The research aimed to describe the public legal awareness about meat distribution and legal protection for the beef consumers through law enforcement efforts at Boyolali District based on a qualitative non-doctrinal approach. Therefore, this focused more on primary data collected by interviews and observations and supported by secondary data collected by library research. The data then were processed for further qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that legal protection related to the distribution of healthy and safe meat did not run well as this was influenced by the community legal, namely the knowledge and understanding of law, although it had been supported by good legal attitudes and behavioral factors.

The purpose and this study is to know the Legal Protection for Good-Strong Parties in Cancellation of Sale and Purchase Agreement of Land and Banguan (Study of PN Decision No. 29 / Pdt.6 / 2014 / PN.wsb). This research is empirical law research, that is research based on implementation in effort to get primary data preceded by library research to obtain secondary data. The research was conducted at Notary Office / PPAT, and all data obtained were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis, the authors conclude several things Legal protection against the good-willed (buyer) in the sale and purchase agreement of land and building if the seller cancel the agreement, then for the signature of partial signing by the parties is a must.Judge's Consideration on Legal Protection for Good-Predicted Parties In Cancellation JuaL Purchases Land and Buildings where the Public Prosecutor should be thorough and careful in preparing the indictment, since the indictment is the basis for the judge to impose or not to bring down the defendant faced beforehand the court, in addition, must also have knowledge or knowledge of the law well, not only the law in formal, but also the law materially so as not wrong in determining where the deeds in accordance with the elements that are indicted. Settlement of criminal cases through restorative justice in stage two (2) or since the handing over of responsibility for suspects and evidence to the Public Prosecutor has been regulated in the Attorney General's Regulation No. 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. The legality of the application of restorative in Indonesia has been used in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System (SSPA) and the Circular Letter of the Chief of Police No. 8 of 2018 concerning the Application of Restorative Justice before the start of the investigation sent to the Public Prosecutor. a law enforcement in a slow direction because law enforcement is carried out at various levels from the Police, Attorney General's Office, District Courts, High Courts and even to the Supreme Court. In the end it has an impact on the accumulation of cases that are not small in number in court. The purpose of this study is to find out the application and problems that occur in the application of restorative justice through efforts to stop prosecution in the process of resolving cases of criminal acts of vandalism associated with the Attorney General's Regulation No. 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. This research is normative-empirical juridical using a case approach and a statutory approach. Data collection techniques using primary data are field interviews at the Pematang Siantar District Attorney and library research to obtain secondary data. Referring to the principle of fast, simple and low cost justice, PERJA No. 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice has been accommodated, especially in cases of destruction by making peace between victims and suspects, and the peace process is carried out voluntarily, with deliberation and consensus, without pressure, coercion and intimidation. In this peace process the facilitator is the Public Prosecutor, this is because there is no interest and connection with the case, against the victim and the suspect. In the implementation of PERJA No. 15 of 2020, it turns out that there are many obstacles, including the lack of understanding among law enforcement regarding restorative justice, lack of infrastructure, and public misunderstanding.

Fraudulent criminal acts that have been regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) with various modes, one of which is fraud by shamans with a multiplied money mode has made law enforcers increasingly have to rack their brains to be able to prove it. This study aims to examine and analyze law enforcement by the judge in decision No.61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN.Blora with consideration of the criminal elements. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach. The specifications of the study were conducted using descriptive analytical methods. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data. The data consists of primary data and secondary data using field research methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the research it was concluded that the case ruling number 61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN Bla with a fraud case with shamanism practices in the mode of duplicating the judge's money considering that the Defendants have been indicted by the Public Prosecutor with alternative indictments, so the Panel of Judges paid attention to the facts The aforementioned law decides on the first alternative indictment as regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code by considering the elements of that article.Keywords: Criminal Law Enforcement; Fraud; Multiple Money.

