This research aims to investigate the students' perception of class XI towards implementing the 2013 Curriculum at Light Vehicle Engineering Competence in SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results that have been analyzed, it can be concluded that the perception of Class XI students towards the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at Light Vehicle Engineering Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat is in the well-implemented category (65.38%). It is categorized into six indicators; Learning Model in the well-implemented category (65.38); Core Competencies in the well-implemented category (50.00%); Scientific approach in the well-implemented category (59.62%); Class organizing in the very well implemented category (67.31%); The use of infrastructure in the well-implemented category(67.31%); Evaluating in the well-implemented category (32.69%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa Kelas XI terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat berada pada kategori terlaksana baik (65.38%), dijabarkan dalam 6 indikator yaitu Model Pembelajaran pada kategori terlaksana baik (65.38%); Kompetensi Inti pada kategori terlaksana baik (50.00%); Pendekatan Saintifik pada kategori terlaksana baik (59.62%); Pengorganisasian Kelas pada kategori terlaksana sangat baik (67.31%); Penggunaan Sarana Prasarana pada kategori terlaksana baik (51.92%); Penilaian pada kategori terlaksana baik (32.69%).

This study aims to develop a learning model of Youtube-Based Learning to facilitate the learning habits of digital-age students. This research used the research and development method. The research steps were analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, limited implementation test, revisions, implementation tests, revisions, and mass production. Subject research was the students of class XI of Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen. Research data collection used closed questionnaire, open questionnaire, and integrated with interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used the effect size test. The results showed that the validity of Youtube-Based Learning included in the very feasible category to apply. The contribution given by Youtube-Based Learning on student learning outcomes was 58%. Other results showed that students and teachers gave positive responses to the learning model of Youtube-Based Learning.

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) Describe the steps of the scientific approach and NHT models assisted by visual media in class IV students of SD Negeri 2 Padas Semester II Theme 6 Academic Year 2018/2019 and (2) This study is to find out the increase Science learning theme 6 sub-theme 2 learning 1 can be pursued through the scientific approach and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by visual media in class IV students of SD Negeri 2 Padas Semester II Theme 6 Academic Year 2018/2019. This research method uses the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), and uses data collection techniques in the form of formative tests, observation sheets and interviews. The data collected in this CAR research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that through the Scientific approach and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by Visual media can improve learning outcomes in science thematically. Can be seen in the pre-cycle number of students who completed the KKM IPA ≥ 68 were 8 students (40%), cycle 1 increased to 10 students (50%), cycle 2 increased to 15 students (75%) had reached KKM which have been set. It can be concluded that through the Scientific approach and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by visual media can improve science learning outcomes in thematic fourth grade students of Padas 2 Elementary School.

AbstractThis research aims to compile learning module for Creative Products and Entrepreneurship which is in accordance with XI class of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competencies, and to find out the feasibility of the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship module in SMK N 2 Pengasih. This method used 4D development research model from Thiagarajan. The subjects were material experts, media experts, and 36 TKRO XI students in SMK N 2 Pengasih. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale and analyzed to obtain feasibility results. The validity used content with expert opinion (expert judgment). Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The result: compilation of learning modules for Creative Products and Entrepreneurship for learning activities in SMK N 2 Pengasih in XI Class of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competency. Feasibility according to material experts obtains a percentage score of 88.6% which is included in "very feasible" category. Based on media experts, the feasibility according to the media expert gets a percentage score of 94.8% which is included in "very feasible" category, and the feasibility according to the user gets a percentage score of 85.9% and it is included in "very feasible" category to be used as a media of learning.Key Words: Development of Learning Module, Creative Products and Entrepreneurship, Automotive.

Sumarauw, M.Pd,  (II) Dra.Lenie Ratag, M, Pd   Keywords: Snowball Throwing Model, Competency Learning of Light Vehicle Engineering Skills   Based on the observations of researchers in the field, students in the learning process centered only on teachers and students only memorized concepts. The results at this reflection stage would be the basis for making improvements in this study. This study used 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The research was conducted in 12 meetings in each class. At the first meeting, a preliminary test was given which aims to see to what extent the students' ability limits. The second meeting until the 11th meeting was given a learning process using the Snowball Throwing learning model in the experimental class and conventional learning models in the control class. In the end, at the 12th meeting, each class was given a posttest to see if there was an improvement from the first meeting. Based on the research hypothesis testing at SMK N 3 Tondano on basic automotive engineering subjects with jacking and blocking material, it can be seen that Snowball Throwing learning affects students' mastery of concepts.

