Protection for babies has started since in the womb. In accordance with article 2 Burgerlijk Wetboek that a child who is still in his mother's womb is considered a legal subject as long as the interests of the child are desired. However, nowadays cases of infanticide often occur, so in this case legal protection is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze the regulation of criminal sanctions for the perpetrators of the crime of infanticide and the judge's consideration of the perpetrators of the crime of infanticide. The type of research used in this paper is a normative law research type with a statutory and conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed systematically. The results of the research reveal that the setting of sanctions for perpetrators of the crime of infanticide is as regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The judge's considerations in making a decision against the perpetrators of the crime of infanticide which resulted in death, include; witness statements that have been submitted by the public prosecutor before the trial, based on the testimony of the defendant at the trial and based on the elements of the crime charged by the public prosecutor in the single indictment have been fulfilled.

We must be aware of cases of crimes of sexual exploitation, especially in children, it is not enough if parents only but the government, society and the Indonesian Child Protection Commission must take a role in maintaining the continuity and protection of children. This new research aims to determine the legal protection of victims in criminal acts of sexual exploitation of children. This research type is normative research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Legal materials consist of primary and secondary, then analyzed systematically. The results showed that legal protection for children from victims of sexual exploitation was given to legal subjects that had preventive or repressive characteristics. Furthermore, legal safeguards are essential to provide justice, order, certainty, benefit. The criminal sanctions given to the perpetrators of a criminal offense, namely for imprisonment for 7 (seven) years, reduced while the defendant is in detention and the penalty will be subject to a fine of IDR. 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah).

This thesis is titled “Legal Protection Toward Child As Offenders Of Sexual Harassment, According Indonesian Law No. 35 Year 2014”. The writing uses normative research method, by using statue approach and conceptual approach. The problem formulations are: (1) The shape of legal protection toward child as offenders of sexual harassment ; (2) The imposition of criminal sanctions against ch ild who commit sexual abuse. By reviewing the law research done by using the proposed studi above, it can be concluded that the first problem formulation related to the shape of legal protection toward child as offenders of sexual harassment according Indonesian Law No. 35 Year 2014 about the change of the Law No. 23 Year 2002 about Child Protection, the child has a right to accompanied by advocate during the process of investigation. Meanwhile, the second formulation will discuss the imposition of criminal sanctions against child who commit sexual abuse which have been regulated at the Article 82 Indonesian Law No. 35 Year 2014 about the change of the Law No. 23 Year 2002 about Child Protection. Depend on the Article 82 the offenders can be sentenced to prison the shortest 5 (five) years and the longest 15 (fifteen) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 5.000.000.000,00 (five billion dollars).

The rise of fraud cases and investment offers that are suspected to be illegal have resulted in losses for consumers and the public, so in this case legal protection is needed to minimize illegal investment cases. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the financial services authority in anticipating illegal investment activities carried out by investors and a legal protection for consumers by the financial services authorities against illegal investment activities carried out by investors. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal materials used is the recording technique. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. After the data is collected then the data is analyzed systematically. The results of the research reveal that in the context of legal protection, the Financial Services Authority is given the authority by the State to take steps to prevent consumer and public losses. Efforts are made based on Article 28 of Law No. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority by conducting outreach and education to the public regarding the characteristics of fundraising activities and managing illegal investments and asking the Financial Services Institutions to stop their activities if these activities have the potential to harm the community. The handling carried out by the Financial Services Authority cannot be separated from the support of the public who have submitted reports or complaints.

In providing services to the community there are two important things, namely the making of authentic deeds including the PPJB deed relating to the trade of state land, and providing legal counseling to the public. Legal consouling by Notary must be did for and for legal actions did by notaries at the request of their clients. In the case of taking legal action for his client, the notary may also not side with his client, Notary must be neutral, because the task of the notary is to prevent the occurrence of problems. This normative juridical research uses a statute approach and conceptual approach. This research is limited to the discussion forms of legal protection the object buyers of State land through the Deed Agreement of Trade Binding (PPJB) which is not given legal counseling by Notaries, and Notary responsibilities in connection with the PPJB Deed with the object of state land before a Notary are not preceded by legal counseling of parties in relation to land status. The results from this study explain that in the PPJB deed there is a legal relationship between the legal subject and objects which creates the rights and obligations that also need to get legal protection. Forms of legal protection against buyers of State land object through the Deed Agreement of Trade Binding (PPJB) made by a  Notary that trade object is state land and cannot be traded with the status of property rights is by Submit a claim for cancellation of the deed and Submit a claim for compensation to both the seller and the Notary. The notary is responsible in connection with the Deed Agreement of Trade Binding (PPJB) with the object of state land made before a Notary whose services are not preceded by legal counseling because there is a legal relationship between the Notary with the respondent, but not contractual relations.

