The number of Micro Small Industries in Denpasar City has now increased. This causes increasingly fierce competition in the food industry sector in Denpasar City. Facing intense competition, entrepreneurs are required to always innovate in their products and support the entrepreneurial character in order to improve their marketing performance. The purpose of this research is to study conversation motivation and innovation towards marketing products. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar on the owners or managers of the food micro-small industry. The number of samples taken was 100 food business owners, using a non probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that the variables that encourage entrepreneurship fully positively influence marketing performance. Improving communication skills can be done so it can improve marketing performance. Official partial product innovation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance. The more often entrepreneurs do product promotion, the more they will increase. Variables talk about entrepreneurship and innovation that are supported simultaneously and significantly to marketing performance. This shows that the better it is to increase entrepreneurship and to increasingly improve products that will increase the level of marketing in a company.

Managerial performance is very important for a company because it can be used to measure the success of the company. A manager needs to implement a managerial control system that can be used to achieve the company goals. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of applying accountability accounting, competence and organizational commitment to the managerial performance of the financial division on PT Pegadaian Kota Denpasar. Sampling technique that used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The amount of sample in this study are 52 samples. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that accountability accounting, competence, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the managerial performance of financial division on PT. The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. The purpose of this study was to find out the antecedents of the intention to buy the face shop environmentally friendly cosmetic products in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 100 samples using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that customer value had a significant positive effect on attitudes, attitudes had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, subjective norms had a significant positive effect on purchase intention and behavioral control had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The face shop should build good relationships with consumers by becoming a listener and providing solutions to consumer cosmetic needs. The strategy that can be applied to the face shop to increase the intention to buy consumers is to be able to carry out promotions into customer specific targets every month or use vouchers. Firm value is the price that potential buyers are willing to pay when a company is sold. The value of this company is very important because it is a reflection of the company's performance that shows the prospects of the company in the future which is also a indicator of market valuation of the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value with capital structure as mediator. This research was conducted at Property and Real Estate Company listed on BEI. The number of samples taken as many as 14 companies from 42 companies listed during the period 2012-2016 with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, dividend policy has no significant positive effect on capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, and capital structure able to mediate between the effect of profitability on firm value but can not mediate the effect of dividend policy on firm value. Mismatch between consumer expectations and the reality obtained this will sooner or later affect the decline in brand trust so this stops buying and looking for other brands to satisfy their desires and expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on the intention to switch brands through brand trust in Simpati card users in the city of Denpasar. This study used a sample of 90 respondents through a purposive sampling method. Data collection method used through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on brand trust, consumer satisfaction has a negative effect on the intention to switch brands, brand trust has a negative effect on the intention to switch brands and brand trust as a mediation of consumer satisfaction with the intention to change brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and the use of information technology on the quality of village financial reports. This research was conducted in all villages in the city of Denpasar. The number of villages used is 27 villages and the number of sampels used is 180 people, with the purposive sampling method the respondents chosen must know the management of village funds. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis revealed that the leadership style and the use of information technology have a positive effect on the quality of village financial reports. The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. The purpose of this research is aim to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of growth opportunity and leverage on earning response coefficient (ERC). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample are selected with purposive sampling method. The number of selected sample are 65 companies. The analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression. The result showed that growth opportunity had positive effect on ERC. Whereas leverage had negative effect on ERC. The higher the company's growth rate will increase ERC. While the higher the leverage the company will reduce ERC. This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. Firm size, audit committee and institutional ownership have negative effect on audit delay. Keywords: Financial distress, firm size, corporate governance, audit delay
