This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. The researcher suggests SMECs to pay attention to other factors that can influence competitive advantage. Keywords: Innovation, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Competitive Advantage

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

  Abstract   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Price Perception , Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.   Keywords:  Price Perception, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

This research is focused on Batik businessmen or craftsmen in Banyumas Regency, to examine the improvement of HR competency towards performance and sustainability achievement. This study uses purposive sampling technique and there are 52 samples collected. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that partially knowledge has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability, skills does not affect Performance, but affect Sustainability. Ability has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability. The variables of knowledge, skills, and abilities have 43,4 % effect on performance and have 48,2 % effect on sustainability. The results of the study indicate that batik business and craftsmen have the potential to develop and to manage HR competencies in a more directed and more optimal manner. HR competency has a strategic role in creating performance which will ultimately be a sustainable competitive advantage

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of location, interest rates, services and promotion of community decisions in taking credit. The population in this study were all PD credit customers. Semarang City BKK BPR Branch Gayamsari as many as 218 customers (Data As of December 2017). While the samples taken were 70 people. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant influence between the location of community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between interest rates on community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between services to community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between promotion of community decisions in taking credit. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between location, interest rates, service and promotion of community decisions in taking credit

The use of digital marketing for tourism development must be supported by the implementation of various event activities that can attract visitors to come to enjoy various cultural attractions. Visitors who are satisfied with the events that are presented will have an impact on influencing others. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of conventional media and digital marketing on the interest of visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by taking a sample of 100 people and using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Version 23.0. The results show that digital marketing media has a higher level of effectiveness than conventional media with a difference in the percentage of contribution in attracting visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali by 14%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and competitive advantage on marketing performance; test the effect entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation towards marketing performance are mediated by competitive advantage. The sample in this study was 132 owners from a population of 463 SMEs owners of Tempe chips. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a direct positive effect on marketing performance; market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; market orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; competitive advantage has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage; Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a partial mediating variable.

The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who used services in Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City, amounting to 741 people (Data for April-May 2016). While the samples taken were 88 people. Sampling uses stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant positive effect between the quality of service on community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between trust in community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between commitment to community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction
