Land acquisition for generic interests can be made through two systems, namely the release of authority over land and cancellation of authority over land. However, the State must provide consequences in the form of compensation (consignment). This research covers the land acquisition process for public interest according to Law Number 2 of 2012, as well as to find out the procedures for depositing compensation (consignment) for public interest in court in the context of land acquisition. The research method used is normative legal research and problem approach by examining statutory regulations. The results showed that in Law no. 2 of 2012 there is a procedure for providing land which includes the process of planning, preparation, implementation and submission of results. Then, regarding the custody of compensation in court, there are 7 procedures such as the application must be submitted in writing in Indonesian, signed by the applicant and attached with supporting documents for the collector to pay the down payment through the bank, completed with applicant registration, negotiation of repayment, termination and reserve of compensation money. as well as revocation of compensation money.

Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaturan terkait kepemilikan tanah di Indonesia oleh orang asing melalui perjanjian nominee dan upaya penegakan hukumnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini ialah penegakan hukum terhadap praktek kepemilikan tanah oleh orang asing melalui perjanjian nominee dapat dilakukan oleh kejaksaan selaku organ negara yang mewakili kepentingan publik, baik melalui sarana perdata maupun pidana. Hal ini perlu dilakukan guna melindungi tanah Indonesia dimiliki oleh orang asing dan guna mendukung upaya negara mewujudkan tugas konstitusionalnya, yakni menguasai tanah bagi sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan rakyat tanpa harus memberikan ketidakadilan bagi Warga Negara Asing. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to examine regulations related to land ownership in Indonesia by foreigners through nominee agreements and law enforcement efforts. The research method used is normative legal research methods using statute and conceptual approaches. The result of writing this scientific paper is that law enforcement against the practice of land ownership by foreigners through nominee agreements can be carried out by the prosecutor as the state organ representing the public interest, both through civil and criminal means. This needs to be done in order to protect Indonesian land owned by foreigners and to support the state's efforts to realize its constitutional duties, namely to control the land for the maximum welfare of the people without having to give injustice to foreign citizens.

The focus of the research is based on facts in the field regarding public land acquisition. Besides wanting to know how the land acquisition process is, it also wants to know the factors that influence land acquisition for the public interest in the city of Makassar. This research is legal research (empirical research) with a legal approach (statute approach). The results of the study indicate that the politics of land law in Indonesia is contained in the LoGA, that the state is not the owner so that the state does not own land. Therefore, the UUPA is not known as eigendom. However, the existence of a state within the scope of the land is only authorized to regulate various issues relating to land in Indonesia, including the authority of land regulation that is increasingly important especially if there are government agencies that need land as the land where development is carried out in the public interest. land to government agencies for development in the public interest, it is deemed necessary to have a legal rule that can be used as a reference in a positive law.

Abstract: Land Acquisition for public interest in Kulon Progo Regency is a procedure that must be implemented before initializing the new airport, which will replace the function of Adisutjipto airport. It facing much rejection during the process, so that it takes long time in completion. That also causing the identification and inventory process to be inhibited so that the land valuation process can’t be done perfectly. Their compensation won’t be given directly to the land owner, but through the consignment procedure that deposited at the District Court. This research is conducted by descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the assessment of the land is done well, although there is a discretionary decision, so that re-assessment is conducted in different time. The payment mechanism of compensation through consignment also done according to procedures, although the requirement of rejection letter from the party who is not eligible can’t be fulfilled, because it can be suspended due to the large interest for the land acquisition process of the new airport. Keywords: land assessment, consignment, land acquisition Intisari: Pembangunan bandara udara baru yang dapat menggantikan fungsi bandara udara Adisutjipto sudah tidak dapat dielakkan lagi. Pembangunan bandara udara baru dilaksanakan melalui prosedur Pengadaan Tanah untuk Kepentingan Umum. Penolakan terhadap pembangunan bandara udara terjadi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penilaian dan mekanisme konsinyasi terhadap bidang tanah yang mengalami penolakan oleh pihak yang berhak pada kegiatan pengadaan tanah tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penilaian bidang tanah secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai prosedur yang ada, akan tetapi terdapat putusan diskresi terhadap bidang tanah yang sebelumnya tidak dapat dilakukan penilaian secara keseluruhan kemudian dilakukan penilaian ulang di luar waktu yang telah ditentukan. Mekanisme pembayaran ganti kerugian melalui konsinyasi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, hanya dalam proses permohonan registrasi konsinyasi terdapat satu syarat terkait dengan surat penolakan dari pihak yang berhak yang tidak dapat dilampirkan, hal tersebut dapat ditangguhkan mengingat besarnya kepentingan kelancaran proses pengadaan tanah pembangunan bandara udara baru ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis yurisdiksi Pengadilan Pidana Internasional dengan Pengadilan HAM Indonesia. Masalah penelitian Bagaimana yurisdiksi dibandingkan dengan pengadilan kriminal internasional dan pengadilan HAM di Indonesia? dan Apa Peluang untuk Pengenaan Yurisdiksi Pengadilan Pidana Internasional di Indonesia? Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan yurisdiksi Pengadilan Pidana Internasional dan Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia dapat dilihat dari yurisdiksi pidana, pribadi, temporal dan teritorial. Indonesia bukan negara pihak dan bukan negara yang menerima yurisdiksi Mahkamah Pidana Internasional. Meski begitu, Yurisdiksi Mahkamah Pidana Internasional dapat diterapkan di Indonesia mengingat perbedaan yurisdiksi pidana kedua pengadilan tersebut, karena ada 2 (dua) kejahatan yaitu kejahatan perang dan kejahatan agresi yang tidak diatur dalam Pengadilan HAM Indonesia. , jika ada situasi di Indonesia yang dirujuk oleh Dewan PBB dan keamanan Indonesia dianggap tidak mau dan tidak dapat membawa para pelaku kejahatan untuk diadili di pengadilan. This study aims to analyze the protection of labor rights in this case Indonesian migrant workers abroad within the framework of the ASEAN Economic Community and Law no. 18 of 2017 concerning Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers' labor rights within the framework of the ASEAN Economic Community. Research problems, First, What is the Form of Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers, Second, What is the Form of Legal Efforts for Indonesian Migrant Workers who are disadvantaged? The research method uses socio-legal research by observing the ASEAN Declaration of Human Rights and Law No. 18 of 2017, as well as other Indonesian Laws and Regulations. The results showed that the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) is all efforts to protect the interests of prospective PMI and their families in realizing guaranteed fulfillment of rights in all their activities. The author will analyze the issue of the extent to which the state protects labor rights in this case Indonesian migrant workers abroad within the framework of the ASEAN Economic Community and Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers.

