This study aims to see (1) the process of applying for credit to AMER's Banjar suka duka, (2) the causes of uncollectible credit by AMER joy and sorrow members, (3) how to solve the problem of uncollected credit by AMER's joy and sorrow members. Methods of interview data, observation and documentation carried out in Banjar Suka Duka AMER. Processing the collected data then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the lending of credit by members of the AMER's joy and sorrow may use the names of other members based on mutual trust and solidarity between members. So that the borrowing of members' names in credit applications is commonplace and is accepted by AMER's Banjar Management. 2) The cause of uncollectible credit in the AMER joy and sorrow banjar is a very easy redit lending system without the use of collateral and regulations that bind members to repay their credit. (3) The problem of uncollectible credit in the banjar of AMERica, which did not find a solution for two years, was finally implemented as a cover. Where in applying as penenanggunga in the member credit interest is whitened and the principal of the member is able to pay.

 A This research is motivated by the feeling of morality that arises on the inmates involved in drug cases and theft. The presence of anxiety experienced by the inmates in the cell both psychologically and socially. But the focus in this study is: 1) The mental health deskription of the prisoners is seen from social feelings. 2) The mental health deskription of prisoners is seen from feelings of morality. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. key informants as much as 2 people and additional informants as many as 4 people, Instruments that researchers use in this research is interview. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results can reveal that: 1). The mental health deskription of the inmates is seen from the social feelings that prisoners are able to socialize and be able to get closer to other inmates, the inmates are able to perform activities and obey the rules that are in the cell, for example: eating together, praying congregation, sharing together and exercising together. 2). The mental health deskription of the inmates is seen from feelings of guilty that feel guilty by breaking the law and regretting his actions, the prisoners promise to serve punishment or regulation, and behave well during the sentence. Able to undergo all the obligations that are in the cell as given the responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and comfort while in the cell. Based on the results of the study can be recommended to inmates to be able to control the psychic emotions while undergoing punishment in the cell.

The type of research is a field research which is described in a descriptive qualitative manner. Data collected by using interviews and documentation and analyzed with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions related to the distribution of zakat. The results showed that productive zakat assistance conducted by BAZNAS has not been effective in the framework of developing mustahik business. There are still many undeveloped mustahik businesses, as follows: for livestock businesses out of 23 mustahik who receive assistance in the form of animals livestock (goats / ducks) there are 11 mustahik that are developing and 12 are not developing, while for agriculture out of 5 mustahik who receive productive zakat assistance, none of them are developing, while for business capital of 11 mustahik there are 4 mustahik whose business is developing and 7 not developing, and for assistance in the form of a home industry of 4 years, only 1 person mustahik who get home industry assistance, namely in 2018 and developing.</em></p><p class="abstrak"> </p></div></div>

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

Tourism is known as a borderless sector or has no separating boundaries. It is important to facilitate accessibility for tourist with disability, so the development of a destination will increase as it can be enjoyed by anyone. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. Then the data are analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results revealed that the needs of tourists with visual impairment include: guide tiles, tacticle map, signs, showroom lighting, audio availability, Braille text and hands on. The needs of tourist with mobility impairment include: accessibility in parking areas, ramps, doors, toilets, pathways, signs, plenty of seats, enough space in exhibit room, and displays are in suitable height. AbstractThe research objective is to depict the stages of forming of the street children’s autonomy in the Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi, South Jakarta, and the characteristics of their autonomy. We use in-depth interviews and document searches in data collection. Miles and Huberman's techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing were used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The stages of forming the autonomy of street children began with treatment, then empowerment which is a factor of the autonomy; (2) The characteristics of their autonomy can be seen from their ability to carry out all their activities independently, to be able to manage their own lives, to control their emotions, to share ideas and to make decisions and choices according to their views.  AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan pembinaan kemandirian anak jalanan di Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi Jakarta Selatan, dan karakteristik kemandirian mereka. Kami menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahapan pembentukan kemandirian anak jalanan diawali dengan pengobatan, lalu pemberdayaan yang menjadi faktor kemandirian; (2) Karakteristik kemandirian mereka dapat dilihat dari kemampuan melakukan segala kegiatannya secara mandiri, mampu mengatur kehidupannya sendiri, dapat mengontrol emosinya, dapat berbagi ide dan membuat keputusan dan pilihan sesuai dengan pandangan mereka.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

ABSTRACT   The objective of thisresearch is to find out about the operational requirements of a Daycare Center (TPA) in order to help the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga getting its operational permit. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of  TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. Thus, based on study's results, it is to suggest that the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga, should immediately strategize an application of its operational permit to the authorities.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

The purpose of this research to examine the development ofcommunicative curriculum conducted by arabic institutions Dar MuhibAl-‘Arobiyah. The data were collected through correspondence anddocumentation. The method of this research is qualitative, the data analysisuses data triangulation, that is: data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. The primary data sources in this study were teachers, students,and curriculum documents. The result of this research can be concluded thatthe development of communicative arabic language Dar Muhibbi al ’Arabiyyahstated not effective. It cause the methods, media, and evaluations used thatare used not relevant to the communicative objectives that have been decided.The Methods, media, and evaluations are more directed to memorizing manyvocabulary thah the practice of using sentences in dialogue. Suggestions: 1)The communicative learning focused on the process of producing senteceswith multiplying conversations; 2)The asatidz/teachers to apply the processof developing curriculum by existing frameworks example, Hilda Tabamodel.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.
