In line with the sharp competition due to technological development and environment the that is so dramatically in all aspects of human life, then every educational institution need professional human resources of education in order to provide excellent service and value. In other words, educational institutions are should not only able to provide satisfactory service (customer satisfaction) but also oriented on the value (customer value). The research results show that the development of human resources of education in MAN Bireuen consist of improving human resource education through teacher training. The necessary training is tailored to the needs of teachers. The training was carried out to take upgrade teachers’ performance that was low. Several obstacle faced in the development of education human resources the lack of teacher training and teachers’ knowledge in the field of information technology (IT). To solve these problems can be done through training program of teaching profession (PLPG) which aims to create a professional teacher and Teacher Competency Test (UKG). The Indonesian government should improve the quality of LPTK as teacher producers, and conduct teacher training on information and communication echnology (ICT) intensively.

This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of supervisors in developing the teaching profession of Islamic Religious Education in Jambi Province. The question in this research is why the effectiveness of supervisors’ guidance in developing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers has not been effective. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification of the reliability of the research results obtained by the extension of participation techniques, observation accuracy, data triangulation and advisory counseling. The results of the study are: Firstly , there were many obstacles and challenges of supervisors in carrying out their duties, among which the lack of guidance and training to supervisors, the lack of teacher training, limited budgets, distance traveled to the target sites, there are still low supervisory competencies, lack of new human resources, lack of facilities, low mutual respect for Islamic supervisors in public schools, and limited visits to teachers due to the large number of Islamic teachers in each region. Secondly, development of the teaching profession by improving the professionalism of teachers and improve the competency of teachers and teacher certification. Thirdly, the efforts to create the effectiveness through enhancing communication and coordination made with Islamic religious teacher, a good cooperation between supervisors and teachers, improve teacher training, making professional development activities of teachers, increase creativity in teacher professional development, increase cooperation with various stakeholders, improve facilities and infrastructure, increase budget allocations, provide rewards to supervisors, increase supervisory competencies with supervisory training, reduce the workload of supervisors, and add quality supervisory human resources. In conclusion, the effectiveness of supervisors' guidance in the development of the teaching profession can be effective if it is well accompanied by factors supporting these effectiveness.

Higher Education other than as an educational institution that has the main task of carrying out the process of education and teaching, also has other tasks namely carrying out research and community service. Quality improvement of human resources of a nation means encouraging the improvement of the quality of the nation itself so that it has the ability to compete with countries in the world. The education world is one of the spearheads in the effort to improve the quality of human resources. So improving the quality of human resources must be supported by improving the quality of educators (teachers), because qualified teachers will be able to produce students who are also qualified. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources can be implemented jointly in the world of education. Lecturer of Development Economics Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business UMRI tries to help increase teacher competency in Pekanbaru City PGRI Vocational School, through training in the use of SPSS software as a teacher data processing research tool. The Impact

The Higher Educational Institution plays an important role to generate the high quality of Human Resources on Indonesia. Application of the professional marketing management on this institution is important too. Among the important aspects of marketing management is the words of mouth by the students were satisfied. This study examines the impact of service quality and customer value on satisfaction of students study at STIE Pasaman. Number of sampel is 241 people drawn by Slovin formula from 604 population. The results of this study showed the quality of service and customer value of each partial positive and significant impact on student satisfaction study at STIE Pasaman. The results of this study imply that in order to improve the satisfaction of students studying at STIE Pasaman can be done by increasing again service quality and customer value. Key words : Satisfaction, service quality and customer value.

In the era of globalization, technological development is very rapid, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become part of human life that can not be separated. where ICTs make our lives easier and more enjoyable. The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

The requirements imposed on schools and the competencies of teachers change depending on the development of society, and currently their constant growth is considerable. These facts lead to the need to continuously innovate pre-service teacher training, especially with a focus on creating professional digital literacy. The creation of a proposal of an optimal model of pre-service teacher training in the field of teacher trainees’ professional didactic-technological competency development was the subject of the research, which is described in the article. The described research examined the importance of the integration of various kinds of digital didactic tools into pre-service teacher training curricula with regard to the successful performance of the teaching profession. The necessary research data were obtained on the basis of screening the opinions of teacher trainees in Slovakia and the Czech Republic (n = 280). The respondents of the research survey expressed, in terms of various aspects, their opinions on the importance of integrating the issue of working with specified kinds of the given digital means into the curricula of teacher trainees’ study programs. The obtained research data were analysed depending on three segmentation factors of the respondents, which were the nationality of the student (i.e., the COUNTRY of his/her study), the GENDER of the respondent, and the combination of these two factors, i.e., COUNTRY X GENDER. According to the achieved results, there is a need to include or strengthen the teaching of software applications such as ActivInspire, FreeMind, SMART Notebook, Google Docs and, if possible, Prezi and Mindomo, and also a need to emphasize the methodological aspects of the use of these technical means in teaching.
