Современные промышленные предприятия оснащаются дорогостоящим и уникальным оборудованием. В процессе эксплуатации оно теряет свои технико-эксплуатационные качества главным образом из-за износа и разрушения отдельных деталей, поэтому снижается точность, мощность, производительность и другие параметры. Для бесперебойной работы оборудования с заданными точностными характеристиками требуется систематическое техническое обслуживание, текущие и капитальные ремонты. Текущий ремонт - это ремонт, осуществляемый для восстановления работоспособности оборудования и состоящий в замене или восстановлении его отдельных составных частей. Капитальный ремонт - ремонт, выполняемый для обеспечения исправности и полного или близкого к полному восстановления ресурса оборудования с заменой или восстановлением любых его частей, включая базовые (под базовой понимают основную часть оборудования, предназначенную для компоновки и установки на нее других составных частей). Послеремонтный ресурс оборудования должен составлять не менее 80 % ресурса нового оборудования. Затраты на капитальный ремонт осуществляются предприятием за счет производимых им амортизационных отчислений. На рыночной стоимости оборудования сказывается проведение капитального ремонта: под влиянием ремонта рыночная стоимость оборудования резко повышается. Предлагается алгоритм расчета экономических нормативов для планирования технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования и рыночной стоимости оборудования, а также блок-схема расчета экономических нормативов.

Currently, in order to ensure the required fault-proof level of technological processes in agricultural production, the following strategies among the main ones: afterfailure, planned systematic and a mixed electrical equipment maintenance and repair strategy. The pervasion of information technology in this segment was not widespread. Application of information technologies in conjunction with implementation of risk-oriented strategy is one of the promising directions of electrical equipment maintenance optimization, yet requires adaptation to sectoral characteristics of agricultural production. The article describes the problem of determining the optimal conditions for adjusting the frequency of maintenance and repair of electrical equipment on the basis of risk-oriented approach. To solve this problem, the equation of annual costs for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment was drawn up taking into account the parameter of its failure risk. The relationship between the change of relative risk and the service frequency was established; based on it, the ranges of frequency adjustment of maintenance and ongoing repair were determined.

The complexity of software for improving and monitoring processes related to the repair and maintenance of equipment at industrial enterprises is an automated system for the maintenance and repair of equipment, which plays an important role in the market planning of equipment maintenance and repair. Due to the fact that there was a need to write software for calculating economic standards in the market planning of equipment maintenance and repair, a program was written. The introduction of the software in the market planning of equipment maintenance and repair is economically justified in terms of reducing the cost of repairs, reducing losses from equipment downtime. The software product will allow you to calculate a scientifically grounded indicator of the costs of capital repairs of fixed assets (lifting equipment) for the 1 category of repair complexity; scientifically grounded indicator of working capital for overhaul for the 1 category of repair complexity; scientifically grounded indicator of material costs for the 1 category of repair complexity during overhaul of press-forging equipment, forging-steam-air hammers; scientifically grounded indicator of material costs for the 1 category of repair complexity during overhaul of lifting equipment; scientifically grounded indicator of material costs for the 1 category of repair complexity during overhaul for foundry equipment; scientifically grounded indicator of material costs for the 1 category of repair complexity when carrying out overhaul of machine tools; the cost of repair work of technological equipment for the 1 category of repair complexity; calculate the market value of the equipment, which is adjusted by the coefficients of physical, functional, external, and moral wear. In the paper, the proposed software for calculating economic standards in market planning of the maintenance and repair of equipment is written in C# Sharp using the framework .NET Core 3.1. The program implements two classes - Program (main class) and Formula (formula class). The formula class encapsulates all the properties and methods of the formula necessary to work with it, including input, storage of all entered values. The main class consistently creates objects of the formula class and executes the methods necessary for the calculation. The paper contains links to the source code and the program. The software allows you to multiply the efficiency of the project management for the equipment maintenance and repair .

The possibility of applying the standard calculation of the shear force of thin high-coercive neodymium— iron—boron permanent magnets in magnetic systems and magnetic couplings is considered. A correction factor is proposed for calculating the shear force in systems with thin magnets, which allows at the stage of developing sealed equipment to calculate the shear force of permanent magnets in these systems. The most important main points of an improved methodology for determining the costs of maintenance and repair of livestock equipment using standards are considered, the features of accounting and planning of this type of work (technical service of livestock equipment) are noted. The general provisions of the methodology for calculating the basic wage are given, depending on the choice of the form of remuneration by the technical maintenance and repair of livestock equipment. To simplify these calculations, the rationale for establishing a single common coefficient that takes into account the accrual on the basic wages of workers when performing various types of work by farm specialists (accrual of additional wages for workers, social security contributions and the level of overhead from the main wage), etc.

At the standard calculation of the cracking moment for bending reinforced concrete elements the plasticity coefficient γ is normally used, which according to SP 63.13330.2012 is 35% less than in the old SNiP 2.03.01-84*. The question arises, what is the reason for such a noticeable difference and which of the methods gives more reliable results? This article seeks to answer this question. For this purpose the physical meaning of the coefficient γ was considered in detail, with the usage of a nonlinear deformation model of a normal section. A calculation formula for γ depending on an element’s reinforcement degree was obtained, which is valid for conventional concrete of B15-B35 class. A comparison of the calculated cracking moment according to the proposed method with experiments by the other authors was carried out. A good agreement of results was observed.

Abstract: Performance measurement in determining the Tax Object Acquisition Value as the basis for the imposition of duties onAcquisition of Land and Building Rights is conducted by analysis tool using assessment sales ratio (ASR). ASR analysis aims todetermine the level of conformity of Tax Object Acquisition Value (NPOP) to land market value to determine whether Tax ObjectAcquisition Value is in proportion, experienced under assessment, or over- assessment. Moreover, this technique also aims tomeasure diversity (variability) to account the level of fairness of Tax Object Acquisition Value as the bases of Duty on Acquisitionof Land and Building Rights (BPHTB). The results shows that the determination of Tax Object Acquisition Value as the bases todetermine BPHTB in Ambarketawang is lower compared to its property market value (under-assessment occurred). Analisis ASR bertujuan untukmengetahui tingkat kesesuaian NPOP terhadap nilai pasar tanah apakah dalam penetapan NPOP sudah proporsional, terjadi underassessment, atau over assessment. Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengukur keberagaman (variabilitas) NPOP sehingga diketahuitingkat keadilan penetapan NPOP sebagai dasar pengenaan BPHTB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan NPOP sebagaidasar pengenaan BPHTB di Desa Ambarketawang masih relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai pasar tanahnya (terjadiunderassessment).Tingkat keberagaman dalam penetapan NJOP sebagai dasar penentuan BPHTB di Desa Ambarketawang sangattinggi atau tidak menunjukkan keseragaman yang baik.Kata kunci: NPOP, Nilai Pasar Tanah, Assessment Sales Ratio
