The article considers the didactic conditions of musical training of choreographers in higher education institutions of our state. In this work the structural didactic features of musical competence of choreographers are defined, such as: feature of professional activity planning; ways and methods of performing professional activities; communication techniques; organizational skills of choreographers; features of dance and motor motility. The article also states that the author considers an individual approach to take into account the ways of adapting the properties of studentsʼ nervous system to the requirements of professional activity as an effective method of musical training of choreographers in domestic higher education institutions. The article also deals with an individual approach, which takes into account the individual differences of students, the development of techniques, tools and methods of forming professional and musical skills of choreographers, due to the typological properties of the nervous system. At the heart of the individual approach considered in the study there is the idea of understanding a developing student as a person with a unique set of individual qualities. This involves the recognition of different, but equivalent in effectiveness methods of educational and creative activities that meet the objective requirements of the professional activity of the teacher and the individual characteristics of the future specialist.Also, in this paper, it is noted that in pedagogical science didactics is connected with the methods of teaching courses. The method of teaching folk dance is somewhat different from other choreographic disciplines due to the specifics of national dance. All textbooks, programs and methodical materials on folk choreography are authorʼs versions and naturally cannot be accepted by all experts identically. The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

he article is devoted to the design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions and substantiation of the essence of functions used in the study of the application of innovative technologies in professional activities. The aim of the article is to characterize the semantic principles of designing the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. Achieving the goal involved the use of a number of methods: general – analysis, synthesis, abstraction and generalization, which made it possible to design a model of educational and communicative environment for the training of teachers of philology of higher education institutions; structural-logical analysis – allowed to outline the functions of the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. In addition, the article outlines and analyzes the main scientific sources on this issue. The article characterizes the content principles of designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachersphilologists of higher education institutions, formation of professional competence, readiness of future teachers-philologists for professional activity, professional self-improvement and development, formation of integration knowledge and prognostic skills. The practical significance of the research lies in the development and design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. As a result of the research, we came to the following conclusions that designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions involves creation of the optimal conditions for teaching language and literature; stimulation of speech and mental activity of students; development of their critical thinking, language personality, multiple intelligence and cross-cultural communication; ability to conceptually model information; expansion of knowledge space taking into account individual styles and learning strategies. We see prospects for further development of this thematic area in the implementation of internal and external system communication, coordination of communicative and pedagogical actions, recording and adjusting learning outcomes.

The scientific achievements of leading scientists on the selected theme are analyzed and leading ideas, concepts, and main definitions of the research are identified in the article. The creation of proper psycho-didactic conditions in institutions of higher education, which serve as a basis for the formation of professionally significant competences, the development of personal creative potential and active public position in future practical psychologists, is updated. It is argumented that the educational system built on the conceptual foundations of professional training makes it possible to effectively content the educational disciplines, and therefore effective fundamental knowledge, professional-oriented skills, advanced skills, professional norms and values, which have the highest degree of generalization of social phenomena and processes. It is proved that the concept of the study of practical psychology combines professional methodological, philosophical and general scientific principles and scientific-methodological approaches, which are directed at the revealing future professional activity. The outlined conceptual foundations of professional training allow us to modify the educational process in higher education according to the individual needs of future practical psychologists. The methodological analysis of educational phenomenon of practical psychology in institutions of higher education on four basic levels is offered: philosophical-theoretical (evolutionary-theoretical formation of the specialist and his or her effective functioning), methodological (formation of the system of world-view and semantic individual formations for realization of individual’s educational skills and abilities), specific-scientific (acquisition of fundamental knowledge about professional activities) and technological (effective use of methods and techniques of research for acquisition of true empirical knowledge). The conclusion about the importance of outlining of conceptual foundations in the system of professional training of future practical psychologists is made.

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved; the general structure of the system of quality assurance of education at the higher educational institution level is substantiated; determined the effective use of didactic principles; new approaches to the development of content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists in the new formation; the content of professional training of future specialists is investigated, covering the set of knowledge, skills and abilities, possession of which enables to work for the chosen type of profession; The set of principles, functions and factors that influence the content of the training is outlined in the curricula and programs of higher education institutions. An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.

