Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study are expected to be adopted as input and consideration in developing, improving, and improving the performance of the UM BKD information system. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 93 UM PNS lecturers who were actively teaching. The questionnaire was online distributed by accessing the page provided. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.

Background: This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of  the  Non-Communicable Disease Manager Program at Public Health of Palembang. This  study  will  also  investigate  the  effect  on  user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of Non Communicable Disease Surveillance Information System. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLeanMethods: The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.0. The  results  of  this  study  are  expected  to  be  adopted  as  input  and  consideration  in  developing, and improving the performance of the Non Communicable Disease Surveillance Information System. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 65 Manager Program of 41Public Health at Palembang who were actively working. The questionnaire was distributed directly by researchers on Januari 2020Result: The results showed that there was no effect between system quality quality on the user satisfaciton of this system. However, there was a positive and significant effect between information quality, and service quality on the user satisfaction of the system and between the  user satisfaction  of  the  system on  net  benefits.Conclusion : The  implementation  of  this information system can be declared successful because there is a  positive  correlation  between variables.

Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan negara. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, BPK menghadapi permasalahan yaitu sumberdaya manusia yang terbatas dan waktu pemeriksaan yang terbilang singkat. Oleh karena itu BPK mengembangkan sistem informasi e-audit dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pengelolaan dan tangungjawab keuangan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean (2003) dengan menggunakan enam komponen yaitu System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Information System Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metoda studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi e-audit secara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor BPK RI Perwakilan DIY.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur pencarian utama dan fitur data antar efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan keuangan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan fitur LKPD belum efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan  keuangan pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci: E-audit, DeLone and McLean Models, Audit Sistem Informasi

This study aimed at analyzing the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality to the implementation of e-Filing tax system on net benefits with user satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat Tax Service Office (TSO). This research was a quantitative study with survey approach through distributing questionnaires to 350 respondents as samples. To analyze the data, Covariance Base Structure Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) was used. The results indicated that the quality of systems, information and service positively and significantly affected the user satisfaction with the percentage of 16%, 20%, and 26%, respectively. Likewise, the e-Filing user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the net benefits with the percentage of 64%. The results of this study recommend that, despite its being mandatory, the implementation of e-Filing system could provide satisfaction to the users. This indicated that the system is currently as expected; not only due to its being mandatory, but the users satisfaction also contributed to the system’s sustainability. The output of the services provided in the form of taxpayer compliance, however, has not shown optimal results. Thus, a continuous reformation of the system, information, and service quality is hoped to be conducted.

