Pada tahap pengembangandihasilkanbahan ajar dasar-dasar penelitiandan sarana monitoring proses penulisan dan produk penulisan skripsi. The research anddevelopmentmethod was Borg and Gall’s model that was modified. The results in thepre-development stage were: (a) causes of the study length tendency and students’ thesiscategories, and (b) the relevant learning package. In the development stage, learningmaterials for research foundations and an instrument to monitor the thesis writing processand product were produced. In the post-development stage, research learning materials,an instrument to monitor the thesis writing process and product, and a guide for theassessment of the thesis examination/defence were produced after the appropriatenesswas tested.Keywords: learning package, learning

<p>The research is motivated not yet using CTL approach. In addition, the study provided yet foster the character value of students. This study aimed to the development of learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character value are valid, practical, and effective. The type of this research is research and development by using 4-D models. The stages of this research are define, design, and development. The define stage consists of analyzing of curriculum, students, and concept. Then, the learning materials as lesson plan, handout, student’s worksheet, and evaluation, were designed at design stage. The development stage was doing validity, practicality, and effectiveness test. The data of this research was collected by using validation instruments, questionnaire of students and teacher, observation and test instruments. The result of research with validity of the test results showed that the syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets and assessment sheets (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) developed very valid. The test results showed that the learning practicalities developed very practical. Based on the results of efficacy trials, it was stated that the developed learning very effectively used as learning tools are developed to improve the activity and competence of students in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor and behavioral character. And Those, learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character values are classification of very valid, very practical, and effective.</p>

The study investigates whether information-seeking behavior models and theories obtained in previous research are applicable to more complex tasks. It also aims to gather students’ opinions on the importance and helpfulness of various traditional and online information sources in their thesis-writing process. This study would help to develop a better understanding of the roles and impacts of these information sources in the current networked academic infrastructure. Inspired by the Information Search Process model, we divided the process into six stages and conducted three separate surveys that covered students’ feelings, thoughts and actions, as well as other important factors that might affect their behaviors in each of the stages. Our study shows that both the feelings and thoughts of students changed during the different stages of the process, and that they were generally consistent with the descriptions in the Information Search Process model. The study indicates that it is beneficial to use the Information Search Process model as the starting point for studying the student thesis-writing processes. As the outcome of the study, we ultimately proposed a multi-stage model for Chinese undergraduate students’ thesis-writing process.

Abstract This paper aimed to investigate metaphorical images used by master’s students in order to gain an insight into their schemata for thinking about the process of master’s thesis writing. Semistructured interviews on the topic of master’s thesis writing with three students coming from humanities, social sciences and natural sciences served as a corpus from which the data were extracted. The paper analysed participants’ unconscious use of metaphorical language in their narratives, mirroring their perception of the thesis writing process. The results revealed that the participants’ personal experience revolves around the concept of journey as the central image they share and the journey metaphor, along with a group of related specific metaphors, serves to illustrate the complexity of the writing process itself.

En este artículo se presenta un trabajo de corte cualitativo tipo estudio de caso, cuyos objetivos son: describir el proceso de escritura de tesis, la participación de otras personas en este proceso así como las dificultades de escritura durante esta producción. En los resultados se identifican seis etapas en la escritura de la tesis acompañadas por el asesor; entre las dificultades están: desconocimiento del género tesis; falta de claridad y orden en la expresión de las ideas; posicionarse como autor, y errores gramaticales. La escritura de tesis de posgrado en este estudio es un proceso individual, guiado principalmente por el asesor, no exento de dificultades y errores al ser el inicio en la escritura científica, así como un primer acercamiento para insertarse en la comunidad de investigadores.AbstractThis research study was approached from a qualitative view with an instrumental and collective case study design. The objectives are to describe the process of thesis writing, the participation of others in this process and the difficulties of writing. As for the writing process of the graduates, it has been concluded that it is a recurrent and dynamic process around six core activities, through different work strategies accompanied by tutor, among the difficulties are: lack of gender theory, lack of clarity and order in the expression of ideas as the author position, and grammatical errors. The subject of this research was to discribe the implementation physics learning materials based generative learning with open-ended problem approach to stimulate students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is 4D consisting of four stages, in this paper discussing a review of the implementation which includes in development stage. The  data collection instruments are essay tests, assessment sheets, and student competency sheets. Analysis technique carried out in three domain:cognitive design assessment uses the t test with sub-scale analysis of critical thinking, also using gain test analysis to see an increase in critical thinking, then the analysis for affective and psychomotor domains using descriptive statistics. Based on analysis of student’s competency critical thinking skills increased by 29.9%. with t<sub>count</sub>19.06&gt;t<sub>(0.975)(31)</sub>1.67 in significance level 0.05, also gain factor from the 1<sup>st</sup> meeting until 4<sup>th</sup> meeting are <sub>1</sub>=0.3,<sub>2</sub>=0.4,<sub>3</sub>=0.5,<sub>4</sub>=0.5 in an interval 0.3&lt;g&lt;0.7 indicating significant differences. It means by using this learning material student can increase their critical thinking skill. In the affective domain, the attitudes of the learner in good categories with a class average of 76.65% and competency skills get an average of 74.18%, placing this material can improve learners learning outcomes in affective competencies and skills.

The purpose of this research is to develop animated video learning media on theme 9 sub-theme 2 class V, make it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials. This research method uses development research with ADDIE development model. This research was conducted in three stages: 1) the analysis phase consisted of curriculum analysis, teacher and student analysis, and media analysis; 2) the design stage, namely the design of animated video learning media using the kinemaster application; 3) the development stage, namely producing learning media that have been designed at the design stage. In addition to media production, the researcher also developed a research instrument, namely a validation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the animated video learning media meets the very feasible criteria, in learning 1 the results are 94,85%, in learning 2, the results are 95% and in learning 3, the results are 95%. Abstrak Tujuan pelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran video animasi pada tema 9 subtema 2 kelas V, mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu 1) tahap analisis terdiri dari analisi kurikulum, analisis guru dan siswa, dan analisis media; 2)tahap desain yaitu rancangan media pembelajaran video animasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi kinemaster; 3) tahap pengembangan yaitu memproduksi media pembelajaran yang telah dirancang pada tahap desain. Selain produksi media, peneliti juga menyusun instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar validasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi memenuhi kriteria sangat layak, pada pembelajaran 1 memperoleh hasil 94,85%, pembelajaran 2 memperoleh hasil 95% dan pembelajaran 3 memperoleh hasil 95%. In this paper we will discuss the process of making a web-based thesis management. The author raises this theme because currently students often encounter problems with thesis writing which requires a lot of time and also requires a lot of paper for revision from the supervisor. Writing confirmation is very important for students in the process of making student writing, which will be assessed by supervisors where student creativity is seen in the later stages of the thesis writing process. The model that the author uses supports the System Life Development System (SDLC), namely the Waterfall Model (Waterfalls), which is expected to be easy in developing software (Software) at each stage that is done mutually supporting one another. Stages of work in this paper starts from gathering the source of the problem of the process of making student writing and finding a goal to facilitate students in communicating with the supervisor. With the management of this thesis it is hoped that it can be used as data in assisting students' writing, and making students not have to waste paper in the revisions of the supervisors.
