With the advent of the era of big data, the problem of information selection and decision efficiency becomes more and more important under the network environment. Accounting information is an important economic information resource, but it has been facing the dilemma between the usefulness and useable. Based on the theory of Distance of Information-state Transition, this paper describes several concepts related to information distance, discusses key issues such as target state information, state chain, transition probability, measurement rules and determine standards, analyzes the influence of information retrieval, social tagging, recommendation system and information navigation on information distance. Based on the measurement of accounting information acquisition and knowledge acquisition, this paper studies the optimization of information distance in the network environment, which provides theoretical support and practical reference for the realization of effective accounting information utilization and information architecture

ABSTRACT Decision makers inevitably face a variety of tensions when managing strategic change. Research from organization and strategy perspectives, such as paradox and organizational learning, has offered useful but limited insight into the systematic mindset and thinking processes involved in decision making. We draw on theoretical and philosophical foundations of the transparadox perspective and related theories to build a dynamic process cycle of transparadoxical decision making. Three interrelated dimensions make up our model: (1) Transparadox Information Navigation, which includes embracing oppositional tendencies, syncretic focus, and creative transcendence; (2) Transparadox Contextual Consideration, characterized by prudent precision and recognizing the flux of temporality and spatiality; and (3) Transparadox Integration, which comprises design-type integration and exploration-type integration. We then present propositions on the interdependent and reinforcing mechanism among the three dimensions. Our work expands the paradox literature with specific mindset dimensions and constituent elements, connecting paradox research with the cognitive perspective by adding dynamic, cyclical processes to paradox cognition study.

This report presents the youth Digital Skills Indicator (yDSI), a unique, extensively crossnationally validated measurement tool with 31 items, distributed over digital skills and digital knowledge questions, that can be used for large-scale population research. The yDSI is the only measurement tool for youth digital skills that has been tested using the full range of validation practices. Over a period of six months, consultation with experts (face validity), cognitive interviews (content validity), pilot surveys (construct validity) and performance tests (criterion validity) with young people were conducted in a wide range of European countries. A review of the literature led to a framework identifying four dimensions that constitute digital skills: (1) technical and operational skills; (2) information navigation and processing skills; (3) communication and interaction skills; and (4) content creation and production skills.

The proposed work is the first part of the overall work on the development of the structure of the hydroacoustic navigation system (HNST) for bringing the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to the docking module (DM). The second (final) part will be published in the next issue of the journal. The purpose of this work is to select signals for building HNST providing reduction in a near zone at the distances not exceeding 300 m, an AUV and its docking with the carrier is considered. Mutual definition of a distance and angular position DM of the carrier and AUV relative to each other is carried out for this purpose. Determination of mutual angular coordinates can be carried out with use of HNST with short and ultra-short base. HNST with short base is preferable for realization from the point of view of simplicity. However, its installation on the AUV can be impossible because of rather small sizes of the device, and on AUV should be installed HNST with ultra-short base. HNST with short base can be established on the docking module. Since there are no reasons to assume the high speed of change of the phase characteristic of the developed high-frequency channel of transformation therefore the interval of stationarity of the phase characteristic should be significantly more than duration of a symbol at a speed of transfer of 4 kBit/s. Therefore, it is advisable to exchange measurement data between AUV and DM in the composition of HNST by relative phase modulation (DPSM). Reception of signals is performed by a suboptimal incoherent receiver on which entrance deep restriction of an entrance signal is carried out. The use of deep signal limitation at the receiver input allows to exclude operation of automatic control of strengthening at a stage of entry into communication, as a result, it is possible to reduce the duration of communication sessions. In the combined information navigation system, it is expedient: to apply as navigation signals of data exchanged between AUV and DM based on the results of mutual measurement of navigation parameters; to carry out data exchange between AUV and DM by method DPSM with a speed V = 4 kBit/s; to carry out transfer of the block of data with application of the correcting block cyclic code ; to apply to reception of a block of data diversity reception in combination with majority decoding characters, and then correct errors in the data block with the help of code, and to accompany the issuance of data to the user sign detection code errors in the block.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a computer-based information system for storing, managing and analyzing, and calling geographic differential data that has grown rapidly in the last five years. This rapid technological advance has led more and more people to benefit, one of which is to provide information on crime reporting and tracking in the city's Gorontalo police. This research is focused on the city's Gorontalo police related to reporting and tracking information especially related to crime location information. From the results of the study found that there is still very little use of technology to present information to the police in Gorontalo city, this is certainly a condition that irony in the midst of the rapid state of technology development today. Research System is implemented and can make it easier to provide information navigation point location reporting and tracking crimes that occur in Gorontalo police area of the city and have been through system testing (Blackbox and Whitebox).

Background Wearable technology, such as smartwatches, can capture valuable patient-generated data and help inform patient care. Electronic health records provide logical and practical platforms for including such data, but it is necessary to evaluate the way the data are presented and visualized. Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate a graphical interface that displays patients’ health data from smartwatches, mimicking the integration within the environment of electronic health records. Methods A total of 12 health care professionals evaluated a simulated interface using a usability scale questionnaire, testing the clarity of the interface, colors, usefulness of information, navigation, and readability of text. Results The interface was positively received, with 14 out of the 16 questions generating a score of 5 or greater among at least 75% of participants (9/12). On an 8-point Likert scale, the highest rated features of the interface were quick turnaround times (mean score 7.1), readability of the text (mean score 6.8), and use of terminology/abbreviations (mean score 6.75). Conclusions Collaborating with health care professionals to develop and refine a graphical interface for visualizing patients’ health data from smartwatches revealed that the key elements of the interface were acceptable. The implementation of such data from smartwatches and other mobile devices within electronic health records should consider the opinions of key stakeholders as the development of this platform progresses.

Crowdsensing exploits the sensing abilities offered by smart phones and users' mobility. Users can mutually help each other as a community with the aid of crowdsensing. The potential of crowdsensing has yet to be fully realized for improving public health. A protocol based on gamification to encourage data sharing and mutual assistance is proposed. The game is called “Lemmings,” which stands for location-based mutual and mobile information navigation system; it is based on a classical video game where a group of creatures have to work and win through the puzzle game together. This game includes an asynchronized messaging system where a player may proactively seek for answers or advice by depositing a question on the messaging server. The server will automatically disseminate the question, which is related to a specific location, to a group of users who are either within the proximity currently or have just recently been there. The users/players are encouraged to help each other in post-pandemic Corona virus period; karma scoring distinguishes the most helpful users in the community.
