In order to solve the problems of large error and low performance of traditional progressive image model matching information checking methods, an automatic progressive image model matching information checking method based on machine learning is proposed. The generation method of progressive image is analyzed, and the target image sample is obtained. On this basis, machine learning algorithm is used to segment progressive image samples. In each image segmentation part, crawler technology is used to automatically collect progressive image model matching information, and under the constraint of image model matching information checking standard, automatic checking of progressive image model matching information is realized from geometric structure, image content and other aspects. Experimental results show that the verification error of the design method is reduced by 0.687 Mb, and the quality of progressive image is improved.

Tax fraud is a problem that often occurs in all parts of tax administration, one of which is tax evasion. As a result, the perception of taxpayers is reluctant to pay taxes. This is seen from the low awareness of taxpayers in the Bandung KPP Intermediate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discrimination, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services on the perception of tax evasion. This research uses descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is primary data as a result of distributing questionnaires to taxpayers as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that partially discrimination and awareness of taxpayers have no significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. But the quality of tax services has a significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. Simultaneously discrimination, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services have a significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. The quality of tax services has the most influence on the perception of tax evasion with indicators of accuracy of information. From the results of the research, it is expected that tax officials are always swift and willing to provide clear and understandable information by taxpayers, so that taxpayers feel satisfied with the services provided because it can reduce tax evasion at the Intermediate Tax Office in Bandung. ABSTRACT Due professional care and work experience are the most important to be have by auditor. The auditor must have due professional care and work experience to produce a good financial report. If auditor have a good due professional care and work experience, then the quality of audit will be good. Due professional care and work experience will affect the quality of audit. But in fact, the quality of audit produced bay auditor is not good enough. The purpose of this research is the effect of due professional care and work experienceto quality of audit survey on KAP existing in Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, verification with quantitative approach. Descriptive method used to determine due professional care and work experience to quality of audit. The test statistic used is the calculation of validity and relibility testing using software SPSS 18.0 for windows. For verification method using SEM PLS, evaluation results outer model by value loading factor and discrimination validity. All the indicators used in this research is valid and able to measure latent variables. The result from this research indicate that due professional care has a significant impact on the quality of audit that if due professional care great then the resulting quality of audit would be great, while work experience has a significant impact on the quality of audit that if work experience is good then the quality of audit would be good.   Keywords : Due Professional Care, Risk Audit, and Quality of Audit

Abstract. In the present paper we describe some methods for verifying and evaluating probabilistic forecasts of hydrological variables. We propose an extension to continuous-valued variables of a verification method originated in the meteorological literature for the analysis of binary variables, and based on the use of a suitable cost-loss function to evaluate the quality of the forecasts. We find that this procedure is useful and reliable when it is complemented with other verification tools, borrowed from the economic literature, which are addressed to verify the statistical correctness of the probabilistic forecast. We illustrate our findings with a detailed application to the evaluation of probabilistic and deterministic forecasts of hourly discharge values.

The strain in curing process of composite part would be influenced by curing compaction, resin flow, curing action and tool-part interaction, meanwhile these factors would also influence the final cured quality of composite part. In this paper, FBG(fiber Bragg grating) sensors are used to in-situ monitoring the strain of composite parts, which are cured in four different pressure situation by autoclave: 0.0Mpa,0.2Mpa,0.4Mpa,0.6MPa. by analyzing the strain change rule, the part quality is predicted, then the predictive result is compared with some verification method: measurement of part’s boundary dimension, ultrasonic phased array scanning, metallographic analysis. The result shows that, the prediction is consistent with verification, the in-situ monitoring method by using FBG sensor is available for predicting cured quality of composite parts accurately: increase curing pressure is benefit of part compaction, resin flow, and reduce delamination,pores in composite part, finally improving the part quality dramatically.

