The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic characteristics of traders around the tourist attraction of the pedestrian bridge, to determine the potential and strategies of tourism development, and to determine differences in income from the informal sector. The data used in this study is primary data consisting of interview data. The method used for this research is a field research method with observation techniques and conducting interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the variables of age, amount of savings, number of dependents, transportation expenses, and number of tourist visits had a significant effect. However, partially the number of dependents and the number of tourist visits significantly affect the income of informal sector workers around the Pedestrian Bridge Tourism Object in the Gentala Arasy Tower Tourism Object, Jambi City.  Keywords: Income, Informal sector workers, Tourist attraction

The aim of this research is to determine the tourist perceptions and motivation that visit to Jembong tourist destination. This research was conducted at the Jembong tourist destination, Jembong District, Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by distributed questionnaires to two hundred and twenty fivetourist that visiting Jembong tourist destination in Jembong district, Ambengan Village. A questionnaire consisted of twenty threestatements that refer to the theory of tourism development, which are tourist attraction, amenities, access and ancillary services and eighteen statements of tourist motivation that refer to the push and pull theory motivation. The potential tourist attraction in Jembong tourist destination are waterfall, trekking, and nature. The facilities are bathroom and change room, trash bin, restaurant, parking area, and gazebo. Local community who has an authority to make signboard and provided stairs and trail to facilitate tourists toward waterfall and trekking. Tourist information center made simultaneously with entrance ticket counter Jembong tourist destination. Promotion media at Jembong tourist destination are brochure, email and instagram. Maps of Jembong tourist destination is available in google maps therefore tourist easier toward Jembong tourist destination. The results of this research finding the higher of push motivation and pull motivation is related with beauty nature that suitable with the higher tourist perception to attraction are freshness air and beauty nature in Jembong tourist destination.

West Nias Regency has an enormous potential tourist destination, namely the Hinako Islands which consists of eight beautiful small islands. Yet the limited infrastructure and capacity of human resources have become the obstacle for this potential. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for tourism development strategies in the Hinako Islands to increase local government revenues (PAD) and the welfare of local communities. The research question is how is the strategy of the local government in developing tourism in the Hinako Islands?. This research is a field research, qualitative analytical descriptive type. The primary data of the research were observation and in-depth interviews, also supported by secondary data in the form of documentation and relevant literature studies. This study recommends a tourism development model consisting of 3 elements, namely: 1) West Nias Regency Government as a facilitator to provide tourism facilities and infrastructure; And as a regulator to formulate and enforce tourism business rules for the benefit of the Regional Original Income (PAD) and bring prosperity to local communities. 2) Private, namely existing investors, new investors with an ecotourism pattern, and village-owned enterprises (BUM-Des) to work on the industry in the concept of tourism agromina. 3) Community, to be a friendly host for tourists by providing guarantees for tourist safety, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and providing memorable experiences for tourists. The recommended strategies include strategies for developing tourism destinations, the tourism industry, tourism marketing, and tourism institutions.

Fraudulent criminal acts that have been regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) with various modes, one of which is fraud by shamans with a multiplied money mode has made law enforcers increasingly have to rack their brains to be able to prove it. This study aims to examine and analyze law enforcement by the judge in decision No.61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN.Blora with consideration of the criminal elements. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach. The specifications of the study were conducted using descriptive analytical methods. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data. The data consists of primary data and secondary data using field research methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the research it was concluded that the case ruling number 61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN Bla with a fraud case with shamanism practices in the mode of duplicating the judge's money considering that the Defendants have been indicted by the Public Prosecutor with alternative indictments, so the Panel of Judges paid attention to the facts The aforementioned law decides on the first alternative indictment as regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code by considering the elements of that article.Keywords: Criminal Law Enforcement; Fraud; Multiple Money.

Marriage must meet the requirements and harmony, one pillar that must be met is the marriage guardian. The existence of a guardian in a marriage contract is a must and is not a legal marriage agreement that is not carried out by the guardian. The guardian is placed as a pillar in marriage according to the agreement of scholars in principle. The problem in this research is how is the formal law in the stipulation of Metro Religious Court Number 0055 / Pdt P / 2019 / PA.Mt regarding the application of guardian application? and what is the basis for the judge's judgment (material law) in deciding on the Establishment of the Metro Religious Court Number 0055 / Pdt P / 2019 / PA.Mt regarding the application of a guardian?. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Collecting data through library research and field research. Analysis of the data used is qualitative juridical.