The article highlights the specifics of professional activity of future foreign language teachers, which proves that increasing their competitiveness and reforming the system of general secondary and higher education in Ukraine increase the requirements for professional training of future foreign language teachers. It is stated that in the process of introduction of the latest information technologies in all spheres of activity of educational institutions the problem of formation of their information communicative competence in the process of studying in higher education institutions acquires special significance in the training of future foreign language teachers. The article describes the phenomenon of «multimedia technology» as a computer technology that allows you to flexibly manage the flow of various information. It is emphasized that there is no single approach to this phenomenon. The purpose of this article is to characterize the problem of multimedia technologies as a means of improving the effectiveness of professional training of future foreign language teachers. The author’s research proves that at the present stage the work on the introduction of multimedia in the educational process of higher education is carried out in two directions: the first is that multimedia is included in the educational process as an «aid» using traditional methods of education; the second direction involves changing the content of education, reviewing the methods and forms of organization of the educational process, building holistic courses based on the use of content in certain disciplines of higher education institutions that train future foreign language teachers. The article states that the use of multimedia by applicants for higher education, future teachers of foreign languages and ensuring the systematic use of multimedia technologies should be consistent with the didactic goals of professional training of applicants for higher education in foreign languages.

Theoretical and practical bases for forming professional competencies of higher education training applicants through participation in volunteering. It is indicated that the process of professional training in the higher education establishments should be aimed at the formation of a competitive specialist, taking into account the needs of employers and the realities of today.  Volunteering is presented as an important resource for development and education of the specialists of different specialties because from the one hand volunteering allows to get general competencies and from the other hand it allows to gain the necessary experience in the future professional activities even during training process. The wide use of volunteering as a trend of educational work in higher education institutions will contribute to the formation of a coherent and harmonious personality and professional. The experience of usage of volunteering as a field of educational work in higher education institution on the example of the State Technical University “Azov State Technical University” is analyzed. The use of a new tool in the educational process - the diary of volunteer practice - is analyzed. The results of the conducted sociological research - through the method of interviewing of the applicants of higher education - according to the effectiveness of the organization of volunteer practice are presented. Volunteering can increase students' motivation to learn vocationally-oriented disciplines, but under the conditions of properly organized and controlled process of volunteeing. Therefore, higher education institutions need to develop and implement new forms of work that will be perceived and performed by the students. This will enhance the competitiveness of professionals in the labor market.

The needs of the tourist domestic market and the integration of education into the international educational space require understanding of the phenomenon of multiculturalism and finding new ways of its realization in the process of professional training of bachelors in tourism. Creating a multicultural educational space requires the introduction of an innovative field of cultural interaction through the introduction of innovative technologies based on the dialogue of cultures, which will be aimed at activating the emotional, intellectual and creative sphere of personality development. Such technologies can be considered as a reserve of qualitative training bachelors in tourism to the professional activity in terms of multicultural education space. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the state of tourism potential of Ukraine and the conformity of the system of professional training of specialists in this field; to determine the possibilities of creation and realization of multicultural educational space through modeling of cultural interaction and to determine the ways of its implementation in higher education institutions. To achieve it, a set of theoretical and empirical methods was used to identify a number of problems that slow down the process of training bachelors in tourism to meet the challenges of the modern tourist services market. To eliminate them, a structural and functional model of forming a multicultural educational space in the process of professional training of bachelors in tourism has been developed, and mechanisms of its realization through technologies of cultural interaction are characterized.