Acts against the law against children are now increasing in the country, children are one of the creations of God Almighty as his creation with the age of children under 18 years old or unmarried are still unstable towards behavior, their emotions are still unstable should be more receive full attention in correctional institutions. This study aims to analyze the regulation of the child education system in special coaching institutions and legal protection for child prisoners in special coaching institutions. This type of research uses the normative method, using the Legislative and Conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal sources. The technique of collecting data on legal materials used is through recording, namely by quoting. The analysis of legal materials used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results of the study reveal that the justice and education system is regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System while the legal protection of children is regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child protection. Correctional officers should better understand and adapt to the conditions and situations of Indonesia without ignoring the methods or procedures for protection carried out by other countries that should be considered and imitated.

The corporation as an entity or legal subject whose existence contributes greatly in promoting economic growth and national development. However in reality, it is often for corporations to commit various criminal acts (corporate crime) that have a detrimental impact on the state and people. This research is normative legal research. Legal research which places the law as a normative system. The research approach uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results showed that the enactment of the Supreme Court Regulation No. 13 Year 2016 was to clarify the guidelines for the Public Prosecutor in prosecuting corporate defendants in corruption criminal acts. The application of sanctions against corporations as perpetrators of corruption is carried out as an effort to recover the losses of the State and the restoration of the state’s economy is an appropriate step considering the essence of criminal punishment in eradicating criminal acts of corruption aimed at recovering state losses or the state’s economy.

Crime on this earth will never end. The most frequent criminal treatment in the community is the crime of fraud related to an object. The crime of fraud has been regulated starting from Article 378 to Article 395 of the Criminal Code. This study aims to examine the criminal sanctions against the crime of fraud in the sale and purchase of land and reveal the judges' considerations against the perpetrators of the crime of fraud in the sale and purchase of land according to the case study: Decision No. 74/Pid.B/2017/PN Gin. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislation approach and a case study approach. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials collected by library and interview techniques. Furthermore, the research data was processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study revealed that the criminal sanction applied was in the form of a principal sentence by looking at the indictment of the public prosecutor which applied more to Article 378 of the Criminal Code so that in the case study the defendant was sentenced to a year in prison. The Panel of Judges made this decision after hearing statements from the defendant, victim witnesses, and evidence presented by the public prosecutor

Immigration law enforcement is carried out by civil servant investigators (PPNS) of Immigration by the mandate of Law No. 6 of 2011 on immigration. Immigration civil servant investigators have the authority to carry out the investigation process to hand over case files for subsequent prosecution in court by the public prosecutor. The results and discussion of this research are: (i) People smuggling is a crime where people illegally enter humans without legal and valid immigration travel documents aimed at personal or group gain by entering a country without going through an examination. immigration at the immigration checkpoint (TPI). Criminal sanctions related to human smuggling are regulated in article 120 of the Immigration Law with a maximum threat of 15 years and a fine of Rp. 1,500,000,000.00. (ii) According to the Immigration Law, pro Justitia law enforcement in immigration crimes is carried out by immigration civil servant investigators who have the duties and functions of carrying out investigations & investigations, coordinating with the National Police and other law enforcement agencies as well as carrying out other matters which are ordered by immigration Law

The rise of drug trafficking involving children as narcotics couriers is a problem that needs serious attention from both the government, law enforcement and the community. Children who commit crimes must continue to obtain legal protection in the best interests of the child. Child protection is contained in Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile justice system, where at the moment children can become narcotics abuse even as narcotics brokers with the rampant abuse of narcotics for all circles both in Indonesia and in the international world. The formulation of the problem raised is how is the basis for judges' consideration in imposing criminal sanctions on children as intermediaries for narcotics? And what is the legal protection of children as an intermediary for narcotics? The problems to be discussed will be examined based on normative perspectives and the legislative approach to the decisions of the Denpasar District Court No. 14 / Pid.Sus Anak / 2015 / PN. Dps, that the judge considers that the accused child has committed narcotics crimes by being charged Law number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, which can be sentenced to a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years and can be subject to fines. Legal protection for children is carried out by judges by imposing criminal training on employment in a generation of Indonesian foundations, solely so that children can carry out their activities as usual when they return to the community and do not disturb their psychic rights and can increase their skills in children. The child does not return to committing a crime.
