CV. Gitani Creative Agency is a company engaged in the field of creative agency providing digital marketing service. Google Adwords is a platform used by the company to run this service. Keyword set selection is critical to the performance of ads. However, finding the right keyword set is not an easy task. The company needs to consider various criteria to get the optimal advertising results. Decision support system (DSS) is needed as an objective reference in the process of keyword set selection. The criteria for decision-making are click, impressions, cost, and avg. CPC.AHP method is used to compare the value of each criteria and then generate priority weights of each criteria. While TOPSIS method is used for alternative ranking. The combination of these methods aims to improve the performance of TOPSIS method.The result of this study shows that the combination of AHP and TOPSIS methods can be used to determine the best keyword set for ads. Based on the testing results, DSS can do alternative ranking correctly in accordance with the results of manual calculation and it is also flexible to the changes in criteria and alternatives.

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

<p align=""><em>In an industry sales, competition is a natural thing. The number of businesses with the same type makes an entrepreneur should have the right strategies in increasing the purchasing power of customers and reap the benefits. This research aims to implement the algorithms in computer science to create a decision support system for granting rewards to customers Drinking water Depot. In this research method used is TOPSIS and SAW. Where samples are used as much as 6 customers with the assessment criteria is the status of payments, the status of customer liveliness, long subscription, purchase amount, and the time of purchase. From the comparison of the two methods, showed that the calculations carried out by TOPSIS method is better than the SAW method.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Customer, SPK, Reward, TOPSIS method, Method SAW</em></p><p><em>Dalam sebuah industri penjualan, persaingan merupakan hal yang wajar. Banyaknya usaha-usaha dengan jenis yang sama membuat seorang pengusaha harus memiliki strategi-strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan daya beli pelanggan dan menuai keuntungan.</em><em> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma dalam ilmu komputer untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian reward kepada pelanggan Depot Air minum. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS dan SAW. Dimana sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 pelanggan dengan kriteria penilaian adalah </em><em>status pembayaran, status keaktifan pelanggan, lama berlangganan, jumlah pembelian, dan waktu pembelian</em><em>. The City

Banten Province has a city, namely Tangerang, to be precise in the northern part of Banten City. There are many tourist attractions that we can visit in the city of Tangerang, such as natural scenery, historical places, natural scenery, photo spots and culinary tours. With various tourist attractions in the city of Tangerang, it attracts tourists who want to travel to these places. With so many interested tourists visiting the city of Tangerang, the existing hotel is one of the destinations for tourists who are visited for a place to stay and rest. This has had an impact on the increasing number of hotels in the area, which has led to an increasing variety of choices for tourists. To make it easier for tourists to choose a hotel according to their needs, a decision support system is needed in choosing a hotel to use for a place to stay and rest. Tourists can choose hotels according to their desired needs by using a decision support system with various criteria. The decision support system applies the initial criteria weighting by using the AHP method and hotel alternative ranking using the TOPSIS method. The system has been tested and implemented by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using the USE Questionnaire and applying the Sala Likert Method to perform the questionnaire calculations, and the final result obtained in the calculation of the questionnaire is 84.51%.

This research proposes a decision support system in determining thesis exam graduation using AHP and TOPSIS method. The AHP method weighted the criteria to generate values for each criterion, in which the value of each criterion was used to obtain a ranking of some alternatives with TOPSIS. The criteria used for the assessment are 5 chapters (C1), neatness (C2), manners (C3), material delivery (C4) and material mastery (C5). Merging the AHP and TOPSIS methods can optimize the weighting of criteria values that affect the more objective alternative ranking results. The resulting Hamming distance is 96.2% and the Euclidean distance is 0.8096 for 95 students.

There are approximately 20 tourist objects in the Karo Regency area that are close to each other, such as Gundaling Hill, Lumbini Nature Park, Fun Land Mickey Holiday and other places. Priority for visiting tourist areas really needs to be determined for time and cost efficiency and so that visitors can reach other tourist attractions around Tanah Karo. The problem in this research is designing a Decision Support System to determine the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Determination of the weight of each criterion obtained from processing the interview data. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%).

Employee is a part of the company's most important asset in its efforts to maintain survival, growth, ability to compete and profit. At this time the process of assessment of employees in Jakarta Smart City is still in the form of manual and the decision only from one party only, so the process is still not accurate. So it takes the methods that must be able to replace that system. For that reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created to determine the best employees in Jakarta Smart City. In the system implemented the method of Entropy and TOPSIS. Entropy method can be trusted in determining the weight of the criteria to be used. And TOPSIS method can quickly perform the ranking process. Criteria to be used are quality and quantity of work, obedience, cooperation, morale, and work discipline. The index of satisfaction level of respondents to the decision support system ranges from 70% -80%, meaning that the assessment of the system created gives results at a fairly good level. Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.