The article considers the issue of the to-be translators’ training for cross-cultural professional interaction using as an example the communication between representatives of Spanish and Italian cultures. In this study, the author considered the possibility of combining the theoretical discipline of philosophical science with practical exercises for the development of speech competencies in Spanish and Italian foreign languages. After all, philosophy, according to the author, can become an integral auxiliary element in the formation of the worldview of future professionals, the formation of thinking, imagination, disclosure of creative and spiritual potential of the individual for further effective use in the realities of professional activity. The philosophy of education in recent years is considered by many authors as an important element that makes possible conscious educational development, which is not implemented within the dominant mentality. The article also described the essence of the concept of intercultural communication, because it is a fundamental element of professional translation. Given the practicality of new teaching models, the article examines the problem of forming a translator’s personality, their worldview, their human qualities, finding motivation and inspiration, revealing creative and intellectual potential and much more, which includes the process of preparing a translator for cross-cultural professional interaction. The domestic and foreign scientific and journalistic materials of the authors who worked in the field of philosophical science and its relationship with other disciplines and the process of professional training of applicants in higher education were considered and analyzed. Based on the experience and findings of research, the author has developed several examples of practical exercises based on crosscultural interaction in the Spanish-Italian environment, using which students of philology, translation and linguistics can work out and consolidate all necessary competencies in the process of philosophical science tasks. In the course of writing the article, the object of research was analyzed, which was the process of training future translators in higher education on the basis of a combination of philosophy and translation. The subject of research, which was the pedagogical conditions of preparation of future translators for cross-cultural professional interaction on the basis of a combination of philosophy and translation, was also considered. A set of exercises for the practice of cross-cultural interaction in the Spanish-Italian environment was developed, in which students of philology, translation and linguistics can work out and consolidate all the necessary competencies in the process of performing the proposed tasks through the prism of philosophical science. In the future, it is planned to expand and deepen research on this issue and develop new practical exercises and recommendations for their application for a comprehensive coverage of philosophical science for translators.

The article characterizes the special features of the motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional activity in vocational institutions (teacher of vocational training, master of vocational training), higher education institutions (engineering teacher) and in manufacturing. The purpose is to clarify the special aspects of motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The following research methods are used observation, description through individual interviews, expert evaluation method and questionnaire. The results are the following. It is stated that engineering and pedagogical education involves the rational integration of psychological, pedagogical and engineering components of professional training. It is noted that the professional training of teaching engineers is aimed at the formation their professional engineering and professional pedagogical competencies. This integrated training includes two equivalent integrated components: engineering (technical and technological, manufacturing, special, industrial branch) and pedagogical (humanitarian and social). It is stated that successful professional activity of a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is connected with professional training in institutions of higher education and the content and organization of their self-education in the process of professional development. To ensure proper training of a teaching engineer for successful activities, it is necessary to keep a continuous connection between the engineering and technical awareness and pedagogical activities. Modern professional activity of a teaching engineer is characterized by their innovative activities, the specifics of them is caused by the peculiarities of professional-pedagogical education and conditions of engineering-pedagogical activities, which provide generation and transformation of new ideas into innovations and form the management system. The innovative activity of teaching engineer is the basis of creative approach to professional responsibilities. It is concluded that a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is a teacher with higher pedagogical and technical education, who performs educational-methodical, engineering-technical, scientific-innovative, communicative-psychological, organizational, managerial and legal activities.

The readiness of student youth for professional activity is a complex personal formation. At the initial stages of education in higher education institutions is characterized by a contradiction between the student's need for professional self-determination and the lack of necessary professional competencies to meet it. To highlight the psychological factors of professional development students in the initial stages of higher education. Most of the respondents have a formed interest in professional activity, which implies a positive attitude to the chosen profession. Unfortunately, among the respondents there are students who do not have a positive attitude to the future profession. The professional development of first-year students is hindered by frustration as a result of failures related to learning. A large number of subjects have health problems that hinder successful professional development. The vast majority of students emphasize the importance of purposefulness in professional development. Most students consider interest in the profession as a factor influencing their professional development. The attitude of students to learning is one of the important indicators of their professional development. A factor that will help to implement the professional plans of students is their own strengths and abilities. Psychological factors of professional development of students at the initial stages of education in higher education institutions are highlighted. Psychological factors of professional development of students at the initial stages of education in higher education institutions are: the formation of interest in professional activities; frustration as a result of failures; health status; own inertia; purposefulness; full dedication in any case; realistic tasks to achieve the goal; healthy lifestyle; interest in the profession; example of colleagues; ability to self-education and own development; awareness of one's own strengths and abilities; sufficient funding; great own efficiency.
