The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of education, foreign direct investment (FDI), and migration to income inequality in Indonesia. Using secondary data in the form of panel regression in 32 Indonesian provinces from 2014-2018 (sourced from the Central Statistics Agency). The independent variables in this test are Education (X1), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) (X2), and migration (X3). Data is processed by panel data analysis, there are several tests on inductive analysis, namely: (1) Panel Regression Model (2) Classical Assumption Test (3) t test (4) f test. From the tests that have been done, the results show (1) that there is a significant and negative influence between education and income inequality in Indonesia. (2) there is no significant and negative influence between Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and income inequality in Indonesia. (3) there is a significant and positive influence between migration and income inequality in Indonesia. Partially there is a significant influence between all independent variables namely education, foreign direct investment (FDI) and migration to income inequality in Indonesia at α = 5%.

AbstractGlobal foreign direct investment flows in terms of greenfield and brownfield investments have increased during the recent three decades resulting from the accelerating globalization. The considerable increases in the flows of foreign direct investment have many eventualities for the national economies. This study investigates the mutual effects among greenfield and brownfield (mergers and acquisitions) investments and economic growth in Central and Eastern European Union countries during the 2003–2015 period employing panel data analysis. The findings revealed that both greenfield and brownfield investments had positive influence on the economic growth, but the influence of greenfield investments was found to be relatively higher. Furthermore, one-way causality was discovered from both greenfield and brownfield investments to the economic growth.

This study aims to analyze the development of inflation, foreign direct investment (FDI) and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia also to identify and analyze the effect of inflation, FDI and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series. Based on the data obtained, the average development of economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2000-2017 was 5.29%. Based on the F test the independent variables tend to influence the dependent variable. In the t-test is known that inflation does not affect the economic growth in Indonesia, while FDI and government expenditure has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The R2 value is 0,594602, amounting to 59.46% means that economic growth is affected by inflation, FDI and government expenditure, 40.54% influenced by other factors that were not included in this study

This study aims to identify: (1) the effect of remittance of Indonesian workers on Indonesia's economic growth from 1998-2018; (2) the effect of Foreign Direct Investment on Indonesia's economic growth from 1998-2018; and (3) the effect of remittances of Indonesian workers and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on Indonesia's economic growth from 1998-2018. Based on previous studies found differences in the results of contributions. This study uses a quantitative model using remittances from Indonesian workers and FDI as independent variables, and the dependent variable is economic growth. The population of this study is all secondary data about the percentage of GDP and FDI remittances and the level of economic growth in Indonesia in 1998-2018. Tests conducted are prerequisite tests for multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and multiple regression hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The results of this study stated that there was no significant effect on the remittance of Indonesian workers and FDI on Indonesia's economic growth from 1998-2018 because the receipt of remittances by Indonesian workers was used by households for food consumption and expenditure, not for investment or to open businesses. Meanwhile, Indonesia's FDI bureaucracy is still inefficient and there is a need for infrastructure development to increase foreign investor interest. In addition, Indonesia is still oriented towards imports rather than exports.

Abstract This study investigates the effect of corruption on foreign direct investment inflows in Nigeria, by using some control variables. The study covers a period from 1996 to 2017 and employs Ordinary Least Squares method to perform the multiple regression analysis with the aid of SPSS version 20. The findings indicate that corruption has a significant positive influence on FDI. Though the influence of inflation is significantly negative but exchange rate and Nigeria’s corruption ranking position have insignificant positive impact on FDI. The implication is that the poor legal framework and institutional qualities in Nigeria are helping corruption to thrive in all areas of Nigeria’s economy and might ruin the young generation if nothing is done urgently. The study finds support for helping hand theory of corruption and FDI and also establishes that inflation has a significant negative influence on FDI inflows in the country. Therefore, the study recommends establishment of strong institutional and legal system to curtail the prevailing situation in order to save the future of the country.

The influence between urbanization and income inequality inIndonesia. The data in this study uses secondary data from 1981 to 2018 obtained fromthe BPS and World Bank websites. This study uses multiple linear regression models. Aswell as data analysis used, namely descriptive analysis and inductive, in inductiveanalysis there are several tests in it including: (1) Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) test, (2)Classical Assumption Test (3) Error Correction Model (ECM)(4) Final results of longtermequations, (5) Hypothesis Test. The results of this study found that in the long termfinancial development has a significant positive effect, foreign direct investment has asignificant negative effect and urbanization has a positive and significant effect onincome inequality in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the short term financial development has apositive and insignificant effect, foreign direct investment has no significant positiveeffect and urbanization has a negative and insignificant effect on income inequality inIndonesia.Keyword : Financial Development, Foreign Direct Investment, Urbanization and IncomeInequality

If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 > ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 >ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 > ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.

Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan.
