This study aimed to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogical competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. The findings indicate that principal leadership has a considerable effect on teacher performance and that teacher work motivation greatly affects teacher performance. Principal leadership and teacher work motivation have a major impact on teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to study and explain the role of competence and transformational leadership styles on the performance of 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers, mediated by motivational variables. The research method uses quantitative and part of this research is 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers who gathered 52 people. The sample selection is done by saturated sampling techniques or census sampling so as to make all members of the study as research samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. Survey instruments were sent to 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed using a structural consolidation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8. This study revealed significant competence that were significant to teacher performance and transformational leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Competence and leadership styles change. In addition, motivation variables do not mediate competence and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance.

Teachers have an important contribution in the process of providing quality education. In carrying out their duties, teacher performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership role and integrity to the performance of elementary school teachers. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study was elementary school teachers. Sampling using random sampling technique, to obtain a sample of 67 teachers. The data collected in this study used instruments in the form of a principal leadership role questionnaire, a teacher integrity questionnaire, and a teacher performance questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the principal's leadership role had a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; teacher integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; principal's leadership role and teacher integrity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This study shows that the good and bad performance of teachers is influenced by the integrity of the teacher and the leadership role of the principal.

The style or way of a principal in leading an organization greatly determines teachers' performance under his leadership. This study aims to assess the principal's leadership style, which can improve teacher performance. This research uses literature review research. The writings reviewed in this study are articles with the keywords of principal leadership, leadership best practices and teacher performance. This study uses 15 articles published in the 2010-2020 period. In the data analysis process, we conducted an analysis of leadership styles that have succeeded in increasing teacher competence based on the results of previous studies. This study shows that (1) principals who apply a leadership style that can provide motivation and provide change for their subordinates are proven to improve an educator's performance. (2) principals who apply democratic, responsible and managerial leadership styles can improve teacher performance (3) principals who apply leadership styles that are comfortable, conducive and skilled at work can improve teacher performance. (4) principals who apply a leadership style that is skilled in solving problems and influencing their subordinates in terms of kindness are proven to increase educators' performance. (5) Leaders who have a clear vision and mission that are strong, have hope, protect, encourage, and guide their subordinates to do work according to their duties and functions, this leadership style can improve educators' performance.
