This study aims to analyze the communication skills of teacher learning. This research is descriptive associative research. The population of this research is High School (SMA) teacher and Vocational High School (SMK) teacher in Padang City. The sampling technique used Purposive Random Sampling and obtained total of 30 samples. Questionnaires are used to obtain data. The results of this study indicate that communication learning is very important in supporting the achievement of learning objectives. Therefore, it is suggested to High School and Vocational High School teachers in Padang City to improve the communication skills of learning both in verbal and non verbal form

The research purpose was determined the effect of intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and motivation on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta City. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta City. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and work motivation are simultaneously have a significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 2) Intellectual abilities has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 3) Discipline has a significant effect on vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta city. 4) Work motivation has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 5) Supervision has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta. The present study has been conducted to find out the  patterns  of  cognitive styles  among  high school teachers working in tribal schools. The sample for the investigation was drawn from the high school teachers to working in tribal schools located in thiruppathur district, Tamilnadu state by using simple random sampling technique. It comprises 120 high school teachers. Cognitive Style Inventory (CSI) developed by Praveen Kumar Jha in this Standardized tool was used in the present study. The study revealed that there is a significant difference in the  patterns  of cognitive styles  among high school teachers working in tribal schools with respect to their gender. The study also revealed that there is no significant difference in the patterns of cognitive style among school teachers working in tribal schools with respect to their locality and academic streams.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This study aims to explain the condition of professionalism and efforts to improve the competence of teachers IPS in Jember District. Population in this research is teacher of IPS SMP Negeri in Jembersebanyak 184 teachers. The sampling technique was done by random sampling which amounted to 55responden. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses a percentage descriptive. The result of the research shows that the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers is as follows: the acquisition of materials, concepts and scholarship of IPS teachers is 87.25% in the high category, the development of learning materials supported by IPS teachers creatively is 92.04% including in the high category; mastery of basic competence and basic competence by 87.05% including high category, utilization of communication technology for self-development of IPS teachers of 86.35% included in the high category. In general, the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers in Jember district is categorized as high, namely 88.17%, while the effort to increase the professional competence of IPS teachers as follows: joining the training and seminar of 66.81% low category; developing syllabus and IPS RPP of 70.50%; doing PTK 48.95% low category; develop science of technology in learning 74.82% high category. Overall, the effort to improve the professionalism competence of IPS Junior High School teachers in Jember District is 71.34 included in the high category. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.
