This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the influence of professional competence on teachers’ performance; (2) the influence of work discipline on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influence of professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Banyuasin I district, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 323 people. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain 76 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between professional competence and teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between work discipline on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance.

The research purpose was determined the effect of intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and motivation on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta City. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta City. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and work motivation are simultaneously have a significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 2) Intellectual abilities has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 3) Discipline has a significant effect on vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta city. 4) Work motivation has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 5) Supervision has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta. The objective of this research analysis leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence, job satisfaction, and  organizational performance is to the perception senior high school teachers towards leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, competence, job satisfaction and  organizational performance; identify the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence partial towards job satisfaction and organizational performance; identify the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational performance. The respondents were 180 high school teachers from private schools in Jabodetabek (the Greater Jakarta Area), that were selected based on a multistage process, then analyzed with SEM, and using the Lisrel 8.5 program.  The research results show that leadership style, organization culture, and work motivation influenced job satisfaction, however competence did not.  Organization culture and competence affected the organizational performance, but leadership style and work motivation did not have influence on the organizational performance. The dominant path of effects showed that organizational culture affects job satisfaction and organizational performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, tingkat hierarki moral, dan motivasi terhadap komitmen guru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional sampling dengan jumlah sebesar 450 orang guru dari populasi 796 guru SMA PNS di Samarinda. Data dikumpulkan dengan pemberian angket dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen guru yang berarti peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan akan meningkatkan komitmen guru; (2) tingkat hierarki moral memiliki pengaruh pada komitmen guru yang berarti meningkatnya tingkat hierarki moral akan mengakibatkan peningkatan komitmen guru; (3) motivasi kerja guru memengaruhi komitmen guru yang berarti tingginya motivasi kerja akan menyebabkan tingginya komitmen; (4) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang berarti peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru; dan (5) tingkat hierarki moral memengaruhi motivasi kerja guru yang berarti meningkatnya tingkat hierarki moral akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Peningkatan aspek-aspek tersebut akan memperkuat komitmen para guru terhadap sekolah. The sample taken using the proportional sampling technique consisting of 450 teachers out of 796 senior high school teachers in Samarinda. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the path analysis. The findings showed that (1) the leadership styles influence the teachers’ commitment, meaning that an improvement in the leadership styles would improve the teachers’ commitment; (2) the moral hierarchy levels influence the teachers’ commitment, meaning that an improvement in the moral hierarchy levels would improve the teachers’ commitment; (3) the motivation influence the teachers’ commitment, meaning that the higher the motivation is, the higher the teachers’ commitment is; (4) the leadership styles influence the teachers’ motivation, meaning that an improvement in the leadership styles would improve the teachers’ motivation; and (5) the moral hierarchy levels influence the teachers’ motivation, meaning that an improvement in the moral hierarchy levels would improve the teachers’ motivation. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of professional allowance and work motivation on teacher performance. The population in this study were all high school teachers in the District of Muara Sugihan (55 teachers). The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample consisted of 2 groups: teachers who had received professional allowances and who had not received professional allowances. The sampling technique uses a sample size determination table developed by Isaac and Michael, for a population of 55 people with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 48 people. The results of data analysis show that (1) there is a significant effect between professional allowances on teacher performance by 25.3%; (2) there is a significant effect between work motivation on teacher performance variables with an influence of 47.0%; (3) there is a significant effect between the professional allowance and work motivation together on the teacher's performance of the Public High School in Muara Sugihan District at 57.0%.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance; 2) the an effect of training on teachers’ performance; and (3) the effect of training on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study was 703 State Senior High School teachers in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The sample in the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique; thus, the sample of this study were 160 teachers. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of teaching experience on the performance of teachers; 2) There was an effect of training on the performance of the teachers; 3) There was an effect of teaching experience and training simultaneously  on the performance of teachers.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company.
