Abstract. Sales forces are fundamental to determine the smooth process on the marketing firm engaged in sales .One of the companies in the Magelang engaged in sales is PT. Armada Internasional Motor. The car sales process in PT. Armada Internasional Motor still uses manual system. The use of the manual system needs a long time to process car sales to customers. Documents of vehicle order must be approved by several parties by providing signatures on the document. Therefore a new system is needed to solve the problem by building a sales application. The application is built by means of Location Based Service technology useful to help register the location and Google Cloud Messaging as a provider of the information from the server to clients. This research produces the application of a sales system based on mobile android platform that has already integrated various parties and can provide facilities to sales.Keywords: Sales, Android, Location Based Service, Google Cloud Messaging. Abstrak. Karyawan yang memiliki posisi sebagai sales merupakan bagian penting dalam menentukan lancarnya alur proses pemasaran pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan. Sales di PT. Armada Internasional Motor masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam penjualan mobil kepada pelanggan. Penggunaan sistem yang manual tersebut membuat sales membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan setiap penjualan mobil kepada pelanggan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem baru yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi sales. Aplikasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi Location Based Service yang berguna membantu pencatatan lokasi dan menggunakan teknologi Google Cloud Messaging yang berguna sebagai pemberi informasi dari server kepada client. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem sales berbasis mobile pada platform Android yang sudah terintegrasi baik dengan berbagai pihak dan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada sales.Kata Kunci: Sales, Android, Location Based Service, Google Cloud Messaging.

Securing confidential information on mobile platforms has been, is, and will be a topical issue for specialists. In order to eliminate these vulnerabilities, specialized companies have made some patches, but these do not constitute a real guarantee that the same or any other applications will not be attacked and exploited without the users' will. Mitigating these attacks on smartphones can be achieved by securing mobile phones from both users and mobile providers. This article proposes the development of a chat application on the Android platform as a solution to ensure the security of digital data that is transferred through the available communication platforms. When designing this mobile application, the sudden increase in the number of users was taken into account so that the application is stable and creates a pleasant experience for them.

The functionalities of smart phones have extended from basic voice communication to gaming, multimedia entertainment, information retrieval and location-based services. In this paper, we attempt to design a mobile application to assist visitors to have better understandings of popular tourist destinations and related routing information while on tour. The users can obtain descriptions of a specific attraction by simply taking the picture of a landmark photo often shown in the travel booklet using their mobile devices. This is achieved by matching the landmark picture with an image database containing popular tourist spots to locate the interested destination. The location information is further confirmed using techniques in intelligent character recognition. Upon successful identification of the interested location, tourist information regarding this destination, along with the routing details will be delivered using location-based service. We anticipate the proposed mobile application to effectively assist foreign visitors by bringing comprehensive, up-to-date tourist information and promoting better travel experience.

The description and principles of developing a mobile application for the Android platform that provides free access to electronic courses on teaching the basic structures of the Python language and the construction of template programming algorithms based on them are presented. The content of the course is based on the principle of comparative analysis with the C++ language, one of the goals of which is to differentiate the tasks for which it is more efficient to use either the Python scripting language or the C++ compiler. The developed application is logically integral, allows the possibility of supplementing with new data — examples, types of algorithms — and, no less important, is free.

In the era of digital devices, many industries still use traditional methods of pen and paper to maintain records. One such industry is the diesel generator industry where these generators are operated without any proper supervision. The current management of these generator vans is highly unorganized. This causes a lot of miscommunication between the owners and the customers. The idea focuses on monitoring the different parameters of a diesel generator using internet-connected sensors. Parameters such as fuel consumption, AC power ON time, RPM of the turbine, and temperature are measured in real time. The system helps the owners to monitor their generators vans through one mobile application rather than depending on the on-site operators. Both the owners and customers can see how much power was consumed and how their bill was generated. Rather than using pen and paper to maintain records in the current method, the new system completely transforms the old methods into a highly digitalized modern business.

