Abstract: Lack of practical activities in schools can result in a decrease in the creativity of students. worksheets based on the discovery learning model in them trigger students to think creatively and critically. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The purpose of this study is to look at the improvement of skills competencies which are assisted by student worksheets based on the discovery learning model. The data analysis technique is testing hypotheses where there is a difference which means the use of this student worksheet. Hypothesis testing conditions are to carry out normality tests for skill scores from both sample classes and homogeneity tests to see the distribution of values from two sample classes that have homogeneous data. after treatment is obtained, the average value of the skills of the experimental class is 78.62 and for the control class is 70.10.Abstrak: Kurangnya kegiatan praktikum di sekolah dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kreativitas siswa. lembar kerja berbasis model discovery learning di dalamnya memicu siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan kritis. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan kompetensi keterampilan yang dibantu oleh lembar kerja siswa berdasarkan pada model pembelajaran penemuan. Teknik analisis data menguji hipotesis di mana ada perbedaan yang berarti penggunaan lembar kerja siswa ini. syarat pengujian hipotesis adalah untuk melakukan tes normalitas untuk skor keterampilan dari kedua kelas sampel dan tes homogenitas untuk melihat distribusi nilai dari dua kelas sampel yang memiliki data homogen. setelah perawatan diperoleh, nilai rata-rata keterampilan dari kelas eksperimen adalah 78,62 dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah 70,10.

Based on the theory, the success of students in learning is determined by learning model applied by the teacher and students’ independent learning skills. This research is a quasi experimental research with pretest and posttest design. The population of this research was students of class XI SMA N 3 Tebo in 2019/2020 academic year. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The research instruments used mathematical cognitive tests and student independent learning questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is two-way variance analysis with 3 × 3 factorial design. Based on the results of this researh, we can concluded that (1) There is a difference in the average of students’ mathematics cognitive skills based on the applied learning model, (2) There are differences in the average of students mathematics cognitive learning outcomes based on the level of independent learning, (3) there is no interaction between Discovery learning model and independent learning towards students’ mathematics cognitive skills.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the discovery learning model integrated learning start with a question of mathematical communication skills. This research is a quantitative research with a type of quasi experiment. The sampling technique in this study is the random sampling technique. Data collected through interview observation and test. The data analysis technique used is the uncorrelated t test. Based on the results of research and data processing, it was found that there was an influence of discovery learning integrated learning model start with a question and discovery learning learning model on mathematical communication skills. Furthermore, mathematical communication of students by using the discovery learning model integrated learning start with a question is better than mathematical communication of students using discovery learning learning models.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran  discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain 2x2 faktorial. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri di Kota Rantepao, tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas tujuh SMP Negeri Rantepao dan sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 78 siswa.  Model pembelajaran sebagai variabel bebas, minat belajar sebagai variabel intervening, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa sebagai variabel respon. Model pembelajaran discovery learning digunakan pada kelompok perlakuan, dan model pembelajaran langsung digunakan pada kelompok pembanding. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes hasil belajar matematika dan skala minat belajar dan digunakan ANAVA dua jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran dan minat belajar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, dan (2) model pembelajaran discovery learning lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran langsung. Kata kunci: model discovery learning, model langsung, minat belajar, hasil belajar matematika siswa. ABSTRACT The major objective of this research was to investigate the effects of applying discovery learning on mathematics achievement in terms of student's learning interest. The research methodology was a quasi-experimental and the design of the research was a 2x2 factorial. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri in Rantepao City in academic year 2014/2015. The population of research was made up of all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri Rantepao from where a sample of 78 students was obtained by using cluster random sampling technique. Learning model as the independent variable, student's learning interest as intervening variable, and mathematics achievement of student as response variable. The treatment class group taught by using Discovery learning model. While the comparison group was taught by Direct Instruction. The data were collected using the mathematics learning test instrument and learning interest scale. The data collected were analyzed with two way ANOVA. The findings showed that: (1) learning model and interest in learning have an effect on student learning outcomes, and (2) Discovery learning model is better than Direct Instruction. <p>The aims of this study is to find out: (1) a better learning model between contextual, realistic or conventional; (2) better learning outcomes between students with high, medium or low interpersonal intelligence; (3) better learning outcomes between students with high, medium or low interpersonal intelligence on each learning model; (4) a better learning model between contextual, realistic or conventional at each level of interpersonal intelligence. This research is using the experimental method. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Data collection tools used were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of three-way variance with unequal cells. The results showed that: (1) contextual learning models are better than realistic but provide the same learning outcomes as conventional, while realistic and conventional learning outcomes are equally good; (2) students who have high, medium or low interpersonal intelligence have the same learning outcomes; (3) In each learning model, students with high, medium and low interpersonal intelligence have the same learning outcomes; (4) At each level of interpersonal intelligence, the contextual learning model is better than realistic and conventional.</p>

Pada survey pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di kelas, siswa memiliki pengetahuan kognitif dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yang telah ditetapkan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan  Pendekatan Saintifik . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas  VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 32 peserta didik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes menggunakan soal-soal tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis deskriptif setelah penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan scientific approach ditunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data hasil penelitian pada aktivitas belajar peserta didik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari pra penelitian yaitu  43,75% meningkat menjadi 78,13%, sedangkan pada hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan dari  66,25 %  menjadi 78,13 %., sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA di Kelas VIIIA  SMP Negeri 24  Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 In the preliminary survey that has been done in class, students have cognitive knowledge under the Minimum Completion Criteria set by the school. This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung through the application of the Discovery Learning model with the Scientific Approach. This research used quasi experiment research method. The research subjects in this study were students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018 with a total of 32 students with a cluster random sampling technique. The required data is obtained through observation, documentation and tests using test questions. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the descriptive analysis after the application of discovery learning models with the scientific approach showed an increase in activity and learning outcomes of students. Data from research results on student learning activities showed an increase from pre-study, namely 43.75%, increased to 78.13%, while the learning outcomes of students showed an increase from 66.25% to 78.13%, so that it was concluded that Discovery Learning model based on scientific approach can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in science learning in Class VIIIA Public Middle School 24 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018