ABSTRAK�Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peranan kepemimpinan strategis dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam perdagangan ritel baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikati. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 63 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah maupun dokumen-dokumen penunjang lain. Metode Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kepemimpinan strategis dan kualitas kehidupan kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Bandung is known as the capital of West Java. Bandung also develops as a culinary city. As a form of the Government's responsibility to facilitate tourists who come to Bandung, the Government has officially announced the "Bandros" Tourism Bus (Bandung Tour on Bus). But practically, there are many problems faced by stakeholders. Standardization of prices among passengers, limits on the number of buses that cannot serve passengers, unclear routes including departures and arrivals, unhealthy management for safety factors and an increase in the number of passengers that have a negative impact due to the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to describe service quality, community satisfaction and community interest in reusing Bandros, and also to obtain the results of an analysis of the extent to which service quality affects community satisfaction and its impact on community interest in reusing Bus Bandros. In this study, researchers used the descriptive-verification method. This method is used to verify the quality of service perception, community satisfaction and community intentions to reuse Bus Bandros by involving 500 respondents who wish to use Bus Bandros. The distribution and selection of respondents was carried out using convenience sampling. Path analysis is also used in this study. Based on the results of the statistical testing process found significant perceptions between service quality variables and brand image with public interest in the city of Bandung to use Bus Bandros. For recommendations in this study, clarity of information can increase the public's intention to use Bus Bandros, because the information submitted will provide clarity in order to increase public intention to ride Bus Bandros.

Verification is used to measure the quality of a weather prediction, improve process performance, and measure the value of weather estimation. Initially, weather verification developed after Finley published his paper on the verification of tornado events. The type of data, objectives, and scale can make a different method in using weather verification. If there are some parameters that can be predicted, a simple question is consequently often asked by the public: how accurate are weather forecasts? Nowadays, the public wants a simple answer in 1 value that is presented quantitatively. The aim of the research is to develop a simple method that can answer the accuracy of weather prediction in a value that is easily understood by the public. Practically, validation comparing between prediction and observation parameters is divided into 2, namely dichotomous and comparing the values. This research tries to combine all weather prediction variables into a dichotomous variable with a threshold. Moreover, this technique is tested on weather predictions for the port of Makassar over a year. The results show that a certain threshold can be used to change the weather variable to be dichotomous. With the application of this method, forecast accuracy and suitability between the predicted parameters can be obtained. Moreover, the weather forecast issued by the Makassar Maritime Station shows the average true value of the forecast to be 69.1 %, and then the capabilities vary by forecasters, which range from 61 to 79 %. Dissolution instrument is an effective alternative method to study and evaluate the bioavailability of drugs in vitro, and an important means to ensure and evaluate whether the production technology and quality of solid oral preparations are reasonable and stable. It is found that the mechanical properties of the instrument will affect the determination of the drug, which will lead to the deviation of the determination results. Some methods of mechanical verification of dissolution instrument are analyzed and the application of non-contact measurement method is explored in mechanical verification. Experimental results show that the proposed non-contact measurement method has good measurement accuracy and repeatability.

One of the advantages of mobile communication is Handover. The research data can be used to identify network problems such as weak signal level (RxLev), poor signal quality (Rx Qual), etc. which cause the handover quality at that site in certain areas to be affected as well. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of a signal that will affect the performance of the handover frequency both intra-frequency handover and inter-frequency handover on the 4G LTE network by paying attention to the KPI Site of the relevant vendor, in this case PT.GCI Indonesia. The method used to determine the signal quality and network performance in an area, namely measuring and retrieving data with a drive test. One of the data collection techniques on the 4G network is to use the SSV (Single Site Verification) method on the drive test so that the signal quality and handover analysis are known both intra handover and inter handover using the GENEX Probe software. From the results of this study, it was found that the signal quality and handover quality of the 4G LTE network met the standardization given by the KPI, for the requirements for the success of the handover, which was 100% with the signal quality of the RSRP and SINR parameters resulting in a percentage of 73% and 91.21% according to the standards desired by the operator. and vendors using the Single Site Verification (SSV) drive test method.