Notary is a position or ordinary we call as general officials appointed by the State and work to serve the public interest. Not only that, a notary also in carrying out its duties and authority must comply fully with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. Each position certainly has an ethics in the profession which is called a code of ethics, as well as a notary who has a code of ethics in his profession. But out there masi no notaries who violate the code of ethics as mentioned in the law, In accordance with the title of the author of the adopted method of research used is the normative research method supported by interviews that are expected to help answer the problems of this study. The authors conducted interviews with the supervisory board, notaries, and legal experts. In this case the notary has been declared guilty by the Regional Supervisory Board (MPD) and will proceed the case to the level of sanction by the Regional Supervisory Board (MPW) and after receiving the sanction it will proceed to the next level of Central Assembly (MPP) to be sanctioned which has been granted by the level of the Regional Supervisory Board (MPW).

Public interest in shoes is a special need, shoes are in great demand by millennials because they are useful for protecting feet. The habit of collecting these shoes arises from the desire of humans to keep their goods so they don't get damaged quickly and stay clean for a Long time. However, there are still cases of damage to shoes that cause Losses to consumers and there is no responsibility from the shoe washing service. The research method used is the type of empirical Law, empirical legal research aims to find facts, and conduct interviews. There are internal and external factors that cause damage to consumer shoes by business actors. So that responsibility for losses cannot be carried out unilaterally between business actors and consumers because there are Legal remedies that can be taken if they are harmed. Lack of knowledge and understanding fromconsumers, makes the position of consumers lower than business actors. So with the existence of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, both parties need to know so that their rights and obligations are not violated.

In the judiciary the Judicial State Administration plays a more active role in the trial process in order to obtain material truth. The activist of the judge is intended to compensate for the unequal position of the parties, namely the Defendant is an entity or official of the State administration and the Plaintiff is an individual or civil legal entity. In this research there are two main problems, namely (1) how is the Procedure for Making a Gathering in the State Administrative Court? The principle of Fixie Rechts or Legal Fiction still embraced in Indonesian legislation. It does notmatter that the policy is inconsistent with reality on the ground, which in fact creates more and more newproblems. For example the application of laws in very remote areas. How can a rural person who has no accessto information, if he does not comply with a rule that has been passed by the state through the state gazette, thenwithout considering the absorption aspect of his information, he remains entangled in the law. Because he afterthe law was enacted, he was supposed to know the law. This study uses normative legal research method byreviewing the literature related to legal fiction. Surely the principle that is deemed irrelevant to its real conditionlike this deserves no longer applied. For that required seriousness of government and society in participatingeliminate this law fiction principle. The results of this research show that Indonesia still enacts law governmentand culture as well, law maker or legislator and organization publish that.

Permasalahan penelitian, Pertama, Bagaimanakah Bentuk Perlindungan Terhadap Pekerja Migran Indonesia, Kedua, Bagaimanakah Bentuk Upaya Hukum Pekerja Migran Indonesia yang dirugikan? Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian Sosio-Legal dengan mengamati dokumen Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia ASEAN dan Undang Undang No. 18 tahun 2017, serta Peraturan Perundang-undangan Indonesia lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) adalah segala upaya untuk melindungi kepentingan calon PMI dan keluarganya dalam mewujudkan terjaminnya pemenuhan hak dalam keseluruhan kegiatannya.
