This study aimed to describe the compensation, non-physical working environment, motivation, and employees’ job satisfaction in Sanan Tempeh Chips Industrial Center, to figure out the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation towards the employees’ job satisfaction, and to know which one of the independent variables having the greatest influence on the dependent one. There were 100 employees of the production unit used as respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Observation, and Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Likert Scale, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the variable of compensation was categorized as “good” while variables of non-physical working environment, motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as “fair”. Moreover, the variables of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation significantly affected the variable of job satisfaction. The compensation significantly and positively affected the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation partially affected the job satisfaction. Among all the independent variables, the non-physical working environment had the greatest influence towards the employees’ job satisfaction.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

This study contained two variables, namely X1 as Work Motivation and X2 as the Work Environment. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek.  The Data used is primary data collected through observation, interview, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis in this research is the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek. To measure the magnitude of influence of these variables using multiple linear regression and the help of the program software IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of the data analysis, obtained value of the coefficient of determination amounted to 5.05%. In addition to the value of the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.711. While the results of partial test (t test) indicated that work environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. It is obtained that the results of t count bigger than t table. Then based on these results it can be concluded that the work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees in SMES Nahla Toys Cikampek.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Denpasar Branch Office especially in the Marketing Unit. The number of samples taken was 32 respondents using the census method. Methods of data collection are carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 25 question items. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial incentives, non-financial incentives and work motivation had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Companies should pay attention to the factors that can affect job satisfaction, in this case it is recommended that companies pay attention to providing financial, non-financial and work motivation incentives. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok. The influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land of South Solok and the influence of work motivation, work discipline and leadership on performance at the Department of Employment General, Spatial and Land Affairs of South Solok Regency. The sample used was 51 people against employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression which measures the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this research indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok, Work discipline does not have a significant effect on Performance at the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok Regency and Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership influence the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of 1) demand, 2) supply, 3) labor, 4) covid 19. The sampling in this research was conducted by using a incidental sampling method. Methods of data collection through questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 respondents who have met criteria. With multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the demand, supply, labor both partial and simultaneous have significant effect on covid 19. It can be concluded that mitigation of demand, supply, labor towards covid 19. The results of t test showed that demand is approved and indicates demand has great impact on affecting the covid 19, supply is not approved and indicates supply has less impact on affecting the covid 19, labor is approved and indicates labor has great impact on affecting the covid 19. The results of f test showed that both of the independent variables are simultaneously affecting the covid 19. The result of R Square of the regression model is 0.216 which shows that 21,6 % of mitigation of covid 19 can be explained by demand, supply, labor. Whereas, the 78,4% of covid 19 variable can be explained by other factors or variables which are not examined in this research.

Organizational commitment is one of the important issues in the world of work. The purpose is to explain the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Puri Saron Seminyak Hotel. Population is 109 people, in this study the method of determining the sample used using the formula slovin obtained results 52 people. Data collection is done through primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using independent variables of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Hotel Puri Saron Seminyak's employees. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of Puri Saron Seminyak.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence compliance in land and building tax payments in the District Sleman.Variabel dependent adherence in this study were paying taxes. The independent variables in this study include knowledge of taxation, education, administrative sanctions. This study used a questionnaire for data collection. Sample research study is registered taxpayers in Revenue Kabupten Sleman. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable tax knowledge and administrative penalties positive significant effect on adherence Land And Building Tax payments while the education variable does not affect the compliance of land and building tax payments.
