Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan pengalaman terhadap produktivitas jamu pada masyarakat Argomulyo di tengah pandemi. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif. Populasi dari penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Argomulyo. Sampel sejumlah 35 pedagang jamu tradisional dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dihasilkan dari penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket dan proses pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Kedua, displin memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Ketiga, pengalaman memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, the discipline and experience on the productivity of herbal medicine in the Argomulyo community during a pandemic. This research is of an explanative type. The population of this research is the people in Argomulyo Village. The sample was 35 traditional herbal medicine traders with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data generated from field research. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation processes. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, motivation has a significant effect on productivity. Second, the discipline has a significant effect on productivity. The three, experiences have a significant influence on productivity.

This study aims to examine the influence of consumer values and lifestyles partially or simultaneously to the purchase intention of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia. The type of this research is survey research. This study uses primary data collected using questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers who consumed various types of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive, respondents who already had experience in herbal medicine and had the goal of consuming herbs for personal gain. Techniques of data analysis in this study are to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that consumer and lifestyle values partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention of herbal medicine purchase in Surakarta-Indonesia. This means the higher the consumer value and lifestyle orientation of the consumer the higher the intention of the purchase of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia, on the contrary, the lower the consumer value and lifestyle of the consumer the lower the intention of the purchase of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the corporate taxpayers use tax consultant services. The independen variable in this research are knowledge of taxation, perception about tax consultant, and perception about account representative (AR) while the dependent variables is interest in using the services of a tax consultant. The data used in this research is primary data by using a questionnaire. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The subject of this research is corporate taxpayers registered In KPP Pratama Bantul by taking sample of 100 respondents. Respondent's answer in the questionnaire were analyzed using linear regression analysis using SPSS 19.00 for then be concluded. Based on the results of the data analysis, found that the tax knowledge of corporate taxpayer and perception abut tax consultant has a positive and significant effect on corporate taxpayer's interest of using tax consultant services. While perception about AR has not effect at all on the corporate taxpayer interest of using services of tax consultant. This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of the product on buying interest, (2) The effect of prices on buying interest. This type of research is causative. The population in this study was the people of Padang City who knew about Cimory's products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The hypothesis is tested by F test and t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product has a significant effect on buying interest, (2) Price does not significantly influence buying interest.Keyword: Buying Interest, Product, Price

This study aims to determine the Strategy of Guiding Troubled in Islamic Religious Guidance for Teenagers in North Padang Mantinggi Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. Sources of data were taken from three informants consisting of coaches of trouble, five parents of teenagers, and fifteen members of teenagers using purposive sampling technique. Research data were taken through in-depth interviews with all informants. The results showed that the Guidance Strategy for Guidance in Islamic religious development for adolescents in Padang Mantinggi Utara Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency, was by carrying out positive activities favored by teenagers, such as soccer and pencak silat training for teenage boys, marawis training. or tambourine and rhythm training for teenage girls. So that with positive activities it will be easier to direct teenagers to explore religious issues by participating in regular recitations in the hope that teenagers can have better knowledge of the Islamic religion

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

<span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research is to analyze and provide empirical proves about the influences of dishonesty behavior dan moral competence towards academic fraud of accounting students. The variable used in the research are dishonesty behavior and moral competence. The population of the research is the accounting students from Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, and Indonesia Banking School. 242 respondents has been involved as sampels in the research. Data used in the research consist of primary data collected using a questionaire. Multiple regression analysis will be used in the data analysis to test the hypotheses, and the data will be tested using the 20 version of SPSS The result of the test shows us that dishonesty behavior is proven to have an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students. While moral competence has not shown an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students.</span>

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard  Axis in Padang city.  Keyword: market segmentation simcard axis, positioning simcard axis, purchase decision simcard axis
