The plants, agrarian division and the nation's economy play a crucial portion in climate alter. The support of plants is in this manner profoundly imperative. Like individuals, various illnesses of microbes, organism and infections have an affect on plants. Convenient distinguishing proof and remedy of these illnesses is significant to dodge misfortune of whole plants. A significant learning show named the plant infection finder was given in this ponder. The demonstrate can distinguish numerous plant conditions utilizing the picture of its clears out. Demonstrate location of plant malady is made with the nueral framework. The primary step is to extend the test measure of the information collection. Afterward meeting Neural organize (CNN) with numerous layers of concentration and pooling is utilized. The information set for Plant Village is used for show preparation. After the demonstration has been prepared, the comes about are tried accurately. This show has been utilized by us for a few examinations. For testing purposes, 15 percent of information from PlantVillage information includes photographs of sound or debilitated plants. 98.3% of the test accuracy was achieved within the proposed show. This work centers on the significant learning show for infection location in plant clears out. Be that as it may, within the future demonstrate rambles or any other framework may be consolidated to recognize ailments of the plant and inform them to people so that they can be cured accordingly.

Advanced computer technologies such as big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, digital twins, and edge computing have been applied in various fields as digitalization has progressed. To study the status of the application of digital twins in the combination with AI, this paper classifies the applications and prospects of AI in digital twins by studying the research results of the current published literature. We discuss the application status of digital twins in the four areas of aerospace, intelligent manufacturing in production workshops, unmanned vehicles, and smart city transportation, and we review the current challenges and  topics that need to be looked forward to in the future. It was found that the integration of digital twins and AI has significant effects in aerospace flight detection simulation, failure warning, aircraft assembly, and even unmanned flight. In the virtual simulation test of automobile autonomous driving, it can save 80% of the time and cost, and the same road conditions reduce the parameter scale of the actual vehicle dynamics model and greatly improve the test accuracy. In the intelligent manufacturing of production workshops, the establishment of a virtual workplace environment can provide timely fault warning, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure the overall workshop operational safety. In smart city traffic, the real road environment is simulated, and traffic accidents are restored, so that the traffic situation is clear and efficient, and urban traffic management can be carried out quickly and accurately. Finally, we looked forward to the future of digital twins and AI, hoping to provide a reference for future research in related fields.

Starting with the characteristics of digital factory’s information system, the article mainly analyzes the composition of information collection and data management for mass customization furniture. It puts forward the mode of collection and response of customer demand information for mass customization furniture and the mode of information collection and data management for furniture manufacturing’s execution system, furniture enterprise’s material list and the design of furniture product. Finally, the article summarizes how to organize and coordinate the information flow of mass customization furniture, which would provide some reference modes for the digitalization management of mass customization furniture enterprises in the future.

Abstract Objective The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted a fragile preparation by countries and regions for epidemic events, exposing exacerbated nationalisms in pandemic mitigation and control actions. Both conditions decisively compromise the effectiveness and efficiency of pandemic control capacity. It is important to develop frameworks that help overcome frailties in response to epidemics. Methods Thematic literature review and discussions with multiple national and international entities. The discussions were not specific to the article, hence were not considered as formal information collection. Based on this information, an attempt was made to build a tool for responding to the identified problems. Results Proposal of the 2PF tool. Conclusion The proposed 2PF tool is aligned with the Sendai Framework and proposals from international bodies, such as HERA, among others. It aims to be a framework for operationalizing these agreements, at least in part of its dimensions. The general idea is that pandemic preparedness cannot fail or to all other disaster risks and similar recognized by the UN. The response to pandemics must be based essentially on international action and closer collaboration between countries and regions.

This research refers to the emotionality that exists in students of the Universidad Tecnológica de León. The objective is to analyze the situation that the students of this university are experiencing, to be able to design a plan relevant to their efficient support, which allows the professional development of this sector of the population; through research into their emotions and feelings caused by the COVID 19 pandemic and the state of detention to which they were forced. This chapter is part of extensive research into the variables investigated and the sample size. From the information collection instrument that was applied, the results of the effects of these factors were taken, in terms of emotions and feelings and only of students of the Technological University of León. In the results we find that they are aware that the possibility of contagion exists. Confinement in their homes provides them with security and tranquility, however, it also causes them anxiety, frustration, concern and fear, because of the situation they live because of this pandemic. However, they are optimistic about the future, they think conditions are going to improve.

Take insufficiency of classical velocity measurement methods into consideration, this paper introduces a method which has a good test accuracy in a wide range, fixed sampling period M/T method, to determine velocity and position information of the encoder. Firstly, its measurement principle is analyzed in detail through logic and timing relationship. Then realization of every module is achieved with VHDL. Finally, ModelSim is used to simulation and test to verify the correctness of the method. In the future, it can be widely used in practical applications.

Second-epoch photographs have now been obtained for nearly 850 of the 1246 fields of the proper motion program with centers at declination -20° and northwards. For the sky at 0° and northward only 130 fields remain to be taken in the next year or two. The 270 southern fields with centers at -5° to -20° remain for the future.

Metaphase chromosomes from human and mouse cells in vitro are isolated by micrurgy, fixed, and placed on grids for electron microscopy. Interpretations of electron micrographs by current methods indicate the following structural features.Chromosomal spindle fibrils about 200Å thick form fascicles about 600Å thick, wrapped by dense spiraling fibrils (DSF) less than 100Å thick as they near the kinomere. Such a fascicle joins the future daughter kinomere of each metaphase chromatid with those of adjacent non-homologous chromatids to either side. Thus, four fascicles (SF, 1-4) attach to each metaphase kinomere (K). It is thought that fascicles extend from the kinomere poleward, fray out to let chromosomal fibrils act as traction fibrils against polar fibrils, then regroup to join the adjacent kinomere.

In his pioneering demonstration of the potential of freeze-etching in biological systems, Russell Steere assessed the future promise and limitations of the technique with remarkable foresight. Item 2 in his list of inherent difficulties as they then stood stated “The chemical nature of the objects seen in the replica cannot be determined”. This defined a major goal for practitioners of freeze-fracture which, for more than a decade, seemed unattainable. It was not until the introduction of the label-fracture-etch technique in the early 1970s that the mould was broken, and not until the following decade that the full scope of modern freeze-fracture cytochemistry took shape. The culmination of these developments in the 1990s now equips the researcher with a set of effective techniques for routine application in cell and membrane biology.Freeze-fracture cytochemical techniques are all designed to provide information on the chemical nature of structural components revealed by freeze-fracture, but differ in how this is achieved, in precisely what type of information is obtained, and in which types of specimen can be studied.