This research aims to 1) which learning model that supports students’ creative thinking ability whether discovery, CORE, or conventional learning model, 2) which model that supports creative thinking ability the most to high, moderate, and low level students, 3) know if there is interaction between learning model and students’ logical mathematical intelligence, and creative thinking ability. This is a quasi-experimental research with the population of eighth graders of junior high schools in Madiun Regency. The research design used a group pretest-posttest control design. The sample was determined using stratified cluster random sampling. This research uses two-way unequal ANOVA. This research concluded that 1) students’ creative thinking skill is developed better using Discovery than CORE and conventional learning model, 2) students with high logical mathematical intelligence have higher creative thinking ability than those with moderate and low logical mathematical intelligence,3) there is no interaction between learning model and logical mathematical intelligence with creative thinking ability.Keywords: Creative Thinking; Learning Model; Logical Mathematical Intelligence. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitan ini untuk mengetahui 1) model pembelajaran manakah yang memberikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang lebih  antara model pembelajaran discovery learning, CORE atau konvensional, 2) manakah yang memberikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang lebih baik siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan logis matematis tinggi, sedang, atau rendah, 3) apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keceredasan logis matematis dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah eksperimen semu, dengan populasi siswa kelas VIII SMP N Se-Kabupaten Madiun. Desain penelitian menggunakan group pretest-posttest control design Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan stratified cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan anava dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini 1) kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang kenai model discovery learning lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran CORE dan konvensional, 2) Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan logis matematis tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan logis matematis sedang dan rendah, , 3) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kecerdasan logis matematis dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif.Kata kunci: Berpikir kreatif; kecerdasan logis matematis; model pembelajaran.

This study aims to (1) analyze Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on mathematics learning achievement, (2) analyze the level of students 'reasoning towards mathematics learning achievement, and (3) determine the interaction of Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and the level of students' reasoning on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. All grade VIII students of State Junior High School 1 Sambi were the population of this study. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, 31 experimental  and 32 control students, with a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the ANOVA technique. Two ways with different cells. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% are (1) there is a good effect using Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on students 'mathematics learning achievement, (2) there is a good effect of reasoning on students' mathematics learning achievement, and (3) there is no interaction between Discovery Learning. Think Pair Share setting and students' reasoning. Therefore, it is concluded that mathematics learning achievement can be influenced by Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and reasoning. Keywords: Discovery learning setting think pair share; mathematics learning outcomes; reasoning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) menganalisis tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment. Seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sambi menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas dengan 31 siswa eksperimen dan 32 siswa kontrol, dan pengambilan teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah (1) ada pengaruh baik menggunakan Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, (2) ada pengaruh baik penalaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan (3) tidak ada interaksi antara Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran siswa. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar matematika dapat dipengaruhi oleh Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran. Kata Kunci: Discovery learning setting think pair share; penalaran; prestasi belajar matematika.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Salafiyah Darul Falah Mataram yang berjumlah 153 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII B dengan jumlah 28 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan desain pre-eksperimen (One Group Pretest Postest Design). Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik cluster  random sampling . Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t test Sampel Related. Hasil perhitungan uji-t tes Sampel Related  didapatkan  sebesar dan sebesar dengan taraf signifikan . Karena , maka menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Teachers Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model for students' math problem solving skills. The population in this study is the students of grade VIII SMP Salafiyah Darul Falah Mataram, amounting to 153 students. The sample in this research is class VIII B with the number of 28 students. The type of research used is quantitative research, with pre-experiment design (One Group Pretest Postest Design). The sampling technique is using cluster random sampling technique. Technique of data analysis using test-t test Sampel Related. The result of t-test calculation of Sample Related test obtained t_hitung equal to 19,01 and t_table equal to 2,052 with significant level 5%. Because t_hitung≥t_tabel, then show that Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model effective to student's math problem solving ability.

This study aims "To determine whether there is influence of discovery learning model assisted problem card in a straight motion on the results of study X science class SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen academic year 2014/2015". The population in this study were all class X  SMAN 1 Mranggen Academic Year 2014/2015. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique with the normal condition of all classes and homogeneous. Sampling results obtained by X-class science experiment 1 as a class were treated when learning takes place using discovery learning model and problem cards for class X IPA 2 as the control class is given learning using discuss learning group. Based on the final analysis of the t-test showed that t = 4.6738 while the table = 1.671 with a significance level of 5%. Because thitung > ttable is 4.6738> 1.671 it can be interpreted that the average student learning outcomes experimental class better than the class control. The average value of the experimental class is 77.6316 and 70.6579 as control class. Pursuant to the results of this study concluded that there are significant of discovery learning model assisted problem card in a straight motion on the results of study X science class SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen academic year 2014/2015.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation type against scince generic skills of students. This research was a quasi-experimental. The population in the study was a grade VIII MTS Nurul Falah NW Lajut with 36 students. Sampling was derived by random sampling where the 16 students of VIII A as on experimental class and VIII B as a control class with 20 students.Based on pretest data analysis, obtained an average value of 31,25 experimental class and control class was 42,2.Posttest analysis showed an average grade of 65,75 experimental and control class was 61,6.  The data analysis technique was t-test. It show t- test= 5,80 and t-table = 1,67. Because of  t-count is greater than the  t- table, it can be concluded that there were the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation generic against science skills of student.
