The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans through guided discussions at SMKN 3 Gowa. The research used is school action research which is carried out in 2. This research instrument uses tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive which was carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The results of this study indicate that the data in the first cycle with an average value of 59.7 with completeness of 43.3% and the ability of teachers to use lesson plans by 50% where these results have not reached the target set, then the action is taken in Cycle II by doing improvement of learning and lesson plans, so that learning outcomes increase to 72.0%. So it can be concluded that the guided discussion method can improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans at SMKN 3 Gowa.

The purpose of this study is to develop learning materials by using thinking map in integrative learning model. The research method is educational design research which consist of three stages of preliminary, prototyping and assessment. The data obtained with the validation and test of learning result were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The study participants were 69 students and 3 experts. The result of preliminary research shows that there is diversity of student characteristic in Embryology learning. The teaching material prototype uses a thinking map designed and validated by 3 experts with a valid average result. The results of the implementation test show that the achievement of student learning outcomes on embryology learning with good average value. These results show that the designed prototype matches expectations with the results found. These results also show that the designed product has good internal relevance and consistency. So it is concluded that the learning material is obtained using thinking map on the integrative learning model with good internal relevance and consistency.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary research on "Second Semester Student Understanding of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang Academic Year 2016/2017 Against Inheritance Science". Two conclusion indicators were obtained, 1. understanding 37 students of inheritance science reached 23.9% very little category, and 2. Related to the difficulty of learning inheritance science reached 75.6% category mostly. This study aims to find solutions to learning problems in inheritance science material that are deemed difficult. This is evident from the results of preliminary research, the results are as illustrated above. Based on this, research that is deemed appropriate to these problems uses classroom action research (PTK). This classroom action research goes through cycle 1 meeting one and meeting two, and cycle 2 meeting one and meeting two with a Three-Stage Approach pattern, namely, the first stage discussing formulas and the composition of the male and female heirs, the second stage discussing furudulmuqaddarah (section certain), and stage three discussion of the procedure for calculating the distribution of inheritance using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were 47 fourth semester students of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang, 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study concludes by the learning process through cycle 1 and cycle 2, the average value of 96.5% is very high.

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators as considerable as learning resources in learning environment. The use of media in learning plays an important role in providing clearer explanation for difficult materials or concepts for students. This research aimed at developing booklet as a biology teaching suplement, especially in human movement system material for XI grade. This R&D research used the Plomp model which consisted of preliminary research, prototype development phase, and assessment phase. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The booklet developed was validated by 3 validators. The human movement system booklet for XI grade was categorized as very valid (94.11), stated as very practical by students (94.59) and teachers (92.19). It is suggested for teacher to use the human movement system booklet developed for XI graders.
