The article analyzes ontological possibilities of the meaning of information setting. For this, a modern approach of information technologies is considered in relation to setting the meaning of textual information. At the same time, the problem of setting the meaning of number and the meaning of word (text) is formulated, which is discussed from the perspective of an ontological approach based on the solution of the problem of being, where the ontology of semantics is the result of such a solution. As the ontology itself, a relational ontology is chosen, the initial position of which is the thesis: “to be” means “to be distinctive”. Based on this, information is defined as the result of ontological distinction, which allows mathematical formalization through the operation of subtraction, which expresses the essence of ontological distinction. This in turn allows to build constantly a numerical order of the meanings of any information, including textual, while the meaning of the information is its place in such a numerical range. Such a method, called Relational method, leads to an exact numerical specification of the meaning of any information, and by dignity of this numerical form, the meanings of any information can be easily input into a computer with subsequent processing and operation of these senses.

The work is devoted to the development of the concept of a contemporary field-specific museum on the example of the Museum of Aviation and Cosmonautics of Samara University. The rapid development of the Kuibyshev Aviation Insti-tute, and later the Samara National Research University named after academician S.P.Korolev identified the need to improve not only the expositions of the museum, but also to propose a new concept of the museum, to greatly expand its role and significance in external relations, in education and in scientific activity. The design of the museum concept was based on the ontological approach. The analysis of the legal framework of museum activities in the Russian Federa-tion is carried out, the views of philosophers and historians on the concept of the museum are presented, the practice of designing modern museums, and the features of specialized, and in particular, university museums are considered. The authors propose to include a virtual tour of the locations that previously independently existed at the university, and are used in the educational process. These are: a training aerodrome where the samples of aviation equipment are presented; Europe's largest Center for the History of Aircraft Engines, aircraft class and equipment class; Museum of the history of KuAI-SSAU. On the one hand, it is important to maintain continuity in the museum's expositions, and on the other hand, it is significant to offer innovative solutions that will be in demand by a potential consumer and the target audi-ence. It is proposed to focus on the museum of the future, on the widespread use of information technologies, the presentation of new and future projects, on the expansion of the volume of thematic material through QR codes, which allow visitors to supplement audio and video materials. Equipping the museum with bilingual audio guides and basic inscriptions is an indisputable requirement for a modern museum. Cool and original lighting, moving models and exhib-its, flying drones and flies, the use of virtual and augmented reality technologies, as well as a relaxation zone in the form of an aircraft cabin will make it possible to achieve the desired impression among visitors about the university of the future.

The paper gives theoretical and practical approach to challenging educational process in modern environment. In first part of paper, present theoretical aspects of educational process through history and time, by leadingauthors in the field of education. Educational process comes from traditional form of teaching to integratedlearning process, which includes information technology platforms, modern holistic marketing approach, modern approach to presentation in class room, interactive discussion with students, and use of mobileplatforms and new concept of relationship with students, based on dialogue. Also, business environment haschanged and has impacted educational process. In second part of paper, is presented theoretical aspects ofstudent’s behavior through time, from traditional concept of listening lectures, to the interactive learningprocess and dialogue with colleagues and professors. Also, changing business environment bring to educationalprocess new topics, new professions. There is emphasizing that new generation need integrated approach, based on both traditional knowledge methodologies and information technologies platforms. Younggenerations love to share knowledge, educational experiences and have strong feeling for connection withothers, to learn more, to travel, to get experiences. Young generations are mobileand in looking for knowledgeand nontraditional professions. Professors have to follow these educational and business changes. In third partof paper, is presented empirical research about student’s behavior in modern educational process and newbusiness environment. Empirical research includes questionnaire and focus group by students about their newneeds, wishes and feelings in modern educational process in modern environment. Empirical research presentswhat drives students in education, in getting knowledge..

The pedagogical challenges in preparing child and youth care (CYC) students for 21st century CYC practice, global citizenship, and life cannot be rightfully addressed by an antiquated higher education system predicated on a Newtonian/Cartesian ontology that assumes a mechanistic view of the materialistic world and a solitary view of the “self” as completely autonomous, ego-based, and self-enclosed. In this article, we propose an alternative ontological stance for teaching and learning in higher education, one that is informed by the growing body of relational ontology scholarship in theology, philosophy, psychology, nursing, political theory, educational theory, and even information science. The basic contention of a relational ontology is that all relations between entities are ontologically more fundamental than the entities themselves. Within this perspective, the “self” is not so much a personal possession as it is a process of relatedness and a reflection of one’s relational experiences. This view of the self has enormous implications for teaching and learning. A relational ontological approach to education will employ more holistic, collaborative, and experiential methods of teaching and learning in which the learner’s (i.e., the self’s) mind, body, emotions, spirit, and environment are all considered essential components of the learning process. The conversation presented in this article is an invitation to rethink the ontological foundations upon which CYC education is currently constructed and to explore the potential of an ontological revolution in CYC teaching and learning pedagogy. In CYC, as in other disciplines, it is the visionaries operating at the edges of the discipline’s philosophical, theoretical, and practice boundaries who provide the critical reflection and creativity of thought to nudge the field forward. The modern approach to creating systems with knowledge bases is based on an ontological approach. A tool environment is proposed for building viable software services that work with such knowledge bases and managing their collective development. The tool support method is aimed at creating and developing libraries of ontology-based operations, using them in the design of software tools, allocating authority to create components of systems with knowledge bases, and controlling and integrating them into a cloud-based, supported knowledge-based decision support system.

