This study aims to determine the effect of political competition, local own-source revenue, general allocation funds, and audit opinions on the implementation of provincial e-Governments in Indonesia in 2011-2018. Data in this study uses secondary data from BPK, BPS, and KPU. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 8 provinces in 5 years. Data analysis uses regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) political competition has a negative and insignificant influence on e-government implementation, (2) Local original income has a positive and significant effect on e-government implementation, (3) general allocation funds have a positive and not significant effect on implementation e-government. (4) audit opinion does not significantly influence the implementation of e-government.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan, dan promosi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2016-2019 yang pernah dan sedang menggunakan OVO. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dipengaruhi oleh keempat variabel bebas tersebut sebesar 46,1% dan sisanya 53,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Abstract: The study aimed to determine the factors that influence the decision to use OVO in students of the Faculty of Economics at Yogyakarta State University both partially and simultaneously. The factors examined in this study are lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion. This study was included in an associative survey with a quantitative approach. Population in this study were all undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics Yogyakarta State University class of 2016-2019 who have and are currently using OVO. The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 250 respondent. Data analysis technique was linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion as a partial and simultaneous decision to use OVO. The decision to use OVO on students of the Faculty Economics Yogyakarta State University was affected by the four independent variables by 46,1%. In contrast, the remaining 53,9% is affected by other variables, not under study.

This research is examining factors that affect auditor switching. Those factors are audit opinion, KAP size and financial distress. Population of this research are maufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2017. Total sample in this research are 55 companies using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements and independent auditor’s report published in the website www.idx.co.id. Data analys by using logistic regression analysis method. Result of this research is Audit Opinion and CPA firm size have significant effect with auditor switching. Meanwhile, financial distress does not have signifiicant effect with auditor switching.

Research objectives to analyze: (1) the influence of trust on customer retention insurance Askrida. And the effect of satisfaction on Askrida's customer retention insurance. The population in this study are customers who already use the services of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida (ASKRIDA) Padang for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS program version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that: (1) confidence positively and significantly affect customer customer retention PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city, (2) satisfaction have positive and significant effect to customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city.

This research aims to examine the factors that effect audit delay, loss and profit, size firm, auditor’s opinion, auditor’s reputation. The population in this research are mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 to 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 32 mining companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The result showed loss and profit have negative significant effect on audit delay, size firm have not significant effect on audit delay, auditor’s opinion has negative significant effect on audit delay, and auditor’s reputation have negative significant effect on audit delay.

This study aimed to know the influence of non performing financing in Mudharabah system and non performing financing in musyarakah system toward the profitability of the the Islamic banks. A financing channeled to customers potentially leads to financial problems. Financing problematic in the Islamic banks can be seen from the level of non performing financing. The data used in this study was the secondary data in the form of annual financial report in islamic banks during period 2009 up to 2013. The method of data analysis used in this research was multipel linier regression analysis. The samples taken were 33 of data includes 8 Islamic banks during the period of 5 years. The samples taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that simultan eously non performing financing Mudharabah and non performing financing Musyarakah affected on the profitabilty og Islamic banks, while partially non performing financing mudharabah didn’t affect negatively, but positively affected financing with the significance 0,018 and non performing financing musyarakah didn’t affect the profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the effect of audit opinion and audit findings on the level of corruption in the Regional Government in Indonesia in 2017. The object in this study is the local government included in the Public Integrity Survey conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission in 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with a total sample of 19 local government institutions. The method used in this analysis is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of the test the significance of audit opinions and audit findings simultaneously evaluating the level of corruption. Research on the growth and exploitation status of indian catfish (Plotosus canius) is important in supporting the management of fish resources in the waters of Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands. The study aims to determine the pattern of growth, growth parameters, and the status of indian catfish exploitation in the waters of Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province. The study was conducted with a purposive sampling method of 3 stations with a total sample of 529 individual fish crosses. Analysis of growth and exploitation status data using FISAT II software and regression analysis using Excel 2017. This study resulted in a pattern of long relations and the weight of fish as a female and males both are negative allometric (faster increase in length than weight increase). The highest rate of exploitation of indian catfish is obtained from the data of 0.73 per year. This exploit value exceeds the optimum exploitation value of 0.5.
