Analisa data meliputi data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Penelitian ini merupakan perbaikan model praktikum, hasil perbaikan model adalah kesepakatan mengadakan pelatihan pengurus dan anggota TPSPA Mandiri yang bekerja sama dengan PKK Kelurahan, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). Materi pelatihan yakni ; pemahaman fungsi, peran pengurus dan anggota organisasi, Sosialisasi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, Bimbingan dan latihan penggalangan dana, Proses kerjasama dengan sumber pelayanan kesejahteraan. Hasil pelaksanaan perencanaan asesmen dan setelah dilakukan intervensi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas pengurus dan anggota organisasi yang mengalami masalah kekurangan SDM, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pelatihan penguatan kapasitas berpengaruh meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus organisasi lokal Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi dalam rangka membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi baik oleh pekerja anak maupun oleh keluarga pekerja anak dan dampak lanjutan adalah meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan pengurus TPSPA Mandiri serta sejumlah pekerja anak mendapatkan pelayanan dari PKBM.  Kata Kunci : Penguatan Kapasitas, TPSPA, Pekerja Anak