ABSTRACTA method for automation of imago quantifying and fecundity assessment in Drosophila with the use of mobile devices running Android operating system is proposed. The traditional manual method of counting the progeny takes a long time and limits the opportunity of making large-scale experiments. Thus, the development of computerized methods that would allow us to automatically make a quantitative estimate of Drosophilamelanogaster fecundity is an urgent requirement. We offer a modification of the mobile application SeedCounter that analyzes images of objects placed on a standard sheet of paper for an automatic calculation of D. melanogaster offspring or quantification of adult flies in any other kind of experiment. The relative average error in estimates of the number of flies by mobile app is about 2% in comparison with the manual counting and the processing time is six times shorter. Study of the effects of imaging conditions on accuracy of flies counting showed that lighting conditions do not significantly affect this parameter, and higher accuracy can be achieved using high-resolution smartphone cameras (8 Mpx and more). These results indicate the high accuracy and efficiency of the method suggested.This article has an associated First Person interview with the first author of the paper.

Abstract—The growth of mobile features, especiallySmartphones at this time can be said to be very developed.Judging from the increasing number of mobile users, theavailability of various mobile features is also growing veryrapidly. In line with these facts, the author aims to create amobile boarding application using Location-Based Service(LBS) technology with the application of the Haversinemethod, making it easier for users to find the closest Dormitory to their place of work with appropriate facilities. Thisapplication is not only to search for Dormitory, it canalso place orders online, this is also an opportunity for themanager or owner of the boarding house to promote their Dormitory. Methods of data collection are done by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The development of this application system uses the Waterfall method. The final result of this research will create an android-based boarding mobile application that can make it easier for boarding house seekers to search and book boarding houses as well as a means of promotion for boarding house owners and managers.

This article is dedicated to the problems and prospects of the expected/commenced social and value shift, which was stimulated and legitimized by the COVID-19 pandemic. For a long time and on different levels (universalism/particularism), the modern world has been seeking the new system of “individual – society – state”, as well as the corresponding value basis. Being simultaneously a global and individual challenge, the COVID-19 pandemic allows launching and testing the available “projects of the Reformation”, as well as laying the foundation for the future projects. This is the sort of “shimmering in the near distance”, version of the “disciplinary revolution”, which allows officially speaking of the “new world”. However, in order the “motivation” for the new social reality is “for conscience, rather than fear”, it requires the value revolution (“revolution in theology”), which would formulate and offer the new normative attitudes. In this regard, the use of the conceptual framework of the “Reformation” and its patterns leads towards the comprehension of importance of the value foundation of the expected / commenced social transformation. Even of greater importance is the understanding who forms this value foundation. The article does not provide specific answers to the questions which new system of “individual – society – state”, new ethos or “new religion” entails the COVID-19 pandemic. The consequences of such “revolutions” manifest later on and are rarely predictable. This article aims to be the “optics” that allows seeing the inner and the outer the context of the COVID-2019.

ResumenUno de los principales problemas de los campesinos encargados de abastecer la canasta familiar de los colombianos con productos agropecuarios, es la comercialización porque no hay conexión  efectiva entre los compradores y productores; de tal manera, mucha de la cosecha se pierde por no poder adelantar acciones comerciales. En tal sentido,  el propósito de esta investigación, es brindar una solución a los campesinos que permita la comunicación entre productores y comerciantes de  productos  del agro, por medio del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación TIC como herramienta de apoyo. La investigación arrojó importantes resultados como por ejemplo la identificación de las principales necesidades de los productores y comerciantes; igualmente se desarrolló una aplicación móvil que permitió los tres principales procesos de la comercialización (la comunicación, proceso de venta y proceso de compra) de los productos del sector agropecuario. Palabras clave: Agroindustrial, Comercialización, Desarrollo, Móvil, Tecnología. AbstractOne of the main problems of the peasants in charge of supplying the family basket of Colombians with agricultural products is the commercialization because there is no effective connection between buyers and producers, much of the crop is lost because it can not advance commercial actions.
