This study aims to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality on learning outcomes computer skills and information management SMKN Taman Fajar Peueulak. The hypothesis is: (1) learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes, (2) learning motivation contribute significantly to the learning outcomes and (3) Competence of teachers‘s personality contribute significantly to the learning outcomes. This research is classified in the study associative correlation. The data study outcome variables is from KKPI teacher and learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale and  has been tested for validity and reliability. Data is considered to have met the assumptions and requirements analysis; normal distribution of data, linear pattern, the data is homogeneous and there is no multicollinearity problem. The population was all students of class XI Computer Network Engineering in the academic year 2014/2015 with sampling using Taro Yamane formula involving 41 samples from 68 populations of students of class XI Computer Network Engineering of TKJ I and II. The results of data analysis showed: (1) learning motivation contribute to the learning outcomes of 10.17%, (2) competence of teachers personality contribute to the learning outcomes of 17.05%, and (3) learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality contribute together  to the learning outcomes of 36.00%. The findings of this study is learning motivation  and competence of the teacher's personality are factors that influence student learning outcomes. This study was motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks in SMK Negeri 4 Takengon, where 30% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). KKM assigned school on the subjects KKPI is 75 with a range of values of 0 - 100. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and learning atmosphere on the results of study subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon. This research is a correlation associative nature.The population in this study were all students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon, consists of two classes of 40 people. A sampling technique that total sampling where the sample is whole members of the population because the subject is less than 100 persons. The data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers Skills Computer and Information Management (KKPI) SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. While data on the motivation to learn and the learning environment are collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. File was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007.The result showed: (1) learning motivation accounted for 24.61% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (2) Atmosphere Learning accounted for 23.54% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (3) learning motivation and learning atmosphere together accounted for 47.90% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and contribute to the learning atmosphere of learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn and the better learning environment, then it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation, Atmosphere Learning, Learning Outcomes, Associative correlation, Total Sampling.

This study aims to analyze: 1) Effect of Internet utilization on student motivation. 2) The influence of library utilization on student motivation. 3) Effect of Internet utilization on learning outcomes student. 4) The influence of library utilization on learning outcomes. 5) The influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. The type of research used is descriptive and associative, with a population of 181 students, the technique of sampling propotional random sampling. The sample of this research is 125 students. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis), by using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The purpose of research to reveal how much contribution of infrastructure and learning motivation of students together or individually to the learning outcomes. The research population is 60 people and the sample is 38 students of class X and XI TAV in SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera. The sampling technique was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data on student learning outcomes is obtained from basic teachers of electrical and electronics training. While the data facilities and learning motivation of students are collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. The result of data analysis shows that (1) the learning facilities and motivation of student learning together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of students of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera of 39.40%, (2) infrastructure facilities contribute significantly to the result of study of student of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 25,97%, (3) student learning motivation contribute significantly to result of student learning class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 16,20%.Keywords: contribution of infrastructure, learning motivation, simple random sampling.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif hasil ketercapaian pembelajaran siswa/siswi SMK N 1 INTAN, yang diajar menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio visual (media), dan hasil belajar siswa-siswi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas 12 SMK N 1 INTAN mata pelajaran Teknik Komputer Jaringan pada tahun 2018/2019, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok coba (eksperimen) dan kelompok kontrol. setiap kelompok terdiri dari 17 siswa-siswi (8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan) dan kelompok control 16 siswa-siswi (9 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan), yang ditetapkan secara random (acak). kelompok coba eksperimen yang menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio-visual, sedangkan kelompok kontrol yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (teknik menghapal). Prestasi siswa dalam belajar Teknik computer jaringan (tkj) dievaluasi dengan menggunakan tes kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan alat bantu gambar audio-visual berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media audio-visual dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode konvensional, di mana hasil belajar siswa diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar, audio-visual ( 16.25) lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (9.25) implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran yang diajarkan guru tidak harus terimplikasi hanya pada catatan, ceramah, dan lks. Guru harus memungkinkan untuk menerapkan media berbasis teknologi dalam pengajaran, sebagai bantuan gambar, audio-visual (media), powerpoint, diskusi. sehingga hasil belajar secara optimal, terutama untuk pembelajaran bidang teknik computer jaringan Kata kunci—Audio-visual, kognitif, TKJ, efektivitas Abstract This study aims to determine how effective the results of learning achievement of students of SMK N 1 INTAN, who are taught using the help of images, audio visual (media), and learning outcomes of students taught using conventional methods. The subjects of the study were 12th grade students of INTAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1, Computer Network Engineering subjects in 2018/2019, which were divided into experimental groups and control groups. each group consisted of 17 students (8 males and 9 females) and a control group of 16 students (9 males and 7 females), who were assigned randomly. the experimental group used the help of images, audio-visuals, while the control group was taught using conventional methods (memorization techniques). Student achievement in learning Computer network engineering (tkj) was evaluated using cognitive, affective and psychomotor tests. Based on descriptive analysis shows that the results of network computer learning techniques students who are taught using audio-visual image aids are in the very high category, while students taught with conventional approaches are in the high category. The results showed that there were significant differences in the results of student computer network learning techniques compared to students taught by using audio-visual media compared to students taught using conventional methods, where student learning outcomes were taught using picture, audio-visual media (16.25 ) higher than the student learning outcomes taught using the conventional method (9.25) the implication of the findings of this study is that the learning methods taught by the teacher do not have to be implicated only in notes, lectures, and texts. Teachers must make it possible to apply technology-based media in teaching, as an aid to images, audio-visual (media), powerpoint, discussion. so that learning outcomes are optimal, especially for learning computer network engineeringKeywords— Audio-visual, cognitive, TKJ, effectiveness

