The spread of the Covid-19 virus has been very massive almost all over the world, Covid-19 is a real threat to humans and countries because it causes some global losses and damage. The perceived losses have led several countries to sue China to be responsible and immediately be tried in an international court. This research aims to know, understand, and analyze the regulatory responsibilities of countries in Islamic law and international law perspective and whether or not the country of origin of the Covid-19 outbreak is held accountable for a global Covid-19. This research is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The results of this study explain that China could be held accountable if it met certain characteristics of the Covid-19 case, but it is not easy for China to be held accountable for this Covid-19 case which almost in several countries in the world

This study aims to identify and describe the results of the feasibility analysis of the contents of the Islamic Religious Education Smart LKS content in terms of the suitability of the material description with KI/KD, the accuracy of the material, and the content of supporting learning materials. The type of research used is library research. Literature research is research based on literature searches related to the problems to be discussed. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The primary data sources in this study were obtained from the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education with Character, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, articles, laws and regulations, and so on. All data will be collected, analyzed, interpreted as well as by interpreting the object under study. The results showed that the suitability of the description of the material with KI-KD obtained a percentage of 65%, while in terms of the accuracy of the material it obtained a percentage of 72%, and in terms of supporting learning materials it obtained a percentage of 73.2%. When viewed as a whole, the percentage of sub-components is 70%, which shows that the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education is worthy of being used as a companion book for learning in elementary schools

This study aims to determine the Strategy of Guiding Troubled in Islamic Religious Guidance for Teenagers in North Padang Mantinggi Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. Sources of data were taken from three informants consisting of coaches of trouble, five parents of teenagers, and fifteen members of teenagers using purposive sampling technique. Research data were taken through in-depth interviews with all informants. The results showed that the Guidance Strategy for Guidance in Islamic religious development for adolescents in Padang Mantinggi Utara Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency, was by carrying out positive activities favored by teenagers, such as soccer and pencak silat training for teenage boys, marawis training. or tambourine and rhythm training for teenage girls. So that with positive activities it will be easier to direct teenagers to explore religious issues by participating in regular recitations in the hope that teenagers can have better knowledge of the Islamic religion

This study aims to discuss and examine the thoughts of Sheikh Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas about Islamic education. The method used is a literature study, which uses library data as a source. The results of the study reveal that there are 5 (five) important points of Sheikh Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas' thoughts related to education, namely: First, the purpose of education, namely to instill goodness or justice in humans as human beings and personal self which focuses on the formation of individual personalities and expects the formation of an ideal society, Second, Educational Methods, The method he mostly uses is Tawhid, Metaphors and Stories, Third, Educational Curriculum, is divided into Fardhu 'ain and fardhu kifayah, Fourth Educators, according to Al-attas Educators must have personality and manners Fifth, students, according to Al-Attas, students are required to develop perfect etiquette in science

This study aims to determine and describe how the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religiosity in the aspect of worship for housewives; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering the religious reading of the Qur'an; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religious diversity in the social aspect; and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in religious development for housewives. The type of research used is qualitative research (field research), qualitative research methods are descriptive methods in the form of writing or words from people and observed behavior. Sources of data obtained from the congregation taklim assembly. To strengthen the research data obtained, the authors also took data through observation and documentation. All interview data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting and ending with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the role of the taklim assembly in religious development for housewives in various aspects, namely aspects of worship, the Koran, and social plays a very important role in broadcasting and developing Islam in society, especially for housewives

This study aims to determine the morals of students at the UNP Laboratory Development Elementary School, to find out the efforts of Religion teachers in providing examples, guidance, historical stories, encouragement, and fostering students' conscience and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in shaping students' morality. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method, because the research describes, tells, and interprets a situation or event as it is. The results of this study were that students still spoke in high-pitched voices, running around in front of the office, and their hair was still long. Efforts made by Religion teachers are a) Providing an example with Tahfiz, b) Encouraging performing Dzuhur prayers in congregation, c) Equipping common sense with knowledge through historical stories, d) Advising parents to get along with good people, e) Encouraging to leave the nature of lazy. The driving factors in the formation of akhlaq karimah are parents, student motivation, and the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the formation of akhlaqul karimah are socio-economic conditions and education level.

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the disaster of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the human life. Humans are required to change their life perspective. The spirit is needed to survive, accompanying change, and is expected to become a locomotive for the changing of life and turn the obstacle become oportunities. This research was descriptive qualitative research. It describe the resilience and maturity of Islamic religious teachers in the industrial revolution 4.0 era and during the covid 19 pandemic. The survival and maturity of religious teachers can be seen from their activities in AGPAII. Islam as a religion revealed by Allah has the values ​​that immunize its adherents to survive and even become pioneers in their lives and civilizations. Through the AGIL analysis approach, this research shows that religious teachers who are well prepared and can survive, can be seen from the quantity and types of AGPAII activities during the Covid 19 pandemic. Religious values ​​play a strategic role to survive and to adapt and even be able to produce creative innovations

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan informasi dan membahas tentang upayameningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)melalui model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakankelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan subjek penelitian peserta dididk kelas IV Sekolah Dasardengan jumlah peserta didik 19 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada awal semester ganjil tahun ajaran2019/2020. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kalipertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaantindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan empat alatpengumpulan data yaitu, observasi lapangan, wawancara, hasil tes dan bukti dokumentasi. Seluruhdata dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus presentase dan reduksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitianterkait dengan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning ini dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, karena peserta didik sudah berhasil mencapai KKM yangtelah ditetapkan. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar peserta didikdalam setiap siklus, yaitu Siklus I (47%) dan siklus II (89%).

Materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang diajarkan di sekolah hanya memiliki penekanankepada topik-topik yang memperkuat iman dan jalannya menuju akhirat, tanpa adanya kesadaranakan pentingnya dialog antar umat beragama. Kondisi ini membuat Pendidikan Agama Islam(PAI) menjadi sangat ekslusif dan tidak toleran. Dewasa ini, Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)harus dilakukan reorientasi filosofis-paradigmatik tentang bagaimana membuat peserta didikmemahami tentang agama yang lebih inklusif, pluralistic, multicultural, humanistic, dialog,persuasive, kontekstual, substansial, dan aktif secara social. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana hasil belajar peserta didik pada matapelajaran Pedidikan Agama Islam melalui model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Penelitianmenggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research), data penelitian diambildari 26 orang peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) melalui observasi, tes, wawancara,catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi dengan dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan empatkegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Semua data yang diperolehkemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis persentase. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pesertadidik, karena peserta didik sudah mencapai KKM yang telah ditetapkan. Hal itu dapat dibuktikandengan peningkatan ketuntasan pada setiap siklus, siklus I (73%) dan siklus II (88%).
