AbstractUMM (University of Muhammadiyah Malang) library is one of information sources that provided by university to support student collage life. UMM digital library’s information system has been implemented since 2013 that covering the entire campus as user. This study aimed to measure UMM digital library’s information system success rate by updated DeLone & McLean model. The variables of this study are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and User’s Satisfaction. The data of this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires to UMM digital library users that active as UMM student. Data processing is done using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The result showed that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality simultaneously had positive and significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. At the other hand, Service Quality partially didn’t have significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. System Quality and Information Quality partially had positive and significant effect to User’s Satisfaction. Statistic descriptive analysis result showed that UMM digital library information system’s success rate percentage reach 75.8% and included as success.

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study are expected to be adopted as input and consideration in developing, improving, and improving the performance of the UM BKD information system. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 93 UM PNS lecturers who were actively teaching. The questionnaire was online distributed by accessing the page provided. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.

This research aims to examine the effect of system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and the net benefits of using information systems in accounting learning. Data in this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 70 students Accounting Study Program. This research is a descriptive quantitative study and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that system quality and information quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information quality and user satisfaction had a positive effect on net benefits, but system quality did not affect net benefits. The results of this study can be used as consideration in making improvements related to the implementation and use of the f-learn in accounting learning and education.

Background: The increasing usage and development of e-commerce in Indonesia, demands competition between e-commerce that exists. To be successful e-commerce should be balanced with a good information system. Some clinical research has established what factors that affected the success, including DeLone and McLean. According to their e-commerce success model, there are six variables that affect e-commerce success, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefitObjective: The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and use. In addition, the study aims to analyze the relationship between user satisfaction and use to a net benefit. Methods: This study draws on the DeLone and McLean Model of Information System (IS) success model. It is a quantitative study that was conducted in the form of a survey of 110 users of each Lazada, Bukalapak, and Shopee users. Results: By applying DeLone and McLean model, this findings confirmed four hypotheses were significant in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee. Conclusion:There were significant effect between the system quality on user satisfaction, service quality on use, service quality on user satisfaction and user satisfaction on net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality had insignificant effect to use and also information quality to use in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee. Keywords: DeLone and McLean model,E-Commerce Success, Information System Success Measurement, IS Success Model

Management information systems are urgently needed by hospital pharmacy installations to maintain the quality of the hospital, protect patient safety and support fast and precise decision making. The application of management information systems in the pharmaceutical installation of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital has been running. The pharmaceutical installation system that has been implemented is evaluating, repairing and improving to keep up with the times. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on the use of pharmaceutical management information systems at Royal Prima Medan Hospital and the relationship between significant variables. This type of research is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory research strategy. This study uses the DeLone and Mclean information system success model. The research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital with the research subjects being pharmaceutical officers at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents used in this study were 30 respondents with the characteristics of all respondents being female (100%) and aged 25-29 years (43.33%). Based on the results of the T test, it can be concluded that system quality, information quality and service quality have no effect on system use. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality and service quality do not have a significant effect on the use of management information systems simultaneously. Keywords: Evaluation, Pharmaceutical Information Management System, D & M is Success Model, Royal Prima Medan Hospital.

The study population was 221 employees at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, the number of samples in the study was 69 employees using the proportional random sample technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, ease of use and user satisfaction had an effect on employee work effectiveness. So the information system will simplify and speed up the implementation of the work if the quality of the system is considered, the quality of information, the ease of use, and ensures that users are satisfied. Research is limited to one organization, can be developed by involving broader research