Mountains, Wilderness, Sea, Beach, River and Cultural Art or often known as GURILAPSS are the characteristics of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, so when speaking GURILAPSS, Sukabumi is the destination. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is Sukabumi Tagline?”. This study aims to determine the device to determine the tourism development of Sukabumi District throught the GURILAPSS Pesona Sukabumi Tagline.This study uses a centralized interview approach (Focused Interviews), with research. This research data collection technique uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. Primary data obtained by interview and observation. Secondary data obtained by documentation. The key Informant in this study was the Head of tourism marketing and promotion in Sukabumi Regency. While supporting informant s consisted of one Head of Culture and one Head of Culture and six people of Sukabumi Regency.Technical analysis of data in this study using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Tourism Development of Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the result showed the Development of tourism in Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the charm of Sukabumi uses three basic elements in its development, namely the emergence of motivation and desire for tourists to visit a tourism through the development of attractions and tourist attractions; there are supporting tourism facilities such as roads, accomodation, information centers and shopping centers through amenitas and tourist accommodation and transportation to take to tourist attraction. The conclusion in this study Sukabumi Regency tourism development through the tagline GURILAPSS enchanment Sukabumi has used aspect of the development of attractions and tourist attractions; tourist amenities and accomodations as well as tourist accesbility.Keywords: GURILAPSS Enchanting Sukabumi,  Tourism Development; Tagline.

The problem of this research is how the form of assistance at the Department of Agriculture is given to farmer groups, what type of contract is the provision of assistance to farmer groups. The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the form of assistance at the Department of Agriculture given to farmer groups, what types of contracts for providing assistance to farmer groups. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research method using field research with observation and interview data collection techniques. Primary data sources consist of the head of the field extension, the village guardian, the head and members of the farmer group. The data processing carried out here is qualitative. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, the implementation of the provision of assistance in 2019, 2020, and 2019 from the Department of Agriculture to farmer groups in Jorong Bulan Sarik Nagari Sungai Jambu was carried out by handing over assistance provided in the form of freelance assistance which could be utilized by members and the head of the farmer group, the assistance is in the form of plant seeds and farming machinery. After the assistance is given, there is no form of return agreement with the Agriculture service or the village guardian. In the utilization of harvests from the assistance of the Department of Agriculture will also be enjoyed by farmer groups who receive the assistance. So the implementation of providing assistance to the group that occurs contains a halal element because there are no arguments that prohibit it.

Protection of workers with the existence of the Manpower Act is expected to reduce or even eliminate treatment that is considered unfair which is generally carried out by employers to workers. The existence of a Manpower Act which is the legal umbrella for workers which includes wage protection. Writing this journal aims to find out and elaborate more deeply on the legal relationship between outsourcing workers and companies that use outsourcing services and to seek efforts to resolve cases at PT. Caterison. The method used in writing the journal is an empirical legal research method, in this case the Manpower Act with the facts that occurred at PT. Caterison deals with outsourcing workers who are not entitled to payment of their wages. The types of approaches used are the statutory approach, the case approach, and the legal concept analysis approach. The data used are primary data obtained directly from field research and secondary data sourced from library research. In data collection techniques, using descriptive analysis techniques. PT. Caterison as an outsourcing service user signed an agreement and made an agreement with an outsourcing service provider company with the aim of filling some parts of the work within the company. The case began when outsource worker who carried out his duties at PT. Caterison felt he was not entitled to his wages for three consecutive months. This becomes necessary to be resolved because the issue of wages is a sensitive matter. Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan mampu mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan perlakuan yang dinilai tidak adil yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang menjadi payung hukum untuk pekerja yang didalamnya termasuk ke dalam perlindungan upah. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengelaborasi lebih dalam mengenai hubungan hukum antara pekerja outsorcing dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsorcing dan untuk mencari upaya penyelesaian kasus yang terdapat pada PT. Caterison. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal yakni metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dengan fakta yang terjadi pada PT. Caterison berkenaan dengan pekerja outsorcing yang tidak mendapatkan hak atas pembayaran upahnya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yakni, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, serta pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Dalam penggunaan sumber data, data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang didapatan langsung dari penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi. PT. Caterison sebagai pengguna jasa outsourcing menandatangani perjanjian serta membuat kesepakatan dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing dengan tujuan mengisi beberapa bagian pekerjaan dalam perusahaan namun bukan pada pekerjaan inti. Kasus bermula ketika pekerja outsourcing yang menjalankan tugasnya pada PT. Caterison merasa tidak mendapatkan hak atas upah nya selama tiga bulan berturut-turutHal ini menjadi perlu untuk diselesaikan dikarenakan permasalahan upah adalah hal yang sensitif.

