This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

The research was purposed to find out whether there was any partial or simultaneous effects of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction toward the work performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital. The population of this research is 93 non-medical employees and 62 are selected as sample. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling of non-medical employees which already a permanent employees. Data analysis was made with multiple regression analysis. Analysis result show that organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction have any partial and simultaneous effects toward the performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) behavior on agent work performance (2) the influence of communication on the work performance of agents (3) the influence of behavior and communication simultaneously on the work performance of agents at PT. Allianz Insurance Merauke Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely 63 customers. Data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis. For significant tests with r test and test f. The results showed that the behavior had a positive and significant effect on agent work performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance and behavior and communication also had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance.   Keywords: Behavior, Communication, Work Performance.

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.</em>

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of gender, religiosity, and Love of Money on tax evasion ethics. The population of this research is individual taxpayers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling, with criteria (1) individual taxpayers in Gunungkidul regency, and (2) individual taxpayers who have taxpayer-identification numbers (NPWP). The sample in this research is an individual taxpayer in Gunungkidul regency who has an NPWP. The research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents who met the criteria. Data analysis techniques in the research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS tools. This research obtained 80 respondents who were dominated by male respondents (41 respondents), while 39 respondents were female. This research found that the ethics of tax evasion influenced by gender and Love of Money. Meanwhile, religiosity does not affect the ethics of tax evasion.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Ditlantas Polda Jateng melalui <em>organizational citizen behavior</em>sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>Responden yang digunakan adalah 50 anggota bagian BPKB Ditlantas Polda Jateng. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda, uji-t, analisis jalur, dan sobel-test.</p><p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif remunerasi terhadap <em>OCB</em> (2) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepuasan kerja terhadap <em>OCB</em>  (3) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap <em>OCB</em> (4) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif remunerasi terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Polda Jateng. This research aims to evaluate and analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and convenience to intention to use mobile banking application. This type of research is survey research, using accidental method as sampling technique and obtained 60 respondent as the sample of research. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 21.0 program. The results shown that perceived usefulness, ease of use, and convenience has positive influence on intention to use mobile banking application.

Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.
