The relevance of the statistic begins when in the minds of postindustrial development the sphere of restaurant service is intensively developing, new services and technology have appeared, and the globalization of the restaurant sector has made it possible to state the competitiveness of food in the restaurant sector. Yak galuz ekonomiki, Ukrainian restaurant service is guilty of more and more focus on consumer and interest of foreign tourists and survivors of life, economic economy and suspension. The main method is the statty є development of restaurant service (restaurantology) as a scientific and methodical basis for the development and promotion of services in the restaurant business, to enter the warehouse of the current economy of Ukraine. The statutes of the restaurant service policy are being formed (service policy in the restaurant service management) as the scientific basis of the restaurant business design and the evaluation of the quality of service in the restaurant service, the development of the sphere of service in the restaurant service, the development of the The market of this kind of services, the development of service and information technologies and communica- tions, is able to display the functional and decomposition of restaurants (complexes of restaurant services). The broken science theory of hotel service (hotel service) has not yet been formed, insufficiently rooted, not represented by the scientific spirit and numerical sub'ekts of the economy and the suspension, which is to work on the hope of the last guests. As a result of the abundant current nutrition and development of the sphere of hotel services, there can be no change without a theoretical rationalization of the day service and the development of scientific theory of services (hotel serviceology). At the same time, the advancement of the theoretical foundations of the sphere of hotel services is not only theoretical, but in the meaning of the world, applied value, some specificity of technology in the sphere of hotel management services, resource storage and production of the sphere of production

The justified purpose of the theme: The number of companies in the service sector has been increasing steadily in recent years. At the same time, consumers are increasingly demanding quality of services offered by the various providers in the market. Customer satisfaction is fundamental to the success of these organizations, and for this reason, the adoption of specific techniques for assessing quality of services is necessary. Purpose: this article aims to develop a framework to support hotel management. Methodology/Design: The study used an adaptation of the classic SERVQUAL model for the evaluation of customer expectations and perceptions, enhanced by the QUESC model, which is an instrument specifically applied to quality evaluation in fitness services, in order to obtain a more complete and targeted approach. The survey was conducted with 206 customers on the quality of service in the hotel's fitness center. Results and Originality: With the application of the model, we found that SERVQUAL was insufficient to evaluate customer satisfaction since the highest rated items pointed to the gaps coming mostly from the QUESC model. The findings provide a new perspective that can encourage those involved in the fitness center to manage these businesses considering the characteristics of the customer. This structure can help the hotel manager identifying which quality dimensions need more attention, improve the quality of the hotel service, develop customer loyalty, improve employee satisfaction, and differentiate from competitors. The article presents a new focus on guest view, which can be used to manage services offered by hotels.

Improving the quality of hydrometeorological products and services for different categories of end users today is the most important task of the Hydrometeorological Service of Ukraine. Implementation of these measures involves a widespread use of modern technologies of hydrometeorological measurements as well as information and computing technologies such as Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing. The paper studies the current state and prospects of Internet of Things (IoT) application in hydrometeorological activities, particularly, in the work of hydrometeorological organizations of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, in order to improve the quality of hydrometeorological products and services. Emergence of IoT became a new step in Internet and Web technologies use and ensured transition from static network to dynamic array of devices of all types and sizes employing electronics, software, sensors and network connectivity. It offers recommendations for intensifying the efforts aimed at implementation of this promising information technology into routine instrumental measurements, data collection and processing, as well as delivery of services to users. The recommendations present solutions to a number of technological, organizational and legal problems. Transition to a new technology should be carried out in stages and in the course of sensors and devices improvement, increase of speed and a reliability of communication channels. The most optimum solution may include a program-target approach based on a comprehensive program of development of the Hydrometeorological Service for the period of up to 5 years. This approach will make it possible to consider development of information technologies in a close relation with development of other activities of the Hydrometeorological Service: technical re-equipment of observation networks, improvement of the Hydrometeorological Service management as a whole and with regard to its separate units; strengthening its material and technical base, personnel potential etc.

After completing the production of preserved eggs, traditionally, the degree of gelling is judged by allowing workers to tap the preserved eggs with their fingers and sense the resulting oscillations. The amount of oscillation is used for the quality classification. This traditional method produces varying results owing to the differences in the sensitivity of the individual workers, who are not objective. In this study, dielectric detection technology was used to classify the preserved eggs nondestructively. The impedance in the frequency range of 2–300 kHz was resolved into resistance and reactance, and was plotted on a Nyquist diagram. Next, the diagram curve was fitted in order to obtain the equivalent circuit, and the difference in the compositions of the equivalent circuits corresponding to gelled and non-gelled preserved eggs was analyzed. A preserved egg can be considered an RLC series circuit, and its decay rate is consistent with the decay rate given by mechanical vibration theory. The Nyquist diagrams for the resistance and reactance of preserved eggs clearly showed that the resistance and reactance of gelled and non-gelled eggs were quite different, and the classification of the eggs was performed using Bayesian network (BN). The results showed that a BN classifier with two variables, i.e., resistance and reactance, can be used to classify preserved eggs as gelled or non-gelled, with an accuracy of 81.0% and a kappa value of 0.62. Thus, a BN classifier based on resistance and reactance demonstrates the ability to classify the quality of preserved egg gel. This research provides a nondestructive method for the inspection of the quality of preserved egg gel, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of an automated preserved egg inspection system that can be used as the scientific basis for the determination of the quality of preserved eggs.
