It is known that the progression of neurodegenerative diseases significantly limits the daily household and professional activities of patients, greatly affecting the functions associated with movement, self-care and cognitive control. Despite the significant scientific breakthroughs in the field of neuroimaging and pathogenetic therapy, the diagnosis and treatment of this category of patients remains a difficult and sometimes a challenging task. Оne of the basic principles in identifying nervous system diseases is implemented through the use of specialized indices, tests and scales. These diagnostic markers are widely used by neurologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, orthopedists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, hel-ping experts to determine not only the presence of pathology, but also, most importantly in rehabilitation, the evolution of certain signs of the disease with the possibility of further timely dynamic control. Among patients with movement disorders, individuals with extrapyramidal disorders make up a separate group in need of rehabilitation care. Unfortunately, the issues of lapidary diagnosis of extrapyramidal disorders remain relevant today. In the avai-lable specialized scientific and practical literature, we failed to find a convenient scale for measuring the severity of extrapyramidal tone in order to assess the effectiveness of drug and comprehensive non-drug rehabilitation treatment. The scale of the severity of extrapyramidal tone developed by us and recommended for practical use will allow neurologists to master a simple, but at the same time effective tool that facilitates early identification and determination of the stage of development of degenerative diseases of the nervous system accompanied by a specific change in muscle tone, which indicates the accuracy of the chosen ways of rehabilitation treatment.

Background. In the pathogenesis of cerebral palsy, the pathology of the proprioceptive modality plays an important role. Proprioceptive correction is an effective method for habilitation of children suffering from this disease. "Stimulation of the feet" is one of the methods of proprioceptive correction. In the process of treatment, pressure is applied to the receptor zones of the feet with pneumatic elements. The pressure is produced in walking mode and simulates the effect of the step on the foot. Objective: the rehabilitation treatment of children with the consequences of perinatal damage to the central nervous system and various forms of cerebral palsy.Materials and methods. The results of the rehabilitation treatment of 51 children with the consequences of perinatal damage to the central nervous system in 2 age groups: from 7 months to 1 year and from 1 year to 2 years are described. The average age of children was 1.8 ± 0.054 years, standard deviation 0.385. Among them, 27 (52.9 %) were boys, 24 (47.1 %) girls. The children had various motor dysfunctions. Children with a predominance of spasticity in the muscles of the lower extremities were 70.6 %, children with a predominance of reduced tone in the muscles of the lower extremities were 29.4 %. Rehabilitation treatment was carried out from the simulator of the base load "Сorvit". The course of basic stimulation was 10 procedures lasting from 10 to 15 minutes. The mode of stimulation was selected individually as in the classroom for physiotherapy. The duration and intensity of the pressure on the foot were selected.Results. As a result of treatment, positive dynamics of motor functions was noted. It was expressed in the normalization of muscle tone and with its decrease, and with an increase. The effect of tonic reflexes decreased. In the older group, normalization of the step structure was revealed. A reliable positive dynamics of speech and mental development was recorded. In children aged 7 months to a year with severe spastic paresis, it was statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusions. Support stimulation is an effective and safe method of physical habilitation of children with the effects of perinatal brain lesions and cerebral palsy.

Today, a comprehensive study of social aspects, cultural and spiritual, as well as socio-economic, legal, educational and organizational features of family relations is one of the questions of the hour. The relevance of the issue is that, first of all, at the present stage of development of our society, it is socially necessary to conduct a scientific analysis of the Islamic doctrine regarding family relations in the process of increasing the spirituality of the Uzbek people, including religious literacy. Secondly, when analyzing and studying the basic principles of Sharia norms, it is necessary to correctly use this knowledge in the search for solutions to issues, reasons, and the nature of growing family divorces, which is very relevant today. In this regard, this article highlights the essence and characteristics, as well as the socio-economic, spiritual and cultural foundations of the conditions and obstacles to marriage, in Islamic teachings, which were considered in the region as traditions. The article also examines and comparatively analyzes the religious, spiritual, legal, economic and educational factors of the conditions of marriage: free mutual consent to marriage, participation of witnesses in marriage, equality, makhr; circumstances that prevent marriage: a ban on marriage between relatives, issues of marriageable age under Islamic law with the norms of family law.

Abstract The N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein (NSF) promotes the fusion of secretory vesicles with target membranes in both regulated and constitutive secretion. While it is thought that a single NSF may perform this function in many eukaryotes, previous work has shown that the Drosophila genome contains two distinct NSF genes, dNSF1 and dNSF2, raising the possibility that each plays a specific secretory role. To explore this possibility, we generated mutations in the dNSF2 gene and used these and novel dNSF1 loss-of-function mutations to analyze the temporal and spatial requirements and the degree of functional redundancy between dNSF1 and dNSF2. Results of this analysis indicate that dNSF1 function is required in the nervous system beginning at the adult stage of development and that dNSF2 function is required in mesoderm beginning at the first instar larval stage of development. Additional evidence suggests that dNSF1 and dNSF2 may play redundant roles during embryonic development and in the larval nervous system. Ectopic expression studies demonstrate that the dNSF1 and dNSF2 gene products can functionally substitute for one another. These results indicate that the Drosophila NSF proteins exhibit similar functional properties, but have evolved distinct tissue-specific roles.