Self Regulated Learning is known as metacognition that works on learning processes that are equipped with learning planning, learning, and evaluating learning outcomes. Motivation Learning is a mental force to carry out activities in order to meet expectations and encouraging in this case is the purpose of learning. Learning Outcomes are changes that students have after receiving a learning experience that can be taken and learned in the form of knowledge, skills, attitudes, information, strategies and cognitive. The purpose of this study was to study the Relationship between Self-Arrangement in Learning and Learning Learning Motivation with Student Learning Outcomes Class XII TITL SMK Patriot 1 Bekasi. This research is a quantitative study with a correlative descriptive research design. The population in this study was the students of the TITL Vocational School Patriot 1 Bekasi class of 2018/2019. The sample of this research was 30 students of TITL SMK Patriot 1 Bekasi in 2018/2019. Self Regulated Learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2) research data were taken by filling in the research instrument containing a questionnaire and the Learning Outcomes (Y) research data was taken from the grades of class XII UAS students on electric power installation subjects. The data is stated validity and reliability, then the data are analyzed through normality test, linearity test, regression analysis, coefficient analysis, and significance test with t-test and f-test with a significance level of 5%. The conclusions between X1 and Y obtained coefficient ryx1 analysis = 0.599, significance coefficient obtained tcount (3.95)> ttable (2.05) with a contribution of 35.8%, while between X2 and Y obtained coefficient ryx2 analysis = 0.519, test significance coefficient obtained tcount (3.20)> ttable (2.05) with a contribution of 26.9%. and for the relationship X1 X2 and Y, the value of ryx1x2 = 0.618 is obtained, then the value of fcount = 8.34> ftabel = 3.35, which means fcount> ftabel, so it can be broadcast related to a positive and significant relationship. Class XII TITL SMK Patriot 1 Bekasi.

This study aims to: (1) investigate the effect of Jigsaw cooperative learning on students learning outcomes; (2) find the difference in learning outcomes between high and low learning motivation and (3) find the interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes. The population of the study is students of grade IVa, IVb, IVc at SD Kasih Ibu Patumbak and the sample in this study is grade IVa with 35 students and grade IVb with 35 students. The results show that: (1) the average student learning outcomes of jigsaw cooperative learning is 28.40 while conventional is 24.14. Thus, students learning outcomes that get cooperative learning of jigsaw type are higher than conventional learning, (2) Students who have high motivation get an average value = 30.74, while low motivation is 22.72. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes having high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3) students learning outcomes  taught by jigsaw cooperative learning are high learning motivation groups (32.94), and low learning motivation groups (24.58), while students taught with conventional learning are high learning motivation groups (28.40 ), and low motivation groups (20,95). Thus, there is no interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes.

This research explores the application of video as an interactive media, learning motivation of students and student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research for motivation and student learning outcomes. This type of research this is a class action Research (PTK), the population and the sample used at the class XI welding techniques as much as 29 students. The instruments used in the form of interactive media, video observation sheets and test of mastery. Data obtained from the motivation of learning i.e. the percentage and the results of the study are average. The learning motivation of students in cycle I meetings I was 50.86% criteria less motivated; the Icycle meeting II was 64.22% criteria sufficiently motivated; and in cycle II meeting was 73.71% criteria I motivated; cycle II II meeting was 84.48% criteria are very motivated. The results of a study on cycle I with an average of 70.24 and cycle II with an average of 84.37. The use of video as an interactive media can increase motivation and learning results Subjects Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Welding Technique Class XI in SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi

Teachers have a duty to encourage, guide and provide learning facilities to achieve goals. Teachers have a responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help student development. Teachers must be able to carry out their duties properly by first having to understand carefully the matters relating to the teaching and learning process, because the success of the learning process is supported by the ability of the teacher to develop and generate activeness and students in the learning process. The research method used is the Quasi Experiment (Quasi Experimental Method) with the research design as the basis for the implementation of the research is to distinguish the influence of the Inquiry method and the effect of conventional methods on learning outcomes of Citizenship Education in terms of high learning motivation and low learning motivation where the treatment class is class Va student and Vb class. The following is presented sequentially descriptive data regarding: (1) Civics learning outcomes students are taught using scramble learning model, (2) Civics student learning outcomes are taught using the expository model, (3) Civics student learning outcomes have high learning motivation, (4) Civics student learning outcomes have motivation to learn low, (5)Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (6) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (7) Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model, (8) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model.