AbstractThis paper brings together ethnography as practice research, and theology as experiential theory, towards an ontological interdisciplinary understanding of relational personhood on Mount Athos. The first part of the paper consists of ethnographic data gathered from the field, approaching monastic life as a rite of passage to heaven, and using the anthropological discourse of the “sacred” to represent and interpret this passage in sociological and moral terms. The second part of the essay expands on this empirical material by following the two “fundamental” elements of personhood, Freedom and Otherness, in the respective Christological discourses of Zizioulas and Yannaras. The aim of the second part is to ontologically expand on the experience of relational personhood by approaching theology as a kind of practice [“theoro” as “I-see-God” via practices of faith] that takes us to deeper levels of understanding of being and becoming, in relation both to the invisible God and the visible, material World. In this context, the focus of the paper gradually moves from the Athonian landscape. informed by the energies of God that run through it, to Athonian personhood as defined by the personal and ontological relation of each monk to the landscape, which includes themselves, in an ontologically relational manner. As I argue, this relational ontology extends from the grace received in everyday practices by all the monks to the charismatic personalities, whose individual agency and freedom from nature enabled them to change Athonian history and become emblems of the contemporary ideals of monastic life as a dialectical symbiosis within God and nature.

The paper presents the axiomatic-deductive strategy of organizing the content of an academic discipline with the help of ontological approach in the e-learning systems in the field of information technologies. The authors have taken into account that the necessary property of the system of axiomatic statements is their consistency. On the basis of axiomatic-deductive strategy, new approaches to the formation of the discipline content are proposed. It is proved that the system of true statements of an academic discipline is based on its terminology-conceptual apparatus, in particular, axiomatic statements. The developed mathematical structures that describe the axiomatic-deductive substrategy of the organization of the academic discipline general statements and the taxonomically oriented substrategy of the deployment of the academic discipline content are presented in the article. This ensures the transition from the content form of representation of the set of statements of the academic discipline to its presentation by means of artificial languages of mathematical logic. The use of descriptive logic ensures the formalization of the procedure for displaying an axiomatic informal system in an axiomatic formal system. The mathematical structures describe and detail the abstract logical-semantic core of the academic discipline in the form of a group of axiomatic systems. It is noted that the basic core of the content of academic discipline contains its basic concepts and judgments. This ensures a strictly logical transition from abstract general concepts and statements to the concepts and assertions of the lower level of universality and abstraction. It is noted that in order to accommodate the content of an academic discipline is advisable to develop a taxonomically oriented sub-strategy based on the multiple application of operations of general concept division. The mathematical structures allow for analysis of a generalized structure of interactions between the verbal level of the description of the academic discipline subject area, the formal level of description of the subject area and the description of the subject area at the level of computer ontology, which is implemented through the formalization, interpretation, encoding and decoding in the computer-ontology development environment. As an example of the application of the proposed axiomatic-deductive strategy, the elements of the glossary and taxonomies of the concepts of the discipline "Computer Logic", which are embodied in the Protégé environment with the help of OWL ontology description language have been developed.

The formation of modern society as an information one is accompanied as a transformation of all its structures so as a rethinking of their role in the existence of society. Such a rethinking requires the introduction of new constructive approaches to the activities of institutions, is a system-forming factor in the informatization of public relations. It is the digitalization of various spheres of human existence, the increase in the amount of information that is produced by mankind, the need for its qualitative assessments, the need for its availability, which makes the library a special institution that can provide guidelines in the information space and form a special culture of the knowledge society. The aim of this research is to consider a modern approach to the modernization of library science, based on an ontological approach to the organization of knowledge bases, the reason for using which is the ability to provide prompt and high-quality satisfaction of requests and needs of library users based on local and remote information resources. The proposed research reveals the role of the library in the information society as a means of verifying information. The features of the initial stage of the transition of domestic libraries to the modernization path of development are characterized. External and internal factors that necessitate innovative changes in the industry are given. The innovations occurring in the implementation of the basic functions of libraries are considered: information, educational, cultural and educational, memorial, social and communicative. The features of the presentation of digital content in the framework of traditional library activities are considered, where the library is defined as a repository of structured various data with the possibility of their integration with other data sources and provides for the possibility of specifying its content by describing the subject area. An ontology of the content of the semantic library acts as a means of formalization. The usage of ontologies is connected with the impossibility of adequate automatic processing of natural texts by existing means, determines the search for new approaches and the introduction of innovative developments.

The concept of a digital twin and its types are discussed in this paper. The essence of the development of digital twins in the SysML language, the use of AnyLogic (simulation software) and the use of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) software for communication with production systems are described. The functions of neural technologies that can be integrated into a modern QMS (quality management system) are considered. The use of digital twins in the quality management system allows monitoring inconsistencies in the technological component of production and quickly eliminating them, and also offers solutions to the identified problem. Companies are now finding a competitive advantage in digital technologies, especially digital twins, whose economic benefits are undeniable. The quality management system of enterprises with high-tech industries is more and more moving into the analysis of big data and in interaction with the digital environment. Thus, it is so important to pay attention to technologies directly related to the analysis of the quality of the product and the processes of its creation. As a result of the study, a clear connection between advanced information technologies and the development of the quality management system of enterprises was revealed.
