The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of voluntary opinion concerns and auditingswitching on manufacturing companies listed on the BEI 2010-2013. This type of research isassociative. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Types of data used are secondarydata in the form of financial statements of the company and data collection techniques is documentation. the results of this study can be concluded that partially (statistical test T) changemanagement variables, ROA and EPS growth rates do not affect the switching auditor, while forthe variable opinion of going concern and sales growth rate affect switching auditors at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange that year. In addition, F test results explain thattogether the variable of going concern opinion, change of management, and internal expansionwith proxy of growth rate ROA (Return On Assets), EPS (Earning Per Share), sales influence toauditor switching.Keywords:going concern opinion, change of management, internal expansion, switching auditor.

The aims of this research are to analyze the effect of debt default, the company's growth and size of the company going concern audit opinion. This study uses a quantitative approach because the emphasis on testing theories through the measurement of research variables with numbers and perform statistical data analysis procedures. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company of food and beverage subsector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 as many as 14 companies. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study are 56 companies, the sampling technique using saturation sampling method (census) and data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and logistic regression (logistic regression). Based on the results of research show that the debt default positively effect to the going cocern opinion,  company's growth negatively effect to the going concern opinion and firm size also negatively affect the going concern opinion. This study has limitations because it uses secondary data are derived from the annual report. Object of research only on subsector of manufacturing companies namely food and beverage subsector. So that,  the  company should not use the research findings in the formulation of decisions dealing with going concern audit opinion. It means, required consideration of other factors that should be explored through subsequent research.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh debt default, pertumbuhan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penekanannya pada pengujian teori melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dengan angka dan melakukan prosedur analisis data statistik. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2015 sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Sementara itu, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik (regresi logistik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt default berpengaruh positif terhadap opini audit going cocern, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern dan ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan. Objek penelitian hanya pada subsektor perusahaan manufaktur yaitu subsektor makanan dan minuman. Sehingga, perusahaan tidak boleh menggunakan temuan penelitian dalam perumusan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan opini audit going concern. Maknanya, diperlukan pertimbangan faktor-faktor lain yang harus dieksplorasi melalui penelitian selanjutnya.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of financial distress, total asset turnover, and audit tenure on going concern opinion. Research located on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) especially for the manufacturing sector for the period 2015-2018. The sample determined by using purprosive sampling technique, and obtained 23 companies as a samples with 4 years of observation so the total of sample it’s 92 samples. The hypothesis was tested using logistic regression analysis techniques. The test results reveal that financial difficulties have a significant effect on the implementation of opinion that is happening. Distributed TAT and tenure audits are negative on going concern opinion. Keywords: Financial Distress; Total Asset Turnover; Tenure Audit; Going Concern Opinion.

ABSTRACT Going concern opinion accepted by a company represents the condition and events which arises auditor’s hesitation of the company’s going concern. Going concern audit opinion can be used as early warning to the user of financial statements in order to prevent mistakes on decision making. A number of research has been conducted concerning factors that influence to going concern audit opinion. Yet, its result keeps showing inconsistency. This study objective is to reinvestigate factors that influence going concern audit opinion. The factors used on this research are liquidity, leverage, profitability, company’s size, company’s growth, audit lag, and auditor client tenure.This research using sample of manucaturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016. Based on purposive sampling, there are 30 manufacturing companies which fulfilled the sample requirements. Hypotesis testing on this research was done by the logistic regression analysis.The hypotesis testing showed that leverage have positive relationship to going concern audit opinion. Variables of profitability have negative relationship to going concern audit opinion. Variables of liquidity, company’s size, company’s growth, audit lag  and auditor client tenure have no relationship to going concern audit opinion.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leverage, earnings management, and company growth to audit going concern opinion on the basic and chemical industries listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. As an explanatory research, this research used descriptive quantitative approach. The study population was 65 financial statements of basic industrial and chemical companies, with a purposive sampling technique. The research samples were 22 basic and chemical industry financial statements for the period of 2012-2016. The method of data analysis in this study is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously leverage, earnings management, and company growth have a significant effect on the going concern audit opinion on the Basic and Chemical Industries listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2016. Partially leverage, earnings management, and company growth have no effect on going concern audit on Basic and Chemical Industries listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016 with a significant value> 0.05. The results of Nagelkerke's R Square value in this study are 0.042 which can state that the dependent variable variability (going concern audit) can be explained by the variability of independent variables (leverage, earnings management and company growth) 42% while the remainder equals 58% explained by independent variables others. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), company size, and capital intensity on the dependent variable in the form of tax avoidance. The population in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. By using purposive sampling technique, data analytical technique used is descriptive statistic, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing in the form of SmartPLS analysis. The test results show that the variables return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), company size, and capital intensity affect the tax avoidance. Capital intensity can mediate the relation for variable return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), company size to tax avoidance.

Economic Rentability depend on the factor of the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover (Khoyri, 2014; Vidiyastutik, 2013). This paper investigatesthe impact of cost control effectiveness and working capital turnover on Economic Rentability. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements. Using panel data for 14companiesthat is all manufacturing companies of metal sub sector and the like that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and the observation period from 2012to 2016, we tested the relationships between the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover by building panel model. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Our findings showed that the efficiency of cost control does not have a significant effect on Economic Rentability. The results of this paperis indicated by the significance value of the efficiency of cost control greater than alpha (0.869> 0.05). This study also reveals that Working Capital Turnover has a significant effect on Economic Profitability. The statistical test shows that the significance value of Working Capital Turnover is smaller than alpha (0.000 <0.05).

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Timeliness is information that ready to be used before losing meaning by companies who use financial statements and their capacity is still available for make a decision. The determinant factors in this study are profitability, solvency and firm size. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 30 companies. The dependent variable of this study is timeliness measured by the date the audited annual financial statement is submitted to BAPEPAM by using a dummy variable. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and firm size. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA), solvency is measured by the debt to assets ratio (DAR), and firm size is measured by natural log of total assets. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the solvency has a significant and positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability and company size do not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

This study aims to test and describe Tax Avoidance which is influenced by the Audit Committee, Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage. This study uses two variables, namely the independent and dependent variables, and the source of data in this study in the form of financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017. Data analysis was performed by classical assumption test and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that partially the Audit Committee and Leverage variables have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while the Return on Assets (ROA) does not affect tax avoidance.

Abstract The problems that will be discussed in this journal are regarding the relationship between Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth on Audit Delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study is all Real Estate companies and the Property sub-sector registered on the BEI which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The criteria for companies that are sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so that the total number of samples in this study is 165 data. The independent variables in this study are Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth. The dependent variable in this study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is the Logistics Regression Test with the use of Software Eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that profitability has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company growth and liquidity have no effect on going concern audit opinion.
