Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workmotivation, organizational culture on employee performance through jobsatisfaction. type of research is explanatory research, data collectiontechniques are questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 37respondents with the sampling technique was census/population sampling,the scale of measurement using a Likert scale. Quantitative analysis usesvalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption and path analysis. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). The results of path analysis show the directeffect of work motivation and organizational culture on employeeperformance greater than indirect effects through job satisfaction.Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction andperformance

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

The method used is descriptive method using path analysis (path analysis), and operate calculation using PASW Statistics 18 software.Results of this study are as follows: 1) organizational culture significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 36.5%, 2) work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 39.8%; 3 ) organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 76.4%; 4) job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees, with the magnitude of the effect of 81.1%.The conclusion of this research is proven there is significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction as well as implications for the performance of employees at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero).

<p>          <em>This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee rotation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable (Empirical Study on KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). The sample in this study was 70 employees obtained by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis techniques.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that organizational culture and employee rotation directly affect employee performance at the KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between organizational culture and employee performance.</em><em>Abstrak Bahasa Inggris</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi empiris pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pegawai yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas secara langsung. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.</p>

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

This study aims to answer several hypotheses about the direct influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work motivation, job satisfaction, and lecturer performance. The research technique used proportional random sampling to a sample of 152 of 246 lecturers UMN Al-Washliyah Medan, with research instruments using questionnaires with the scale Likert. Then the data is processed and analyzed with path analysis, thus producing an analysis with a coefficient of path 0.30 on the direct influence of organizational culture on work motivation, path coefficient 0.43 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, path coefficient 0.47 on the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, path coefficient 0.22 on the direct influence of organizational culture on performance, the coefficient of line 0.15 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on lecturer performance, the coefficient of line 0.23 on the direct influence of work motivation on lecturer performance, and the coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. From the results of the analysis, to improve the performance of lecturers need to be made various efforts, among others, by improving organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Work satisfaction and motivation have been believed to directly connect to employee performance. These two indicators are potential to either decrease or increase the level of performance, how many items an employee can meet in an accordance with company terms. Employee with well-satisfaction may be motivated to show up their maximum performance while working, which consequently increase company performance or organization after all. This study aims to analyze job satisfaction in moderating the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative research approach by means of a survey research. The population of this study were all employees of Hotel Paradise Batu, so that the sampling used total sampling technique. Descriptive data and moderated regression were used as data analysis. The results show that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the interaction of work motivation and employee performance

This study aims to: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering.
