This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work motivation on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) work motivation on job satisfaction, (4) work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction on PB Suwela Amerta. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this study were all employees at PB Suwela Amerta. The object of this study were work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The population used in this study amounted to 40 people. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through satisfaction working at PB Suwela Amerta.

Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.Method – The population in this study were all employees at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business UIN Walisongo Semarang with a total sample of 58 respondents. The analysis in this study uses path analysis technique.Result – The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on performance and job satisfaction variables had a significant effect on performance. The results of the path analysis conducted showed that work motivation had a direct effect on employee performance, while work motivation had an indirect effect on performance through intervening work.Implication – This study assists the management of higher education to create working design for a better performance.Originality – This study enriches the empirical study of job performance in higher education context in Indonesia.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workmotivation, organizational culture on employee performance through jobsatisfaction. type of research is explanatory research, data collectiontechniques are questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 37respondents with the sampling technique was census/population sampling,the scale of measurement using a Likert scale. Quantitative analysis usesvalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption and path analysis. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). The results of path analysis show the directeffect of work motivation and organizational culture on employeeperformance greater than indirect effects through job satisfaction.Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction andperformance

This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction in influencing charismatic leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Sampling in this study was 35% of the existing population, namely 151 employees so that the sample was 53 employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction mediates the effect of charismatic leadership and motivation on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance and work discipline on employee performance . The study population was all civil servants in the department of labor and social transmigration Kebumen district . This study used census method . our data obtained by giving questioner to all respondents who totaled 47 people . the technique used in this analysis is the analysis of lane ( path analysis) with SPSS 18 for windows . Statistical methods in this study include : validity, reliability , multicolinearity test , heterocedasticity test , normality test , multiple linear regression analysis , path analysis , t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results showed that work motivation affect the work discipline , motivation affect the performance and job satisfaction affect the performance. labor discipline effect on performance and job satisfaction affect the working discipline with a value of r² ( R square ) for structural equation I is 62.6 % means that job satisfaction and motivation influence the working discipline at 62.6 % . the remaining 37.4 % is influenced by factors beyond the research and structural equation II is 75.0 % meaning that work motivation , job satisfaction and work discipline affect the performance of the remaining 25.0 % 75.0 % is affected by factors beyond the research.

The method used is descriptive method using path analysis (path analysis), and operate calculation using PASW Statistics 18 software.Results of this study are as follows: 1) organizational culture significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 36.5%, 2) work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 39.8%; 3 ) organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 76.4%; 4) job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees, with the magnitude of the effect of 81.1%.The conclusion of this research is proven there is significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction as well as implications for the performance of employees at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero).

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work motivation and job satisfaction at the Secretariat of the Takalar Region Representative Council. Data collection was carried out at the Secretariat of the Takalar Region Representative Council. The study applies saturated samples so that the number of samples was 49 respondents. Data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction, but an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership through both work motivation and job satisfaction show a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation towards employee performance at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. Research design used in this study is quantitative causal. The research subjects were 122 employee who worked at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel and the objects in this study were work environment, work motivation and employee performance. Data collected through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (2) work motivation has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant affect on work motivation and (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.
