The aim of this research is to reveal the influenceof learning method and creativity, individually or in groups, to learning outcomes. The population is 49 people and the sample is 34 students of class X TAV in SMK N 1 Koto XI Tarusan. This research is using Simple Random Sampling method. The data ofstudent’s learning outcomes obtained from teachers of Elektronika Lanjutan subject. The data of learning method and creativity the way collected through a questionnaire to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) learning methodis significantly affecting the learning outcomes of students at19.82%, (2) creativity issignificantly affecting the learning outcomes of students at 14,44%, (3) both learning method and creativity are significantly affecting student’s learning outcomes at 24.05%. The conclusion is learning method and creativity are affecting the student’s learning outcomes at SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan. This study aims to determine the Contribution of Learning Motivation and Utilization of Learning Facilities Against Basic Electrical and Electronic Learning Outcomes Grade X Students of Audio Video Engineering Skills Program at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The population in this study amounted to 63 students. This type of research is correlational descriptive. In this study using Simple Random Sampling with a total of 56 students. Data Learning outcomes were obtained from Elementary and Electrical subject teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Meanwhile Motivation Learning Data and Learning Facilities Utilization obtained by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Motivation to Learning and Utilization of Learning Facilities together contributed 36.24% to learning outcomes; (2) Learning Motivation contributes 7.95% to learning outcomes; (3) Utilization of Learning Facilities contributes 25.50% to learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and use learning facilities contributes to the learning outcomes of basic electricity and electronics at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Utilization of Learning Facilities, Learning Outcomes

The purpose of research to reveal how much contribution of infrastructure and learning motivation of students together or individually to the learning outcomes. The research population is 60 people and the sample is 38 students of class X and XI TAV in SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera. The sampling technique was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data on student learning outcomes is obtained from basic teachers of electrical and electronics training. While the data facilities and learning motivation of students are collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. The result of data analysis shows that (1) the learning facilities and motivation of student learning together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of students of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera of 39.40%, (2) infrastructure facilities contribute significantly to the result of study of student of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 25,97%, (3) student learning motivation contribute significantly to result of student learning class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 16,20%.Keywords: contribution of infrastructure, learning motivation, simple random sampling.

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Self Concept and Utilization of Practical Facilities to the Learning Outcomes of Basic Electricity Electronics in Class X Students of Audio Video Engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The population of this study was 93 students. This type of research is descriptive correlational. In this study using (Simple Random Sampling) with a total of 50 students. Data on student learning outcomes were obtained from Basic Electrical Electronics subject teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. While the self-concept data and utilization of practicum facilities were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Self-concept and utilization of practicum facilities together contributed a contribution of 47.88% to student learning outcomes; (2) Self concept contributes 21.34% to student learning outcomes; (3) Utilization of practicum facilities contributed 31.47% to learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the self concept and utilization of practicum facilities contribute to the learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.Keywords: Self-Concept, Utilization of Practical Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship of learning motivation and learning environment on learning outcomes subjects Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. This research is descriptive correlational. The study population of 60 people and the sample totaled 38 students of class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. The sampling technique was randomly (simple random sampling). The data obtained from the results of student learning of subject teachers Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. While data learning motivation and learning environment were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Date were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software. The results showed : ( 1 ) motivation to learn correlates of 10.54 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok : ( 2 ) learning environment correlates of 20.56 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and learning environment jointly correlated with 21.03% of the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok . So it can be concluded that the learning motivation and learning environment correlated to the learning outcomes , the more optimized learning motivation and learning environment , the learning outcomes will be better anyway .  Keywords : Learning Motivation , Learning environment , Learning Outcomes, Descriptive correlations , simple random sampling.

