User satisfaction with information system quality has long been a substantial topic in the literature of information system (IS). Based on the key constructs of IS success model (including system quality and information quality) and technology acceptance model (including perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness), this paper builds and validates a theoretical framework to explain user satisfaction with information system quality. A survey study with AMOS-SEM analysis of 363 users of management information systems in 9 hospitals in HCMC, Vietnam showed that 12 of 14 hypotheses were empirically supported. The findings affirmed the direct influence of system quality, information quality and top management support on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust, and then on user satisfaction. The results also reinforced the impact of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, and the joint influence of perceived usefulness and trust on user satisfaction. The paper is among the first studies, in the healthcare sector, to empirically identify both information system quality and top management support in predicting user acceptance of and satisfaction with information system implementation in organizational settings. The theoretical and managerial implications of the paper were derived.

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

The aim of this paper is to examine one of the most crucial factors in the “Technology Acceptance Model” proposed by Davis (perceived usefulness) in moderating the “DeLone and McLean” success model in the context of educational portal in Higher Education. Questionnaires were distributed online to 200 respondents and deserved to be analyzed. The respondents were regular students at the University of Bengkulu. Data analysis used Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. The research findings indicated an influence of “system quality, information quality, and service quality partially on user satisfaction” of the educational portal information systems. The result shows that perceived usefulness can strengthen the relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality to the satisfaction of customer. This research contributes to the development of perceived usefulness variable as a moderating variable affecting the quality of a system, quality of information, and quality of service partially on user satisfaction and finding strategies needed by the University of Bengkulu effective and efficient information system.

E-Government Quality (E-GovQual) is a method for measuring the quality of electronic-based information systems in providing services to the public. The Modified E-GovQual Approach uses the overall assessment of the SIMSARPRAS website (Infrastructure Management Information System) based on the user's perception of the SIMSARPRAS website, so that the analysis of service quality becomes more accurate and precise in its assessment. Overall assessment of the E-GovQual Modification approach aims to determine the quality of service based on the level of influence of the 6 independent variables of E-GovQual, namely the ease of use, trust variable, function variable and form interaction (functionality of the interaction environment), variable reliability (reliability), variable content and display information (content and appearance of information) and supporting variables (citizen support) to the dependent variable, namely user satisfaction. This study uses the modified E-GovQual method by conducting validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test on the results of the questionnaire on 500 respondents, with 6 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The results obtained in this study note that the quality of SIMSARPRAS website services has an effect of 61.7% on user satisfaction, and the correlation coefficient value is 78.5%. With these results, it was concluded that the SIMSARPRAS website has good service quality as an application that performs public services, and there is a strong relationship between the quality of E-Government services and the satisfaction of E-Government users. The results of this study also become a reference or evaluation material to the Ministry of Religion as the owner of the SIMSARPRAS website and can also be used as a reference for similar research.

Management information systems are urgently needed by hospital pharmacy installations to maintain the quality of the hospital, protect patient safety and support fast and precise decision making. The application of management information systems in the pharmaceutical installation of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital has been running. The pharmaceutical installation system that has been implemented is evaluating, repairing and improving to keep up with the times. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on the use of pharmaceutical management information systems at Royal Prima Medan Hospital and the relationship between significant variables. This type of research is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory research strategy. This study uses the DeLone and Mclean information system success model. The research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital with the research subjects being pharmaceutical officers at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents used in this study were 30 respondents with the characteristics of all respondents being female (100%) and aged 25-29 years (43.33%). Based on the results of the T test, it can be concluded that system quality, information quality and service quality have no effect on system use. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality and service quality do not have a significant effect on the use of management information systems simultaneously. Keywords: Evaluation, Pharmaceutical Information Management System, D & M is Success Model, Royal Prima Medan Hospital.
