Purpose This paper aims to explore the relationship between integrity, reputation, trust on awqaf institution and intention to endow cash waqf. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative research using survey questionnaire was conducted. A total of 377 completed survey questionnaires were received and analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings Findings show that integrity and reputation of awqaf institutions have direct impact on endowers’ trust on awqaf institution, which consequently lead to endowers’ intention to endow cash waqf. Originality/value This study provides practical information on how awqaf institutions could develop endowers’ trust on awqaf institutions, which will consequently increase the intention of endowers to endow cash waqf.

This paper presents a trustworthy model for an e-commerce website consisting of technologically-driven factors that influence the e-commerce usage and by employing the Theory of Planned Behaviour as the basis of developing the model. For this paper, self-administered survey questionnaires were distributed to 600 respondents at small medium enterprises (SMEs) in Libya, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to test the factor analysis. Based on 296 of 600 respondents of the administered questionnaires, the results showed that the perceived ease of usage and perceived ease of trust are highly significant when it comes to the usage of ecommerce. Both parameters recorded a preference score of 52% and 36% respectively. As a result, these two factors are considered to be the main factors that influence the e-commerce usage by SMEs in Libya.

This study is aiming to examine therelationship between, job security, governance, and teacher’s job satisfaction. In addition this study is alsoinvestigating the moderating effect of leadership style between job security and governance. This study hasused SMART-PLS structural equation modeling to analyze the data using quantitative research method. Thisstudy has used quantitative research method using stratified sampling technique. This study had used 266completed and usable questionnaires collected from teacher of the institutions in Sothern Punjab- Pakistan. The findings have indicated a significant relationship between job security, governance and job satisfaction ateducational institution level. In addition it was also reveals that leadership style has no significant influencebetween job security, governance and teacher’s job satisfaction. Objective of the study: This empirical research tests the direct and indirect impact of creativity on entrepreneurial intention, by applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the underpinning framework.Methodology/approach: Quantitative research was conducted through a survey of 703 undergraduate students in Vietnam. Structural equation modeling with Amos version 23 was used to test the theoretical model.Originality/Relevance: Creativity is assumed to be a common characteristic of entrepreneurs and a prerequisite for innovation and entrepreneurship, but the findings on the influence of creativity on entrepreneurship intention are inconsistent in literature. This research uses a mediator effect to explain this inconsistency and focuses on the direct and indirect impact of creativity on entrepreneurship intention in an Asian emerging country.Main results: Analytical results show that creativity has no significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. Rather, it has an indirect effect on entrepreneurial intention through three determinants (attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control).Theoretical/methodological contributions: The study provides empirical evidence to confirm the importance of attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control, which together fully mediate the impact of creativity on entrepreneurial intention.Social/management contributions: These results have several implications for promoting entrepreneurship in university students.

Decision is an issue that needs to be explored in detail due to its relationship to an individual’s psychology. In the context of zakat that also acts as microfinancing (non-refundable fund), decision plays an important role in terms of collection and distribution. However, previous literature about zakat has not clarified this phenomenon especially in the context of Asnaf entrepreneurs. Asnaf entrepreneurs represent micro entrepreneurs who depend on zakat funds. Then, by benefiting the funds and getting support from the zakat institutions, Asnaf entrepreneurs become less dependent on the support and become zakat payers. Therefore, grounded by Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) framework, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of Asnaf Intention’s towards decision as the zakat payers. A total of 274 Asnaf entrepreneurs from Kelantan and Selangor had participated in this study. Data were collected through self-administered survey questionnaires. The main statistical technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by using Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 23. The study has shown that subjective norms are found to be most dominant predictor towards decision closely followed by attitude, and perceived behavioural control. The above findings have added several implications towards theory, both practical and managerial. In general, the findings of the study are consistent with the theory of planned behaviour. Moreover, Asnaf entrepreneur’s intention gives the better impact towards decision and zakat collection.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce website quality, trust, risk perception, and subjective norms on buying interest at Bukalapak.com. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the quality of the e-commerce website, trust and risk perception have a significant positive effect on buying interest at Bukalapak.com. Subjective norms have not significant effect on online buying interest at Bukalapak.com. This finding implies the policy of the need to create and manage a practical website with a good appearance, using language that is easy to understand and the website is easily accessible to consumers. In addition, it provides product safety guarantees and guarantees against the risk of damage and loss of products purchased by consumers.