This research was motivated by the problem of low learning achievement in the subjects of video techniques class XI student majoring in audio video engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang , where 40.54 % of students gain mastery of learning outcomes under Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal ( KKM ) . KKM set the school on subjects a video engineering of 75 with a range of values ​​0-100 . The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and discipline to learn the subjects learning outcomes of students majoring in video engineering video audio engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang . This research is descriptive nature of correlation . The population in this study were all students of class XI Audio Video Engineering Department SMK Negeri 5 Padang , consists of three classes totaling 74 people , and the sample amounted to 43 people . Technique of random sampling ( Simple random sampling ) . Student learning outcomes data obtained from subject teachers video technique class XI SMK Negeri 5 Padang in 2012 . While the motivation to learn and the discipline of data collected through a questionnaire study using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability . Data were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learning motivation accounted for 13.06 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang , ( 2 ) learn discipline contributes 10.75 % to the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and discipline to learn together accounted for 19.45 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang . So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and the discipline of learning contribute to learning outcomes , the higher the students' motivation in the learning process and the higher discipline of learning , then learning outcomes will be higher . Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly. The background of this research has by problem  learning outcomes in digital technique subject was low then student in electronics technique majors of FT UNP, where 93,68% student which not yet reached value ≥ B. This research is purposed to reveal the contribution style learn and cognitive ability to learning outcomes in subject of digital technique in electronics technique majors of FT UNP. This research type is descriptive which have the character of correlation.The population of this research was totaled of95 people and sampel 49 people student study program education electronics technique of semester january-june 2013. Using technique of random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). Data learning outcomes student obtained in subject of digital technique in electronics technique majors of FT UNP. While data style learn and collected cognitive ability to enquette by using scale of likert which have been tested validity and reliability. data were analyzed use statistical methods constructively Microsoft Excel software 2007.The result of data analysis showed: (1). style learn to give contribution equal 18,38% to  student learning outcomes in Majors Technique Electronics of FT UNP (2). cognitive ability give contribution equal  22,56% to studentlearning outcomesin Majors Technique Electronics of FT UNP (3). style learn and cognitive ability by together give contribution equal 25,61% to student learning outcomesin Majors Technique Electronics . This Research Knows the Contribution of Entrepreneurial Motivation and the Utilization of Internet Learning Media Against the Results of Learning Creative and Entrepreneurial Products for Class XI Students of Audio Video Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. The population in this study was a trial of 52 students. This type of research is correlational descriptive. In this study using Simple Random Sampling with a total of 47 students. Data on learning outcomes were obtained from Creative and Entrepreneurial Product subject teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. Meanwhile data on Entrepreneurial Motivation and the Utilization of Internet Learning Media were obtained using questionnaires with Likert scales that had been sponsored validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Entrepreneurial Motivation and the Utilization of Internet Learning Media together contributed 25.00% to learning outcomes; (2) Entrepreneurial motivation contributes 9.36% to learning outcomes; (3) The use of Internet Learning Media contributes 10.56% to learning outcomes. So it can disprove the motivation for entrepreneurial learning and the use of internet learning media contributing to entrepreneurial learning in SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh..Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Use of Internet Learning Media, Learning Outcomes.

This purpose of research to see about discipline student coaching by the team of Gerakan Disiplin Sekolah in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population of the research was 899 students taken from the population using The Simple Random Sampling Technique. The total number of samples for this research was 90. The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. The based on the research (1) discipline student coaching from giving an example by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (2) discipline student coaching from giving punishment by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (3) discipline student coaching from giving motivation by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (4) discipline student coaching from supervision by team GDS to student is in a good enough category.

This study aims to determine the effect of servicescape and brand image on Consumer Satisfaction in SK Coffee Lab. Kediri City. The reason for this research is because there are more and more coffee shops offering product variants, both local and outside coffee, bearing in mind that coffee is currently popular with all people, young and old. The population in this study is not known with certainty so that a sample of 100 respondents was taken with a simple random sampling method. In collecting data used questionnaires, literature and field studies. The analytical methods used in data processing include the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. From the results of testing all hypotheses are accepted. The coefficient of determination is quite high and the value of the influence of a brand image that is higher than servicescape on consumer satisfaction proves that the better the brand image of the place, the higher the customer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape dan brand image terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di SK Coffee Lab. Kota Kediri. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan karena semakin banyak dan marak tempat kopi yang menawarkan varian produk baik kopi lokal maupun luar daerah mengingat saat ini kopi digemari oleh seluruh kalangan baik tua maupun muda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui secara pasti sehingga diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode simple random sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan kuesioner, studi pustaka dan lapangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data meliputi validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner, uji hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian seluruh hipotesis diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang cukup tinggi serta nilai pengaruh brand image yang lebih tinggi daripada servicescape terhadap kepuasan konsumen membuktikan bahwa semakin baik brand image tempat tersebut, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan konsumen.
