The MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) is the most accurate and easy to use inventory personality test. The Personality Test Expert System using the MBTI method is designed to be a guide for information about professions that are in accordance with students' talents and interests so that they can help in determining the appropriate choice of higher education majors. The MBTI Test Expert System application was successfully implemented using the Forward Chaining Method with the PHP programming language. The test results show the application runs in accordance with predetermined specifications. The percentage of eligibility for testing by experts is 92.5% which means good.

ABSTRAK             Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dari waktu ke waktu terasa semakin pesat. Salah satu aplikasi dibidang komunikasi adalah sistem pakar. Program aplikasi sistem pakar   yang dirancang adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit seperti penyakit campak. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini diharapkan orang awam yang kurang pengetahuan tentang penyakit campak akan menjadi lebih mengetahuinya. Kemudian aplikasi ini mudah penggunaannya dalam mendiagnosa penyakit campak tanpa harus pergi ke dokter, serta mudah diakses dimana pun dan kapan pun. Metode pelacakan yang digunakan adalah metode penalaran forward chaining (pelacakan ke depan). Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan media pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprosessor) dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data yang tujuannya agar tampilan dapat lebih menarik dan mudah dalam penggunaannya, juga bisa diakses internet.              Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Campak, Forward Chaining                                                             ABSTRACT           At this time the development of technology and communication from time to time seem more rapidly. One application in the field of communication is an expert system. Expert system application program is an expert system designed to diagnose diseases such as measles. With the application program is expected to lay people who lack knowledge of measles will be more informed. Then the application is easy to use in diagnosing measles without having to go to the doctor, as well as easily accessible wherever and whenever. Tracking method used is a forward chaining reasoning method (tracking ahead). Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

Abstrak— Anak-anak pada usia 2 bulan sampai 5 tahun (Balita) lebih rentan terkena penyakit. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan Balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Balita berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dan informasi dari Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dan wawancara dengan Bidan. Dari pengumpulan data dan informasi tersebut ditemukan fakta penyakit, keluhan, gejala dan saran penanganan. Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan rule dengan 18 penyakit. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan fitur diagnosa penyakit, riwayat diagnosa dan kumpulan penyakit. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dan memberikan saran penanganan. Hasil evaluasi dari 50 data uji coba menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82%, dimana 41 hasil diagnosa yang benar dan 9 diagnosa yang salah. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Diagnosa Penyakit, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowladge BaseAbstract— Children at the age of 2 months to 5 years (toddlers) are more susceptible to disease contagious. Environmental condition significantly influences the children health. This  research aimed to create a mobile-based expert system application to diagnose disease in toddlers. This research consist of three stages. The first stage were data and information collection from Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit  (MTBS) and interview with medical staffs. From the first stage, we can discover the disease facts, signs, symptoms and treatment advices. The second stage was the construction of rules for 18 diseases. The third stage was the implementation of mobile-based expert system application with features of disease diagnosis, diagnosis history and collection of disease diagnosis. Expert system application made able to diagnose the disease and provide treatment advice. The results of evaluation using 50 testing data provides the level of accuracy of 82%, where 41 diagnosis result were true and 9 diagnosis were false. Keywords— Expert System, Forward Chaining, Disease Diagnosis, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowledge Base

Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. One of the inhibitors of rice crop production is disease. Rice plant diseases can be caused by pathogens, host plants or bad environment. The process of diagnosing rice diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. This study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 13 types of rice plant diseases from 43 symptoms based on the knowledge of 3 experts with forward chaining reasoning methods and mobile-based dempster shafer calculation methods. The testing technique used is black box testing, theoretical calculation testing, system accuracy testing and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) testing. The black box test results state that the expert system has 100% compatibility in terms of functionality. The theoretical calculation test results state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. System accuracy testing results from 30 test cases get an accuracy of 81.11%. The results of MOS testing conducted on 30 respondents produced MOS of 4.2 from a scale of 5 categorized into a good system.

- This adenium plant is a plant that began to demand by many hobbyist plants because plants have unique characteristics Adenium. In addition adenium treatment is also very easy, but adenium plants are also susceptible to pest disease, so it becomes a disease that can make this adenium plant damaged or dead. The lack of expert on adenium plant diseases causes the hobbyists to find it difficult to recognize the symptoms and ways to cure when the plant is infected with the disease. This expert system is made to facilitate the hobbyists in coping with adenium plant diseases. The method used in this expert system is forward chaining, because the Forward Chaining method is a suitable method for the control and forecasting of adenium plant diseases. Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

Developing an expert system application in providing an overview of the interests of students to help decision making interests in the vocational field so that they are right on target in choosing a major. In this study, using the Certainty Factor method and the Fordward Chaining method where this expert system can help experts identify vocational interests based on the characteristics of vocational interest in students. The personality types used to determine the type of vocational interest are Tangible, Thinking, Flexible, and Entrepreneur. The results of system calculations with expert decisions are worth 80% of the 4 test data, so a good level of accuracy is obtained. The resulting expert system can help students quickly provide an overview of vocational interest in making department decisions in continuing higher education, can carry out online consultations, document files, and can be used as a consultation portal for students.

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.
