Improvement of welfare and community mobility services in the economic movementof a country or region, can not be separated from the influence of the development offacilities and infrastructure support such as transportation. One of the most commonlyselected by society ground transportation is motorcycle. The limited knowledge of the ownerabout damage of automatic motorcycle, it happens because of lack of access to earlyinformation, to attempt repairs if there is damage to the motorcycle. therefore, needed asolution for users in studying the damage to the motor and the existence of a motor damageand determine what types damage to the motor with the help of expert system usesadvanced trace inference method (forward Chaining). This application is a web-baseddisplay using the programming language PHP CodeIgniter Framework by using SublimeText 3 Editor and MySQL as the database. Damage to parts of the engine occurred due tonegligence in performing maintenance. Car owners need a periodic maintenance bydetecting any damage that occurs on the motor. Motorcycle owners should receiveinformation early or early diagnosis and identify the components, the characteristics of motorbreakdown as well as solutions to overcome such defects. This is done so that maintenanceand repairs are done right on target, so as to minimize damage to the motor. This applicationis expected to help the owner of the motor to determine the initial diagnosis of the type ofdamage the motor by way of answering the questions about the characteristics of motordamage in the application.Keywords: Matic, Diagnosis, Expert system, forward chaining.

<p><em>Abstract</em></p><p><em>Kidney disease can be a serious problem until complications if the patient is late in detecting the disease. While experts who can diagnose this disease are not comparable to the number of sufferers. Therefore, the Expert System application is expected to help carry out the initial diagnosis of kidney disease from the symptoms experienced before getting treatment from the Expert. Expert Systems are used to assist in making decisions on a problem. Designed to be able to reason like an expert using a knowledge and fact base. Expert systems in this analysis use Forward Chaining inference. From the testing of the Expert System application, it shows the accuracy of the application in diagnosing kidney disease very well. Thus the Expert System uses Forward Chaining inference can help make an early diagnosis of kidney disease quickly. Then provide explanations and solutions to kidney disease based on symptoms experienced.</em></p><p><em>Keywords:<em> Expert Systems, Forward Chaining, Rule, Kidney Disease</em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penyakit ginjal dapat menjadi masalah serius yang berakibat terjadinya komplikasi. Ini diakibatkan oleh penderita yang terlambat dalam menganalisis gejala dari penyakit tersebut. Untuk mempercepat proses diagnosis dari gejala tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan sistem pakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diagnosis awal berdasarkan dari gejala-gejala yang dialami. Sistem Pakar ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam mengambil keputusan yang cepat dan tepat. Penelitiana ini menggunakan salah satu teknik inferensi dari sistem pakar, yaitu <em>Forward Chaining</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat menentukan penyakit ginjal dari gejala-gejala yang dirasakan. Dalam penentuan penyakit ginjal dengan Sistem Pakar dapat menghasilkan penentuan penyakit ginjal yang cepat dan tepat sehingga penelitian ini sangat membantu dalam mengurangi resiko keterlambatan diagnosis penyakit ginjal.</p><p> </p><p><em>Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, <em>Forward Chaining</em>, <em>Rule</em>, Penyakit Ginjal.<br /></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. Through thisexpert systems,commoner cansolvetheproblem orjustlookingfor a qualityinformationthat can onlybeobtainedwiththehelpofexperts in thefield. One ofthemis in the medical field to diagnosethe children's illness.Knowingthesymptomsofanillnessearly can bethefirstaidto parents if their children stricken withthedisease at home.</em><em>Knowledgebase is arranged into a highlystructureddatabasewithmultipletables. Inferences in this expert system uses forward chaining inference method. Expert systems will provide questions to the user in the form of the symptoms of some diseases and the user will answer that question. Until the user will get the solution of the question.</em></p>

Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

Cupping is one of the methods of treatment taught by Rasulullah SAW (thibbun nabawi) which can be believed to be a cure because it is sourced from revelations that are certain, divine powers with the perfection of reason. Rasulullah SAW said: "Every disease has a cure. So if the drug is about an illness, the disease will be cured with the permission of Allah SWT. (HR. Muslim), cupping is the best choice for treatment, because it is cheap, lawful, safe, practical and follows the sunnah of Rasulullah SAW. If cupping is done properly and correctly, according to medical rules. With the limited knowledge and memory of the therapist in determining the location of the cupping point can be an error because if there is a new symptom or with a new disease that has never been overcome by a therapist becomes one of the obstacles in determining the location of the cupping point quickly and accurately. so the need for the application of an expert system that can facilitate the cupping therapists to determine the location of the cupping point to patients precisely and quickly. Expert system that will be created using a case based reasoning method. The implementation of the system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With an expert system that uses the case-based reasoning method of cupping treatment can determine the cupping point precisely in accordance with the symptoms that are inputted to be processed into output in the form of solutions to overcome the disease by displaying conclusions in the form of cupping points so as to facilitate the services performed by therapist.

Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.

Hypokalemia can be a serious problem in humans which results in paralysis and causes death. This is caused by sufferers who are late in analyzing the symptoms and diseases. To facilitate. To speed up the process of diagnosis of these symptoms, an expert system can be done. This study aims for an initial diagnosis based on the symptoms experienced. This expert system can be used as a tool in making decisions. This study uses the method Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor (CF) to overcome the uncertainty of hypokalemia. The results of this expert system can help early diagnose hypokalemia, so that the disease can be treated as early as possible so as not to cause the disease to get worse in the future.Keywords:Forward Chaining, Diagnosis, Hypokalemia, Certainty Factor, Expert System.

The study was conducted because of many concerning event happened in purpose of losing weight in improper methods. By the flow of time with technologies developed in this century, Smartphone became one of necessity because of the feature by many applications which helps a lot in our everyday life of humanity. The Researcher conducted this research of mobile-based application expert system which helps people properly losing their weight, this expert system is a supporting utility for taking care of dietary habit based on the amount of calorie limit calculated by this system, and recommends suitable and healthy food for users. This system is built with React Native framework. The calculation in this system is based on information of weight, height, and age provided by users, and all prediction will not be done without the provided information and every calculation is handled by web-based server-side processing which is developed using Laravel Framework. Inference method used by the researcher is Forward Chaining. This expert system will validate user's requirement to start working on losing weight by using Forward Chaining Inference method. Every successfully registered user will be able to view their calculated information by this system which is maximum calorie value, and list of healthy and recommended foods information provided by the expert herself. From the test results, the Expert System can solve the problem of giving a way to run a proper diet program by adjusting the diet with the calories needed.

The occurrence of bleeding in pregnancy is one of the most complications experienced by pregnant women. The limited knowledge possessed by pregnant women about the risks and dangers of bleeding during pregnancy and wrong or late handling when bleeding occurs is one of the factors that cause bad conditions that occur, namely fetuses and pregnant women can die due to bleeding experienced. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in diagnosing bleeding that occurs in pregnancy by using the Forward Chaining method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study were as many as 20 data which came from patient medical records and interviews with experts at RSKIA Sukma Bunda Payakumbuh. The processing stages consist of preparing input data, determining decision tables, creating rules, tracking processes, making decision trees, and tracking results. The results of testing this method are that there are 90% of patients who experience bleeding in pregnancy are based on the results of the consultation entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to diagnose bleeding in pregnancy quickly and accurately using the Forward Chaining method and can be recommended to help the doctor in the emergency room to diagnosing bleeding in pregnancy.

Intestine is one of the organs of the digestive system in the human body which is shaped like pipes and act as gatekeeper food system for our bodies. Many people do not noticed his intestines health because they are too busy with his activity, or lazy to go to the doctor, even when hospital were many visitors there is also felt a lot of to waste time to queue up because they want to get their turn to be checked and a lot of costs to be incurred. This research discusses about creating expert system to diagnose intestinal diseases using certainty factor method.  Applications developed with Visual Basic programming language with MySQL as its database. The results of this research able to do early diagnosis of the symptoms that is felt system users, and provide diagnostic results such as type of disease suffered, prevention and its information.
