Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

Many pets can be played with, socialize and even live together with humans. Numbers of animal clinics have increased to provide care for pets. This study focuses on Dog as pet. Desease and improper treatment of dog will adversely affect the Dog. In dealing with the problem of Dog disease, Dog owners may experience difficulties due to limited number of clinics and veterinarians, especially in rural areas. As a solution, Artificial Intelligence is used by using expert systems that can help inexperienced medical personnel diagnose early symptoms of Dog disease. The search method used in this research is Forward Chaining and Bayes Theorem method to handle uncertainties that arised. Based on knowledge acquisition, 3 diseases were obtained with 38 simptoms and 60 cases. Based on the tests conducted then obtained the sensitivity value of 80%, the value of accuracy of 88.6% indicates that this expert system is able to diagnose dog diseasesKeywords: Dog, Expert System, Forward Chaining, Bayes Theorem.

Kebanyakan pengendara cenderung menyerahkan sepeda motor kepada mekanik tanpa mengetahui sebenarnya kerusakan tersebut merupakan kerusakan sederhana atau terlalu rumit untuk diperbaiki. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu untuk menganalisa, menemukan dan memberikan solusi. Kemampuan seorang mekanik sepeda motor dapat diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem pakar. Data-data yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak dianalisa kemudian diolah menggunakan metode sistem pakar forward chaining. Model representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar adalah berbasis kaidah produksi. Desain sistem dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi starUML. Sistem pakar dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan percobaan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak berfungsi dengan baik. Sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web dapat digunakan untuk membantu mekanik dalam menangani permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sepeda motor dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pengetahuan mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan sepeda motor 4-tak seperti gejala kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak, penyebabnya serta solusi untuk mengatasinya.  Abstract Most rider tend to give motorcycles to mechanics without knowing that the damage is simple or too complicated to repair. To handle these problems then needed an expert system that is able to analyze, find and provide solutions. The ability of a motorcycle mechanic can be implemented into an expert system. Data related to 4-stroke motorcycle damage were analyzed and then processed using forward chaining expert system method. The model of knowledge representation used in expert systems is based on the rules of production. System design is done using the help of starUML application. Expert systems are created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database so as to generate an expert system to detect 4-stroke motorcycle damage using web-based forward chaining method. Based on the results of tests and experiments that have been done show that the expert system to detect the damage 4-stroke motorcycle is not working properly. The expert system for detecting 4-stroke motorcycle damage using a web-based forward chaining method can be used to assist mechanics in dealing with motorcycle-related issues and can also be used as a source of knowledge on matters relating to 4-stroke motorcycles such as symptoms 4-stroke motorcycle damage, its causes and solutions to overcome them.

Delayed walking is a disorder of walking delay in the toddler aged 9-18 months. There are several indicators that cause delays in walking on children including motor, genetic and temperament. These factors are rarely understood by parents. And sometimes the delays seem to be left unchecked and that can cause its own failure. The lack of time to consult with a child specialist has resulted in such cases seeming to be left unchecked. Expert systems are built to provide knowledge to the public about the phenomena of walking delays that occur in children and the causes and solutions that will be obtained by parents. This system was built using a forward chaining method whose data reading was traced to the daily activities of toddlers. This system is designed to adapt information directly from child experts or child specialists who understand firsthand the condition of the child and delayed walking.

<p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

Immunity in children under five is not as good and perfect as adult immunity. Therefore, children under five are susceptible to disease and easily contracted by adults. Lack of knowledge about the symptoms of a disease that attacks children under five can aggravate the situation and result in delays in treatment by medical personnel. Therefore, this expert system is made to make it easier for parents to recognize the symptoms of diseases that attack their toddlers. With this expert system, parents can find out the early symptoms of the disease that attacks their child. In making this expert system using a certainty factor method or a method that defines the measure of certainty of facts or rules to describe an expert's belief in the problem at hand. This expert system will diagnose the symptoms that the patient has previously selected. Then from the choice of these symptoms will be obtained using the value of expert confidence that has been stored in the knowledge. The results of this study were to build an expert system for diagnosing diseases in children under five using a certainty factor method based on a website. With this website, we can take advantage of today's technology to diagnose diseases in children under five. This website can make it easier for parents to consult because they can use it anywhere, effectively and quickly.

The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.

At this time hypertension is a disease that endangers the community a lot because people often ignore it because this disease does not quickly affect the body but will slowly damage health. Hypertension is not contagious but can trigger other diseases, such as stroke and heart disease. The habit of people who will check their health after experiencing problems causes delays in their help. Symptoms of hypertension can be detected early so that people can prevent the seriousness of the disease. The expert system is one of the fields of science that can help the public to check whether a person has hypertension and the type of hypertension and the percentage of possible diseases he suffers because the expert system can be designed how to work like an expert. The expert system designed uses several stages, namely (1) system requirements analysis, (2) input and output design, (3) coding and (4) testing. This expert system will be represented in the form of rules, the method of reasoning using the forward chaining method and probability theory in calculating the percentage of rules that are fulfilled. The form of output (results) from the expert system is in the form of diagnostic results based on the symptoms given and suggestions that are in accordance with the diagnosis used are forward chaining, namely drawing conclusions from several types of hypertension obtained from symptoms.