The article is devoted to topical issues of the culture of professional speech of representatives of the field of law, the level of which is an indicator of professionalism and general culture of the specialist in today's conditions. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive review of speech culture in the professional activities of lawyers at the present stage of development of Ukraine. In the research process, a descriptive method was used, as well as linguistic observation. The content of the concepts of “culture of speech”, “culture of speech”, “culture of professional speech”, “culture of professional speech of a jurist” is highlighted and delimited, and it is also determined that they are in a logical mutual dependence and interdependence. It is revealed that the main standards in the speech activity of a lawyer are correctness, accuracy, logic, clarity, purity, conciseness and expediency, where normativity plays a key role. The studied material demonstrates typical mistakes of irregularity of language norms (accentuation, spelling, lexical, morphological) in professional speech. The causes of these mistakes (primarily interference) are identified and ways to eliminate them are named. After analyzing the importance of language literacy and noting the importance of increasing its level for perfect mastery of the Ukrainian language standards and application in practice, it is emphasized that the culture of professional literacy today is the key to the success of a professional personality of a lawyer.

The distinctive feature of modern musical art is the constant search for new expressive means. Innovations infiltrated all aspects of composition, including the writing technique, understanding of the genre, style, form, and instrumental interpretation. These efforts are aimed at a true diverse and multifaceted embodiment of reality, which is constantly changing due to grand social upheavals. “Creative experiment, inquisitive search, and desire for renewal are inevitable and necessary in modern music. Without these experiments, artistic creativity becomes shallow, declines, and is subjected to sclerotic necrosis”. The growing need for a highly spiritual society requires a rapprochement to teaching and educating the younger generation to develop its spiritual and cultural values, personal and artistic orientations. These trends are primarily related to maintaining and increasing the intellectual and creative potential of a person who can express oneself through professional activities. In this case, the modern socio-cultural stage of development of musical-pedagogical education brings attention to new quality requirements to training of the experts that supposes the necessity and urgency of updating a problem of methodological training of music teachers.

Eggs of the housefly and milkweed bug treated at an early stage of development with a lethal dose of parathion continue to develop normally, but the embryo fails to emerge. Histological examination of the treated eggs showed that the development of the embryo, particularly the nervous system, was not affected. However, the activity of cholinesterase (ChE) was inhibited. Concomitant with inhibition of ChE, increased amounts of acetylcholine were found. These findings are similar to those found in adult insects treated with other organophosphorus insecticides.

The article considers the didactic conditions of musical training of choreographers in higher education institutions of our state. In this work the structural didactic features of musical competence of choreographers are defined, such as: feature of professional activity planning; ways and methods of performing professional activities; communication techniques; organizational skills of choreographers; features of dance and motor motility. The article also states that the author considers an individual approach to take into account the ways of adapting the properties of studentsʼ nervous system to the requirements of professional activity as an effective method of musical training of choreographers in domestic higher education institutions. The article also deals with an individual approach, which takes into account the individual differences of students, the development of techniques, tools and methods of forming professional and musical skills of choreographers, due to the typological properties of the nervous system. At the heart of the individual approach considered in the study there is the idea of understanding a developing student as a person with a unique set of individual qualities. This involves the recognition of different, but equivalent in effectiveness methods of educational and creative activities that meet the objective requirements of the professional activity of the teacher and the individual characteristics of the future specialist. Also, in this paper, it is noted that in pedagogical science didactics is connected with the methods of teaching courses. The method of teaching folk dance is somewhat different from other choreographic disciplines due to the specifics of national dance. All textbooks, programs and methodical materials on folk choreography are authorʼs versions and naturally cannot be accepted by all experts identically. Keywords: musical training, music theory, choreographer, professional training, didactics, didactic bases of training, professional skill, systematic approach to musical training.

Sexual stimuli (tactile, visual, olfactory, and imaginative) are processed and integrated in the central nervous system which then activates certain autonomic and somatic pathways within the peripheral nervous system. This coordinated activation of the central and peripheral nervous systems leads to penile erection which is actually a result of relaxation of vascular and cavernosal smooth muscle in the penis. In the flaccid (detumescent) penis, the smooth muscle tone is heightened. Penile erection (tumescence) requires a decrease in the smooth muscle tone. The tone of the penile smooth muscle therefore is the main determinant of erectile function. In this chapter, the current information on the control of erectile function by this central-peripheral-smooth muscle axis will be reviewed.