Bengkulu Province has begun to aware to its tourism potential, hence a program called "Visit 2020 Wonderful Bengkulu" was conducted and held by all Regencies / Cities of Bengkulu Province. Bengkulu Province has tremendous tourism potential to be developed, thus it is necessary to classify leading tourist attractions in an effort to support the program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative, namely describing observations through field observations and direct assessments using the Tourism Attraction Assessment Guidelines in a systematic and actual procedure. The results is Bengkulu Province has few potential tourism, however, in general the potential is still not balanced by the availability of adequate accessibility and facilities / amenities. Almost all tourist attractions in 10 regencies / cities in Bengkulu Province in general are still insufficient in the management, planning and developing tourism. This research is expected to become a guideline in the tourism development of Bengkulu Province in preparing to welcome the "Visit 2020 Wonderful Bengkulu" program.Keywords: Potential, Tourist Attraction, Bengkulu

Pasal 54 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman menjelaskan bahwa: “Pelaksanaan putusan pengadilan dalam perkara perdata dilakukan oleh panitera dan juru sita dipimpin oleh Ketua Pengadilan.” Namun pada kenyataannya ada para pihak yang menolak melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagaimana termuat dalam putusan pengadilan meskipun putusan tersebut telah berkekuatan hukum tetap (in kracht van gewijsde). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis putusan hakim dalam perkara faraid di Mahkamah Syar’iyah Jantho sehingga tidak dapat dieksekusi, hambatan dalam melakukan eksekusi dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah hambatan pelaksanaan eksekusi tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris melalui pengambilan data lapangan dan kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data primer. Penelitian kepustakaan sebagai data sekunder dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur yang ada relevansi dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan Hakim hanya mengikuti prosedur penegakan hukum formil dan materil sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Majelis Hakim kurang menggali hukum nilai-nilai hukum adat yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Hambatan dalam melakukan eksekusi karena pihak tergugat memanfaatkan celah hukum mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah hambatan tersebut dengan memberikan pemahaman hukum kepada masyarakat melalui meja informasi tentang proses hukum dalam perkara perdata.According Article 54 section (2) of Law Number 48 of 2009 of Judiciary Power (Law of Judiciary Power) states that: “The Implementation of court judgment in civil case is conducted by secretary of court and bailiff led by Head of the Court”. However, in fact, there are several parties refuse to perform the obligation according to the court judgment, even when it is conducted by the secretary of court and the bailiff and led by the Head of the Court. The practice of the court judgment faces several obstacles instead of being in permanent legal force status (in kracht van gewijsde). This research is conducted to analyze the legal consideration of in faraid case at Sharia Court of Jantho which makes it non-executable, the obstacles in performing execution towards the court judgment of permanent legal force at Sharia Court of Jantho, and the efforts implemented to prevent occurring obstacles in executing the court judgment at Sharia Court of Jantho. The research method used in this study is empirical yuridicial through data gained in field and library research. Field research is performed to collect primary data by doing interview to respondents and informants. The library research is conducted by studying books, laws and other relevant literatures. The results of this study shows that the legal consideration of in faraid case at Sharia Court of Jantho is in accordance to the procedure of law enforcement which refers to formil and materiil law as stated in Law of Judiciary Power. The obstacle in doing the execution towards the court judgment of permanent legal force at Sharia Court of Jantho in the form of verdict without the presence of the defendant (verstek), legal review, and the lack of understanding of the disputing parties that new supplication or request to the Head of the Sharia Court is needed to do the execution. The efforts that is done to overcome the obstacle is by giving the knowledge and understanding of law to public via information desk concerning the court process and technical phases of civil case and the expenses that occurs.
