PostprintArtikel ini dimuat di Jurnal Banking & Managemen Review Vol 2 No 1 Mei 2013Penerbit STIE Ekuitas BandungAbstractThe study is titled "The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation And On The Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Implications".Research objectives are: 1) to determine and assess the organizational culture, employee motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance, 2) to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation partially on employee job satisfaction, and 3) to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation simultaneously work on employee job satisfaction; 4) to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance.The research was conducted by PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), by taking a sample of 190 employees from a population of 625 employees. The method used is descriptive method using path analysis (path analysis), and operate calculation using PASW Statistics 18 software.Results of this study are as follows: 1) organizational culture significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 36.5%, 2) work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 39.8%; 3 ) organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with the magnitude of the effect of 76.4%; 4) job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees, with the magnitude of the effect of 81.1%.The conclusion of this research is proven there is significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction as well as implications for the performance of employees at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero).

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect on the Quality of Work Life Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Swastika Bungalows Sanur, with a sample of 60 employees who were taken withsaturated or census sampling method. Data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the higher the Quality Of Work Life applied by the company, the higher employee motivation that impact on enhancing employee satisfaction with the results of path analysis showed that motivation positive effect in mediating the effect of Quality Of Work Life on employee job satisfaction so , the results of this study can serve as a reference for the company to improve the welfare of employees through increased job security, giving freedom to employees, and increased the incentive for employees to have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workmotivation, organizational culture on employee performance through jobsatisfaction. type of research is explanatory research, data collectiontechniques are questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 37respondents with the sampling technique was census/population sampling,the scale of measurement using a Likert scale. Quantitative analysis usesvalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption and path analysis. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). The results of path analysis show the directeffect of work motivation and organizational culture on employeeperformance greater than indirect effects through job satisfaction.Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction andperformance

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (2) The influence of the work environment on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (3) The influence of organizational culture on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (4) The influence of the work environment on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (5) The effect of work motivation on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (6) The influence of organizational culture and work environment on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, and ( 7) The influence of organizational culture and work environment on work motivation and job satisfaction of employees of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 215 respondents from permanent employees of PT. Posmi Steel Indonesia. The statistical tests used are validity, reliability and path analysis. The calculation results show that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (2) the work environment has a significant effect on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi employees Steel Indonesia, (4) Work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (5) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (6) Organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees Posmi Steel Indonesia, and (7) Organizational culture and work environment significantly influence work motivation and job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia employees.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

This study aims to answer several hypotheses about the direct influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work motivation, job satisfaction, and lecturer performance. The research technique used proportional random sampling to a sample of 152 of 246 lecturers UMN Al-Washliyah Medan, with research instruments using questionnaires with the scale Likert. Then the data is processed and analyzed with path analysis, thus producing an analysis with a coefficient of path 0.30 on the direct influence of organizational culture on work motivation, path coefficient 0.43 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, path coefficient 0.47 on the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, path coefficient 0.22 on the direct influence of organizational culture on performance, the coefficient of line 0.15 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on lecturer performance, the coefficient of line 0.23 on the direct influence of work motivation on lecturer performance, and the coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. From the results of the analysis, to improve the performance of lecturers need to be made various efforts, among others, by improving organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.