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Akademik membantu kegiatan pengelolaan atau pengadministrasian berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka terselenggaranya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Bina Insani telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik selama lebih dari dua tahun. Namun pada kenyataanya sistem tersebut memiliki beberapa masalah terhadap pengunaannya. Agar suatu sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan optimal sesuai dengan keperluan penggunanya, maka perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi. Evaluasi ini menggunakan metode DeLone & McLean (2003) dengan 4 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa dan dosen fakultas informatika serta bagian akademik dan bagian Pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 92 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis ini adalah diterimanya tiga dari tiga hipotesis yang diuji. Sehingga hasil tersebut menunjukan kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,407 dan t-statistic sebesar 4,699, kualitas informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,336 dan t-statistic sebesar 2,782 sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,206 dan t-statistic sebesar 1,898. Dengan demikian, Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah diterapkan di Universitas Bina Insani dapat dikatakan sukses dalam memberikan manfaat yang baik terhadap penggunanya.     Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS, PLS   Abstract: The Academic Information System assists activities in the management or administration of various activities in the context of implementing an effective and efficient teaching and learning process in a higher education institution. Bina Insani University has implemented an Academic Information System for more than two years. However, in fact the system has several problems with its use. In order for an information system to run optimally according to the needs of its users, it is necessary to evaluate the information system. This evaluation uses the DeLone & McLean (2003) method with 4 variables, system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The population in this study were students and lecturers of the faculty of informatics as well as the academic and education sections with a total sample size of 92 respondents. The research instrument used an online questionnaire. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software. The result of this analysis is the acceptance of three of the three hypotheses tested. So that these results indicate the quality of the system has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.407 and a t-statistic of 4.699, information quality has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.336 and a t-statistic of 2,782 while service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.206 and a t-statistic of 1.898. This study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of the implementation of the Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) on user satisfaction and condition of organization, condition of organization on user satisfaction, the effect condition of organization and user satisfaction on net benefit. The population of this study were all 105 SAKTI users within the Ministry of Finance in West Nusa Tenggara Province and 43 samples with a random sampling technique. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to process the data. The study revealed there are five positive and significant influences: first, information quality on user satisfaction, second, system quality on condition of organization, third, service quality on condition of organization, fourth, user satisfaction on net benefits, and condition of organization on net benefits. Background: The increasing usage and development of e-commerce in Indonesia, demands competition between e-commerce that exists. To be successful e-commerce should be balanced with a good information system. Some clinical research has established what factors that affected the success, including DeLone and McLean. According to their e-commerce success model, there are six variables that affect e-commerce success, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefitObjective: The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and use. In addition, the study aims to analyze the relationship between user satisfaction and use to a net benefit.Methods: This study draws on the DeLone and McLean Model of Information System (IS) success model. It is a quantitative study that was conducted in the form of a survey of 110 users of each Lazada, Bukalapak, and Shopee users.Results: By applying DeLone and McLean model, this findings confirmed four hypotheses were significant in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee.Conclusion:There were significant effect between the system quality on user satisfaction, service quality on use, service quality on user satisfaction and user satisfaction on net benefits. Globalization resulted in fiercer competition between the companies. To be top in the competition, companies must have good management in achieving the company's main objectives and obtain the maximum benefit effectively, efficiently and economically. Currently, the company has used information technology to carry out its business activities. However, any technology used by the company should always be evaluated, whether the use of these technologies provide a good contribution to the user and also companies that use them. This research is aimed to obtain empirical evidence of the relationship between accounting information system quality, trust, and loyalty of the system with user performance. This study uses updated D&M IS Success Models categories to measure the system. Those categories are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. This research has used questionnaires which proceeded and analyzed by multiple regression analysis methods. The process of data analysis is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing analysis. The hypothesis analysis uses simultaneous regression analysis. The results show that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Use and User Satisfaction simultaneously. Use and User Satisfaction have a significant effect on Net Benefits, Trust and Loyalty simultaneously. Net Benefits, Trust, and Loyalty have a significant effect on User Performance simultaneously. Implementasi sistem informasi pada sebuah organisasi perlu dievaluasi apakah implementasi tersebut telah dapat dikatakan sukses dan berdampak positif bagi pengguna. Sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan yang digunakan oleh Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta dikembangkan sebagai sarana mahasiswa dalam mengumpulkan nilai Satuan Partisipasi Aktivitas Mahasiswa Atma Jaya (SPAMA). Melalui sistem ini, setiap mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimilikinya. Selama ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kesuksesan implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh system quality, information quality dan service quality terhadap user satisfaction dan use serta mengetahui net benefits dari penggunaan sistem informasi terkait. Model yang digunakan adalah model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone & McLean 2003. Terdapat 10 hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dari 10 hipotesis yang diuji, lima dinyatakan diterima dan lima dinyatakan ditolak.

The current pandemic has disrupted the implementation of training at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). The training, which is usually done face-to-face, turns into online training (e-learning). The Apparatus Education and Training Center, which originally this year had the target to train Marine and Fisheries apparatuses online, as many as 1080 people changed to 2700 KKP ASN. A budget allocation of approximately 60% was distracted for handling covid-19 so that more training was carried out online using the e-Milea application. E-Milea (electronic millennial learning) is an e-learning training platform developed by the BDA KKP in providing education and training for the development of KKP ASN competencies. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-learning training system on e-Milea user satisfaction. The system quality, information quality, and service quality variables are independent variables and the dependent variable in this study is user satisfaction. The hypothesis tested using Structural Equation Modeling with a total sample of 97 e-Milea users of Entrepreneurship Training Class 2 and 3. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction. If the CTF can improve the e-learning training system, user satisfaction will also increase. This requires controlling the quality of the system, information, and services so that user satisfaction will be maintained.

Inovasi strategi pengembangan sistem informasi perlu dikembangkan untuk mendukung kesuksesan dan kualitas layanan sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Masyarakat pengguna sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru sering mengalami kesulitan ketika mencari informasi yang mereka butuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasikan kesuksesan sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru (SI-PMB) online dan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Model DeLone McLean IS Success model digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan komponen variabel seperti: information quality, system quality dan service quality. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model struktural dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS)  menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh hubungan variabel Information Quality à User Satisfaction, dengan nilai t statistik 0,324, hubungan variabel Service Quality àUser Satisfaction, nilai t statistic 2,530, dan hubungan variabel System Quality à User Satisfaction, nilai t statistik 3,107, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan siginifikan antara variabel system quality dan user satisfaction, terdapat hubungan positif dan siginifikan antara variabel service quality dan user satisfaction.  Hubungan variabel User Satisfaction à Net Benefits, nilai t statistik 8,708 menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan siginifikan antara variabel kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction) dengan manfaat-manfaat bersih (net benefit).