Abstract. The This topic has been proposed based on the condition that the competitive ability of SMK graduates in automotive field was lower than the current need job market. According to (Global Competitiveness Report 2010-2011:15 ) the condition of Competitiveness of Indonesia today is on the 44th rank out of 132 countries in the world and still below countries in the ASEAN region. One of the skills needed by learners in facing the tight competition is the critical thinking to solve a problem. This competence has not been reached, because the model of teaching implemented by the teachers today is still conventional. The research has been conducted to find the answer of the question : What kind of learning model that could improve students ' critical thinking skills in vocational subjects of vocational competence Light Vehicle Engineering? The method used in accordance with the objective is the Research and Development model. The Research and development is a type of research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research used for the analysis of the results of preliminary studies while quantitative used as the validation and testing of the model used the t test by using SPSS version 13, to determine which group is more or whether there is no difference between the two groups.The population used in this study is SMK in Bandung. The study samples was taken purposively are two kinds of international school and vocational education of the National Standard of Competence on Light Vehicle Engineering( Specialisation ) located in Bandung. The subjects are the students of Light Vehicle Engineering skill program in SMKN 6 Bandung class XI, SMKN 8 Bandung, and students of class XI of SMK Merdeka Bandung. The result of the validation shows a 95% confidence level or with α 5% to reject H0. This means that there are significant differences between groups of data on the starter post test of experiment group and control group. This shows there is an increased competence to think critically of the students of Automotive Vocational Skills Program with learning problem-solving model called troubelshooting.Keywords : Light Vehicle, Critical thinking, Problem solving troubleshooting, Vocational High School.Abstrak. Latar belakang penelitian dilandasi oleh suatu keadaan kurangnya kemampuan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja dibandingkan dengan laporan Global Copetitiveness Report 2010-2011:15) berada pada urutan ke 46 dari 132 negara di dunia dan masih di bawah negara ASEAN. Kurangnya kemampuan daya saing ini, salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja, karena pembelajaran yang dilakukan pendidik cenderung masih konvensional. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Model pembelajaran yang bagaimana yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMK pada mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan? Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk menemukan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memahami pengetahuan mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan sehingga mereka mampu memecahkan masalah pada pekerjaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dan pendekatannya menggabungkan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil studi pendahuluan sedangkan kuantitatif digunakan untuk validasi dan pengujian model dengan teknik analisis uji U-test dan uji T-test dan pengerjaannya dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 13.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SMK yang ada di Kota Bandung, sedangkan penetapan sampel digunakan secara purpossif, yaitu SMK RSBI (SMKN 6) dan SMK Bertaraf Nasional yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan Kompetensi Kejuruan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, terdiri dari dua klasifikasi, yaitu SMKN 8 Bandung dan SMK Swasta Merdeka Bandung. Hasil validasi menunjukan dengan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 95% ternyata H0 ditolak, berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok data starter dan pengisian post test pada kelompok Eksperimen dan kelompok control. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh model Pembelajaran Pemecahan Masalah troubleshooting dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMK Program Keahlian Otomotif.Kata kunci: Kendaraan Ringan, Berfikir kritis, Pemecahan masalah troubleshooting, SMK.

The 2013 Curriculum emphasizes on active learning pattern. However, based on the questionnaire spread in junior high school 18 Padang, it was gotten the result that teachers still have difficulty in implementing it, especially in affective competence of confidence. The affective competence of confidence will encourage students to be active in learning process, both in asking questions and expressing opinion. In cooperative learning, students are provided a vehicle to increase their confidence through presenting their discussion result in front of the class. By considering this issue, there is an alternative solution that can be used by teacher, which is example non example method. This method is one of cooperative learning method. Besides that, it can support the implementation of scientific approach and discovery learning model in learning process. The scientific approach and discovery learning model are the approach and model recommended in the 2013 Curriculum. Purpose of the research was to know effect of example non example method in scientific approach and discovery learning model on students' affective competence. It was a quasi-experimental research. It was done in junior high school 18 Padang to grade VII students. The instrument used was written test in form of multiple-choice and essay. Technique of data analysis used Mann Whitney U test. It was done by using SPSS software. The finding shows that example non example method in scientific approach and discovery learning model has significant effect on students' affective competence, with sig. value (0.036) < 0.05.

This research aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the creative problem-solving learning model in 8th grade of mathematics learning. The assessment of the effectiveness of learning model was reviewed based on three aspects, namely students’ activities, students’ responses to the learning model, and students’ learning outcomes. The type and approach, which used in this research, were quantitative descriptive with the research subjects of 8th-C class; moreover, the subjects consisted of 32 students. The instruments used to assess the effectiveness of the learning model were the students’ activity observation sheet, students’ responses questionnaire, and test sheet. The results of the research showed that the students’ activities were categorized as very good, in which the percentages were 84.38%. The students’ responses were categorized as very good with a percentage of 82.53%. The students’ learning outcomes in a classical manner could be said as complete with the completeness of 71.88%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of creative problem-solving learning model in mathematics learning can be said as effective.

Education plays an important role in printing Human Resources (HR), includingvocational schools. Learning methods and the availability of learning resources becomes very important and needed. The existence of the internet needs to be utilized to create innovative and interesting learning. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the blended learning team games tournament (TGT) and the Web-Based Module as an Effort to Increase the Achievement of Student Competencies in the Light Vehicle Engineering Program. The study was onducted in class X TKR 1, SMKN 1 Singosari in the 2017-2018 school year as many as 32 students. The treatment is given consisted of Action 1and Action 2 by observing the activities of the teacher, students, and post-test scores. In the pre-action, the percentage of completeness obtained was 67.74% while the Minimum Completeness Standard was 75%. After action 1, the achievement of student competence reached 93.5% with an average value of 86.53. While in Action 2, student learning completeness was 87.09% with an average value of 81.3. From the two actions implemented, it is found that the average results are above the minimum standard of a predetermined value of 75. The application of blended learning can improve student learning outcomes because the learning process is more interesting, active and innovative. students are more enthusiastic and happy with the learning model. With the tournament, students are trained to be responsible, care for friends, study independently and compete healthily. The application of Blended Learning team games tournament (TGT) and Web-based modules are recommended to be applied to other subjects because it is proven to be able to increase the achievement of student competencies and to be creative, innovative and interesting method.
