Tourism is the fastest growing foreign exchange earning subsector and the increase is almost happening in all regions, Merangin regency has a great potential in tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of visitors or tourists, identify factors that affect the interest of tourists to visit again, and how important is the participation of the community around the tourism object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 35 people. The sampling method used is convenient random sampling. The data analysis tool used is quantitative with multiple liner analysis used Eviews 9 software. Merangin garden tourist characteristics in Merangin district are known that the average age of the visitors is 39. The sex of visitors or tourists is male, education is high school / equivalent, the number of dependents of visitors is 4 people where visitors live are Merangin and surrounding communities. The distance between visitors to the Merangin Garden attraction is 30 km on average.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website (http://www.indocement.co.id) The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Farmers in Batang Asam Subdistrict have two choices, namely to join the Government's Revitalization program by converting their productive age oil palm plantations into paddy fields or exchanging land with other farmers or selling their land and then buying land in different places. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into paddy fields. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Primary data is collected through observation, interviews, and special discussions with selected speakers. The sampling method in this study was done by Simple Random Sampling Technique. The analysis tool used is the Godnes Of Fit Test with the same expected frequency. The results of this study indicate that the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into lowland rice fields is influenced by psychological factors, the price factor of paddy fields, and the factor of two branches of farming.

<p>This study aims to examine the quality of teller service which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of member satisfaction by saving at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires' distribution to BMT members. The data used are primary data which are distributed through questionnaires to BMT members. This study used 100 members of the BMT Polidana as a sample. The data analysis tool used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana State Polytechnic Semarang while empathy (empathy) does not have a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic</p>

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational justice and religiosity on employee fraud mediated by whistleblowing intention. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees who work in Islamic banks in the DKI Jakarta area. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling method. This study used sample of 71 respondents. The data analysis method that used as Partial Least Square (PLS)-SEM with the help of data analysis tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that religiosity shows significant effect on whistleblowing intentions. Organizational justice unable to contribute significantly to whistleblowing intention. Whistleblowing intention have a significant effect on employee fraud. Organizational justice and religiosity unable to contribute significantly to the employee fraud. Furthermore, religiosity significantly influence on employee fraud through whistleblowing intentions. Organizational justice unable to contribute significantly to employee fraud through whistleblowing intentions

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs and analyze the influence of opinions of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through field research sourced from refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs as samples. The sampling method used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. Based on the socio-economic characteristics of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, some differences can be seen from the majority group of respondents based on the majority gender, age, education level, number of family members, length of business and income of refilled drinking water depot entrepreneurs repeat. The results of data processing the payment of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs will increase obtained from the regression coefficients of each tube machine variable, education level, and family dependents, which significantly affect the income of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs. At the same time, the operating hours variable has no significant effect on the payment of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.