The purpose of writing in this study is the first, to know and analyze factors Some people in Tinanggea Sub-District South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi that has not yet had legal awareness in the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Second, To know and Analyze Efforts - Local Government efforts in awakening the community in District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi against the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Third To know to be done in order to Maasyarakat in Tinanggea Sub-District of Konawe Selatan Regency in Sulawesi Teggara performs the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT.The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical. Juridically, this research is based on the rule of law of Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 juncto Government Regulation Number 24 Year 2016. Empirically, this study aims to know about the rules related to the transfer of land rights with the fact that occurred that deviate from the rules that prevail in the District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. Specification of Research that is the object of research is the plot of land is the transfer of Rights to Land with the act of buying and selling of land ownership in the presence of PPAT conducted. Sources and Techniques Data collection is primary data obtained from interviews conducted by 30 respondents and secondary data obtained from the opinions of scholars and literature review. Then Theory in use is Position Theory, Authority Theory and Theory of Legal Certainty.From the results of research can be concluded that the legal consciousness of the people of Tinanggea Sub-District of South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi is related to the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of the First PPAT: Caused by lack of PPAT and PPATS in the community, which is set by the competent authorities, Caused by a very high kinship and Due to a very low legal community awareness. The second is the government's efforts in the form of socialization held by the local revenue agency related Value Object Tax (NJOP), Tinanggea sub-district office along with jejerannya Kelurahan and village appealed and made a place for reporting / consultation related to the transfer of rights of Sale and Purchase of Land, Cooperation undertaken by Tinanggea Subdistrict Sub-District and Village that make the Letter of Statement of Physical Land Mastery (SPPFT) that the letter is known by Kecamatan Kelurahan and Desa. The third is: The ideal concept of the author's research is the legal counseling to the public to grow knowledge to the public about the importance of legal awareness of the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT, Socialization of the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. As a form of government service to the public in awakening the rights and obligations of the people in the eyes of the law and Data Collection and the making of Land Book is aimed to record and provide a legal protection for the community so that no land grab or land disputes.Keywords: Legal Awareness, Sale and Purchase, Tinanggea Sub-district.

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of social responsibility in a broadcasting program Coffee Morning in programa 2 LPP RRI Bengkulu. This study used qualitative method, where the informants in this study was the Head of Press LPP RRI Bengkulu, Kasubsi Programa 2 LPP RRI, Stage Manager, Presenter, Presenter dialogue. Primary data in this study was obtained from interview to the informants, and secondary data obtained through library research. This study found that the implementation of social responsibility in a broadcasting program Coffee Morning in Programa 2 RRI Bengkulu LPP has been carried out based on the legal framework and institutions, meet the high standards of professionalism and information, correctness, accuracy, objectivity and balance, avoiding anything that might induce crime, detriment, public disorder or insult against ethnic or religious minorities, seeks to reflect the plurality and diversity of society, set high achievement standards, and intervention can be justified to safeguard the public interest. In other words, the implementation of this program fulfills a social responsibility towards the community listeners.

Sexual violence happened to children are often occurred, after the emergence of sexual cases in Jakarta International School (JIS). It began to arise attention to child victims of sexual violence. This paper aims to provide a review of the protection on child victims of sexual violence at this time. With the sociological juridical method, the primary data were obtained from direct interviews with law enforcement officers, while secondary data were obtained from literature references. The result shows that the legal protection does not pay attention on children as victim. The legal protection for children as victim sexual violence is expected to give punishment to the criminals in the form of payment of compensation to the victim whose amount is determined in the court, or fulfillment of the obligation of the Local custom or legal obligations that live in society or social and mental rehabilitation. If the convicted person tries to avoid giving the compensation, the convicted person is not entitled to a reduction in the criminal term and does not get conditional released.

Franchising is a marketing concept in order to expand the business to support the economy, in this case there are often problems related to the agreement that has been set. Therefore, a legal protection is needed for the recipient of the right. The purpose of this study is to reveal the choice of agreement in the implementation of franchise agreements in Indonesia and the form of legal protection for franchisees in Indonesia. The research method in this study is normative research focusing on the behavior of the legal community and through legal science book references. Sources of data used are primary data by examining regulations related to franchises and secondary data by examining literature, books, papers and journals. Data collection techniques by classifying primary legal materials with secondary legal materials as a support. Analysis of Legal Materials obtained by qualitative analysis. The results of the study reveal that the franchise business in Indonesia has been regulated in the provisions of PP No. 42 of 2007 concerning franchising, for the legal requirements for the establishment of a franchise business, it must meet the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, and the form of legal protection for franchisees is contained in Article 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 12/ MDAG/Per/3/2006 so the franchisor cannot terminate the agreement at any time or at any time.

This study aims to determine the responsibility of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in addressing the problems of making a deed of sale of land and how the legal consequences of the public in making the deed of sale of land if found problems in the manufacturing process PPAT deed East Kolaka District. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, then analyzed with empirical juridical methods.Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of PPAT in Kolaka East have a stake in ensuring legal certainty transitional registration of property rights to land. Legal guarantee evidenced by an authentic act, then the transition has a strong legal force (not absolute). However, due toThe lack of public knowledge relevant authorities in givingcertainty and legal protection, it is often raised issues such as land disputes and others.So should their ideal concept for the community in the form of legal counseling in growing knowledge about the importance of Land Registry as a form of awareness of legal action against the sale and purchase of land ownership before PPAT to avoid land disputes that often arise in the future. In addition, there is still much to be understood by the Land Deed Official (PPAT) and the community in the Land Registry. In the Warnasari Village Sukabumi Sub-district Sukabumi District there are still many farmers who carry out agricultural land production sharing agreements (maparo bati) to fulfill their daily needs. Production sharing agreements between landowners and tenants are made orally. The problem that often occurs in production sharing agreements in Warnasari Village is that the cultivators do not report the actual results of the claim to the land owner. The research method used in writing this thesis is a normative juridical approach with analytical descriptive research specifications. The study was conducted with library research supported by field research. Secondary data collection techniques with library research and supported by primary data in the form of interviews which are then analyzed by qualitative juridical methods. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of agricultural land-sharing agreements in the Warnasari Village, Sukabumi Sub-district, Sukabumi District has not yet fully applied the provisions of the Production Sharing Law. In the elucidation of Article 7 of the Production Sharing Law it is determined that the profit sharing balance is 1: 1 but the community uses a 60% balance for tenants and 40% for landowners. Legal protection of landowners in Warnasari Village as a result of verbally sharing agreements on agricultural land is carried out by applying the principles of good faith, reprimanding, and deliberation.Keywords: Profit Sharing Agreement, Agricultural Land, Law Number 2 of 1960.

This study aims to determine the extent of legal protection by the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the Gorontalo City Resort Police Criminal Investigation Unit against women as victims of domestic violence and to find out what factors are obstacles to the efforts of the PPA Unit of the Criminal Investigation Unit Gorontalo Resort Police in tackling violence against women victims of Domestic Violence. Data collected through interviews and library research. Analysis of the data used is the data obtained will be analysed descriptively qualitatively describing the data obtained from field research (primary data), tested the truth then linked and analysed qualitatively with data obtained from library research (secondary). The results showed a form of legal protection by the PPA Unit of the Gorontalo Police Resort Criminal Investigation Unit against women as victims of domestic violence, namely preventive efforts by holding legal counselling in collaboration with the local government and further optimizing the performance of the Gorontalo City Resort Police Especially the PPA unit, repressive efforts that are in accordance with the rules of the Domestic Violence Protection Act. What factors hinder the efforts of the PPA Unit of the Gorontalo District Police Resort Criminal Investigation Unit in tackling violence against women victims of Domestic Violence, among others: Legal factors themselves, Law Enforcement Officers Factors, Factors or Facilities That Support Law Enforcement, Factors Society and Culture
