The hospitality industry is one of the fastest growing service industries with the majority of employees are millennial workers. Millennial workers concerned to successful of their career so that they are willing to leave one organization to another to realize career success. Based on that, it is important for organization to help realize employee career success through career development. Moreover, career success can also be realized by the commitment of employees to their careers. This research is a quantitative with multiple regression analysis, which aims to determine career success reviewed from perceptions of career development and career commitment. Respondents in this study are millennial workers who work in hospitality industry which are taken by quota sampling method. The results of this study state that perceptions of career development and career commitment are predictors of career success in millennial workers in hospitality industry. The influence is 44.8% on increasing career success.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

<em>This study aims to find empirical evidence related to the influence of leverage, auditor reputation, efficiency, growth, internationalization and board of commissioner's level of Internet Financial Reporting. The population in this study are all sharia-based companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 66 company data in Indonesia and 73 company data in Malaysia. Data analyzed in this research is processed from annual report and company financial statements and analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia, the reputation of auditors and internationalization has a positive and significant impact on Internet Financial Reporting while leverage, efficiency, growth and education level of board of commissioners have no significant effect on internet financial reporting. In Malaysia the reputation of auditors, growth and internationalization have a positive and significant impact on internet financial reporting while leverage, efficiency and education level of board of commissioner have no significant effect to internet financial reporting.</em>

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and services on consumer decisions in an online shop. Study on Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo Students. The sample selection method is done by using accidental sampling method. The number of samples chosen was 100 students. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondent. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis tools. The type of data used is perimer data. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to those who are randomly responded. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study find out that the prices and services of online transactions together and partially positive and significant towards consumer decisions in conducting online purchase and purchase transactions at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Sultan Amai Gorontalo IAIN, namely price variables with an exchange rate of 0.356 with a significant 0.034. Service variable with a coefficient of 2.423 with a significant value of 0.010. Then, together prices and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with the calculated F value = 5.930 significance 0.004 greater than F table = 3.590.
